Shanti was named after her family's nonprofit organisation "Shanti House", a rare shelter for youth at risk. She was raised with 40 different brothers and sister at any given time. As Shanti matured she started working as a mentor in the organisation, helping the troubled youths choose life and guiding them to make their dreams a reality. As an artist and entertainer of stage and screen, Shanti played many roles in her professional acting career in Israel and USA, most recently featured in the major motion picture "Jarhead 4: Law of Return", a Universal production premiering on Netflix. With years of professional experience acting on stage and screen, Shanti discovered that singing demands a different kind of courage, one that's solely dependent on the strength of your voice. Possessing the strength of song invigorated her, so for the past couple of years, she has been writing, composing and singing. Last year her first Single "Fall in love" was released with a unique music video, directed by renowned Israeli photographer and music video director, Daniel Kaminsky.
