Note: StreamYard switched my mic on me. We are starting off the Heisei series with The Return of Godzilla AKA Godzilla 1985! Much like us Godzilla went on a long hiatus and now he's back!

Tony and "Johanna" went to Retro Con this weekend and tried figure out if the Monsterverse Godzilla has a penis or not. Please excuse Johanna's voice. She was sick earlier in the week and is still recovering. 

Tony and Johanna take a trip to South Korea to see their attempt at rubber suited kaiju genre. Yongary Monster from the Deep is a weird movie where a giant sleepy monster comes to the surface to binge drink oil and dance...for real. 

We picked up the Godzilla in Hell comic awhile back and decided to ask fans to come up with a reason for Godzilla being in hell. The fans did not disappoint ! 

We are back to talk about episode 7 of Godzilla Singular Point where Godzilla finally shows up. He has apparently been there the whole time. Also I tell the story of how I got a huge Godzilla toy haul on Facebook's market place.

This week Tony and Johanna play the second of 3 Godzilla mobile games approved by Toho. Run Godzilla is a game where Godzilla runs. Simple enough concept but they managed to mess it up. 

Back again with another Godzilla Singular Point review. This time its for the 6th episode which is actually pretty good and finally gives us a nice blend of heavy science and rock'em sock'em action!

Back from another hiatus! With the Showa Era done we are now returning to the Godzilla Singular Point Anime. Are things starting to heat up or are they continuing to slow down? Listen and found out! 

Back from an unexpected hiatus! We thought it would be fun to go back and see who our best guests and contributors have been on the show. These people really helped make the show what it is today and we want to thank them all!

We finally close out the Showa Era of Godzilla films with Terror of Mechagodzilla. joining us for this historical episode is Crippled Jesus! A person I have wanted on the show for a long time. We're gonna look at some other Showa Era monster before we move on to the Heisei series. 

We decided to dive back into Godzilla Singular point. This week we talk about episode 4 which hints at Gabara and introduces us to this universes Anguirus! Also we announce the winner of last weeks give away!

We had a change in our schedule but didn't want to skip doing something Mechagodzilla related. So we took a look at a segment from a sketch comedy series called Likely Stories. The segment was called Reagan's Nightmare. Ronald Reagan fights a manifestation of Japans take over of the electronics and motor industry. It happens to look like Mechagodzilla. 

We are back to discus episode 3 of Godzilla Singular Point. The show just keeps getting better and better and Godzilla isn't even here yet! We also have new Castzilla merch in the Hack The Movies Teespring store! 

This week we are joined by Adam from Adam Does Movies/Screen Rant to talk about one of the most infamous Godzilla movies ever made. Godzilla vs Megalon. This marks the first appearance of the wonderful Jet Jaguar! 

Thanks to a fan we were able to check out the first 2 episodes of Godzilla Singular Point. The new anime on Netflix. It is way better than the previous one and might have some of  the best human characters in the franchise. Also Jet Jaguar!!!! 

We watched Godzilla VS Kong and instantly recorded this episode. This is just our first impressions. We will be doing a full review on the Hack The Movies channel. That is also where the loser of the bet will read their apology.

Tony and Johanna took a look at the 4k UHD transfer of Godzilla (2014) and compared it to the original. Afterwards they had a debate over who will win in the new movie. The loser has to read an apology written by the winner. 

Tony and Johanna asked the internet for their theories on what will happen in Godzilla VS Kong. The fans did not disappoint...

This week Newt joins us as we dive into Godzilla VS Gigan. Who is Gigan? Well he's a space bird who works for cockroaches who run a children's theme park. Also Ghidorah shows up. 

We return to the Marvel Comics version of Godzilla. We start with Issue 3 where Godzilla faces off against the champions at the Golden Gate Bridge. Then we read two issues where Godzilla fights monsters made by a racists. 

Sean from Movie Dumpster stops by and joins us to talk about Godzilla VS Hedorah. Also Known as Godzilla VS The Smog Monster. SPOILER: Godzilla FLIES! 

Tony and Johanna return to the 70s to see how Marvel comics adapted The King of the Monsters. The first 2 issues have him taking on the Alaskan pipeline and S.H.E.I.L.D. 

Dick Masterson joins us as we suffer through what is probably the worst Godzilla movie ever made. I hope you enjoy us talking about scenes we have already talked about in previous movies because this film is mostly recycled content. 

This week we took a look at a weird made for tv program that was used to promote Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla II. It features weird chibi art, monsters doing the news, and Godzilla dancing. 

Karl from Who Are These Podcasts? joins us this week to talk about of the more beloved Godzilla films. DESTROY ALL MONSTERS! Featuring most of the Toho monsters. Do we love this movie as much as other people? FIND OUT! 

This week we took a look at the exciting....sequel(?) to Frankenstein Conquers The World. Yes its War of the Gargantuas which turns out is pretty damn good! 

This week we honor Mary Shelly. The woman who basically created the science fiction genre. We decided talking about Frankenstein Conquers the World would be the best way to celebrate her legacy. Joe from Movie Dumpster joins us as we discuss this classic piece of cinema. 

We start our journey building up to Destroy All Monster with Varan The Unbelievable! Its basically Godzilla but worse. We weren't able to find the Japanese cut so we had to suffer through the terrible American re-edit. 

In the 70s Hanna-Barbera made a Godzilla cartoon. Luckily we managed to find a tape with the episode 'The Fire Bird." We talk about what we remember about the show and see if this episode is any good. Enjoy us talking about the time Godzilla fought NOT Rodan. 

This week we are joined by Tab from Here's What I Don't Get! This is his first Japanese Godzilla film. This is also the first film to feature Minilla aka the son of Godzilla. Its not very good...

This week we talk about a GREAT Godzilla game! Godzilla Unleashed. Probably one of my favorite games of all time. Its pretty much the opposite of the PS4 Godzilla game. I also do a dramatic reading of P. Diddy's Come with me...

It's Godzilla Vs The Sea Monster! Who is the sea monster? Well that's Ebirah! Who is Ebirah? He is the horror of the deep! He some how got top billing in this movie that was clearly supposed to be about King Kong. 

Tony and Johanna are back to talk about the first Godzilla game on NES. Spoiler: Its not very good. We also got an offer from a site to do transcripts and they check out the sample we sent. The angry blogger who wrote about us awhile back returns to write more about us! So we review his review of us reviewing his initial review.

We did our first Twitch Prime Watch Party last week for the movie Notzilla. Its a fun spoof of Godzilla movies done in the style of a Mel Brooks or Airplane type comedy. Not as good though. We FINALLY got around to my favorite Kaiju. Ghidorah...or Gidrah, shows up takes on Godzilla, Mothra, and Rodan AT THE SAME TIME. This ones pretty good.   Also Johanna refuses to apologize for bringing up politics last week.
