Today, we have a special story that my grandpa will be telling. I picked this story to remind us of the sweet and sour parts of life! Then after I will be doing an activity!
This episode talks about what to do when you are scared. In it I mention a special monster spray, here are the instructions:Pour in water and a few drops of lavender essential oil into a travel spray bottle.(you also need to explain why it works)This monster spray works because anything that smells amazing to us, is seriously gross to monsters. When they come into your room it will smell like stinky socks to them. But it smells so great to you! They will go tell all their monster friends “ don't go into that room! It smells awful! I went in there and it smelled like Trash!!! Ewwwwww” so the next time that you go to bed you can relax, knowing that there will be no monster visits tonight! :)
This helps your child with there frustration and is great for kids and family! :)
