Philip “Chip” Dodd is the President and CEO of Support Services of Virginia, Inc. headquartered in Virginia Beach. Since 1994, SSVA has provided person centered supports to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Coastal Virginia, Eastern Shore, Central and Southside Virginia areas. Services include residential, foster care, day support, therapeutic / behavioral consultation, training, transportation, payee services and accessible housing. Since taking over the family business in 2005, Mr. Dodd has tripled the size of the company by both organic growth and acquisition.
