Today we're heading to a new location for me, at least, Tel Aviv Israel, and meeting up with Team Architect and aidra.ai founder and CEO, Ms. Daria Rudnik. Daria is a fellow systemic team coach, having studied together under the guidance of professors Peter Hawkins and David Clutterbuck. Today, Daria helps ambitious leaders scale their impact by elevating their teams. She does this through team and leadership coaching, organizational consulting, assessment, and her AI assistant. Through her 15-year career, Daria has helped leaders create high performing work cultures for more than 5000 people, ranging from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 companies. Here are three examples of results Daria has helped to shape. First, a B2G tech startup established a high-performing distributed sales team across multiple countries and integrated a new CEO, leading to increased sales and a more cohesive team. Second, a telecom company accomplished a growth multiple of four without expanding its headcount by restructuring organizational processes and bolstering team communication and collaboration. And then finally, a hardware company successfully transitioned to become a market leader in the retail tech space by redesigning its organizational processes and providing leadership coaching for its tech executives. In our conversation, Daria supports us in addressing the question of what makes a high performance, value-creating remote team and unlocks the power of several tools that she integrates into her own process. Daria and I see a future of team empowerment at the core of successful company strategies. Visit our website to access the full transcript, guest links and episode notes - Coaching 4 Companies

Shir Weiss is a Fashion design teacher at Max Payne High School in Tel Aviv. In response to the jarring Silence by the United Nations Women, regarding the rapes and sexual abuses of women, at the hands of Hamas, during the October 7th terrorist attack on Israel, she inspired her student to create extraordinary drawings of women and hung them for public view Tel Aviv. Additionally, Shir and her colleagues helped their students design and create clothing for their end of year fashion show called, “The Garment Remembers,” commemorating 14 victims murdered at the Nova Music festival. For more, you can follow the show on Instagram @GraceforimpactpodcastProduced by Peoples Media Hosted on Acast. Israeli air strikes on Rafah have killed at least 35 Palestinians just days after a ruling from the top UN court ordering it to halt attacks on the city. Hamas has launched missiles towards Israel in response to the killing of civilians, setting off air raid alarms for the first time since January.
Today's Destination is: Tel Aviv, Israel Today's Misstep- Missing a smooth transfer from one transportation mode to another Travel Advice: Carry a pen FAQ: One of our Facebook group members asked for locations where she could live for 3-9 months in 2025. She wants tips on renting her condo, renting abroad past the AirBNB. She says she is open to anywhere, walkability, airport nearby, public transportation, and pools for swimming are her priorities. Can I help her? Yes. Those are some great questions. First, where could you live? Next, rent the condo and then rent something for yourself abroad. Living-Pick the area you like based on your tastes. I'd select Southeast Asia now because it is reasonably priced and relatively safe, and many English-speaking people live there. Renting your condo- Finding the right person could be a lot of work. So ask your friends first. Who needs space for up to a year? Work out an arrangement to be away for that period and make a contract, even if it's a friend. Tell as many people in advance as possible so they can spread the word. Renting abroad- ideally, you could do a house swap. However, that may be difficult. You could also be a pet sitter or house sitter. Line up yourself for one of these options now if you can. Welcome to The Times of Israel's Daily Briefing, your 20-minute audio update on what's happening in Israel, the Middle East and the Jewish world. Today is day 47 of the war. Editor David Horovitz and culture editor Jessica Steinberg join host Amanda Borschel-Dan on today's podcast. 69 soldiers have fallen in Gaza as of Wednesday morning and the IDF says it's continuing to operate in the Gaza Strip, with ground forces clashing with Hamas operatives, and strikes being carried out against the terror group's infrastructure until the timing of a formal ceasefire is reached. The cabinet resoundingly approved a first hostage release deal early this morning. Horovitz explains what Israel is getting and what Israel is giving up. We hear who were the major players behind the deal as well as how it was received in domestic Israeli politics. Children and women are the primary focus of the hostage deal. Steinberg gives us a sense of the 38 children being held, their age ranges and how they were taken. Steinberg, who is spearheading the ToI's covering of the hostages, has met with several of their families. We hear about the Engel and Sharabi families. Steinberg was inspired in Tel Aviv this week by a series of murals painted for the captured children in coordination with the Free Our Kids IL pop-up grassroots organization. What struck her? For the latest updates, please look at The Times of Israel's ongoing live blog. Discussed articles include: Live blog November 22, 2023 Cabinet okays deal for release of 50 Israeli hostages in exchange for 4-day Gaza truce Most politicians welcome hostage deal; Smotrich explains why party ended up voting yes Behind the scenes of the intense talks that led to the Israel-Hamas hostage deal The children believed held hostage in Gaza, many of whom could be freed in Hamas deal ‘Life has stopped in the middle' for families of 3 hostages, connected by teens' love Street artists paint Tel Aviv wall murals about child hostages THOSE WE HAVE LOST: Stories of civilians and soldiers killed in Hamas's onslaught on Israel THOSE WE ARE MISSING: The hostages and victims whose fate is still unknown Subscribe to The Times of Israel Daily Briefing on iTunes, Spotify, PlayerFM, Google Play, or wherever you get your podcasts. We're going to look at a few examples of tigger happy pilots and missile operators, starting with the 5th April 1948 Gatow Air Disaster over Berlin as the Cold War ramped up after the Second World War. A British European Airways Vickers VC.1B Viking airliner crashed near RAF Gatow air base, after a Soviet Air Force Yakovlev Yak-3 fighter aircraft flew into it from below. All ten passengers and four crew on board the Viking were killed, as was the Soviet pilot. This incident is a warning to aviators in the contemporary world, witness the tension between Chinese and Taiwan, North and South Korea, near-misses above the Baltic, and less reported but as dangerous, incidents across the middle East. First, 1948. The Gatow Air Disaster was a mid-air collision that sparked an international incident between the USA, Britain and Russia – leading to heightened tensions and which escalated into what we know as the Berlin Blockade. That was a rather clumsy attempt by Joseph Stalin to force Europe to back down about the Marshall plan. So let's take a look at some other examples of the military behaving badly. On July 27, 1955, an El Al flight from Vienna Austria to Tel Aviv Israel blundered into Bulgarian airspace and was shot down by two MiG fighters. All 58 people on board were killed. After initially denying involvement, Bulgaria admitted to having downed the aircraft. Despite occurring during a low point in relations between the Soviet bloc and the US and its allies, international fallout was minimal. Moving east, on July 23, 1954, mainland China's People's Liberation Army fighters shot down a Cathay Pacific Airways CA 54 Skymaster. The plane was flying from Bangkok to Hong Kong when it was hit - 10 out of the 19 passengers and crew died. In apologizing for the attack to Britain days later, the Chinese government claimed they had thought the plane was a military aircraft from Taiwan which they presumed was on an attack mission against Hainan Island. Trouble spots include the Qatar and its neighbours, Turkey, North Korea, parts of East Africa, Yemen, China and Taiwan. That's quite a list.
