Salty Studio has created one of the first food design podcasts internationally to talk about, you guessed it: food design. We bring together inspiring people from different backgrounds to talk about past, current and future food & design trends. From food culture to eating spaces, food science and experience design, we want to talk about it all. Add to that a pinch of wellbeing, curiosity, sustainability, creativity and of course our senses.
In this episode, I sit down with Ruaridh Emslie, a wild chef from the UK. We talk about sourcing your own ingredients, what cooking tools to have on you when out in the wild, feeding guests in the back of a Landrover and much more.
In this new episode, I speak with Alison Tan and Amanda Kwan, the duo behind Savour Cinema. Based in Hong Kong, they create culinary experiences around films they've specifically chosen, delivered directly to your door or hosted in person.

We speak about how she became an illustrator after studying architecture, how her dyslexia has actually been her superpower in her career and we talk about cookbooks for kids (this podcast actually planted a seed into both our heads about a potential collab so keep your eyes out for something in the future!).
In this episode I chat with Julia about her Edible Archive projects and a book you might have seen popping up in the last months titled "How to each your Christmas tree". Find out how Julia went from being a designer to a baker, using food to push education further.
