Pokud vás zajímá marketing velké akce v praxi, tenhle díl si nenechte ujít.
All year round there's lots of colour in the garden, but which ones will you find?
Colours of Time In 1895, young Adele leaves Normandy for Paris, a city alive and buzzing with invention, photography and the rise of Impressionism. In the present day, her descendants inherit an unexpected legacy: a countryside house in Normandy, abandoned for decades and suspended in time. Four of Adele's descendants arrive to survey the Estate, and together end up piecing together the story of Adele's unexpected life. Case 137 Stéphanie, a police officer working for Internal Affairs, is assigned to a case involving a young man severely wounded during a tense and chaotic demonstration in Paris. While she finds no evidence of illegitimate police violence, the case takes a personal turn when she discovers the victim is from her hometown. „Dělá se provizorní řešení podchodu na festivaly, tedy na nás i na Colours. Myslím si, že pro naše návštěvníky se toho až tak moc nezmění,“ říká ředitel festivalu Beats for Love Kamil Rudolf.

In today's podcast, we are back discussing the colours of the Zodiac, following Faye and Dolly's hosiery review earlier and this month's sign is Gemini. The conversation begins with the bright, playful energy that defines this zodiac sign, full of curiosity, quick wit and ever-shifting ideas. Inspired by Gemini's lively spirit, their chat naturally leans into famous Gemini celebrities, familiar personality traits and the sociable, expressive qualities so often associated with this air sign. Of course, no podcast stays neatly in its lane for long with these two. What starts as a discussion on Gemini energy soon branches off into unexpected places, with their signature tangents adding plenty of charm along the way. So settle in, relax and enjoy wherever today's conversation happens to wander. As a reminder, our podcast is available on all major platforms, including Spotify, Apple, Google, Amazon, and more.

Sign up for the Co+Creation Desing Club - https://www.whitedeer.com.au/club You're posting more content than ever. Repurposing, showing up, being consistent. And yet... something's off. The content isn't landing the way it should. Here's what most people don't say out loud: repurposing with a weak visual brand doesn't give you more reach. It just gives you more evidence that something isn't working. In this podcast, I get honest about what a solid visual brand actually looks like, and give you a practical checklist to audit where you're at right now. This one is genuinely useful whether you're two years in or ten. Because most established business owners are quietly operating with a brand they threw together in Canva back in 2019... and wondering why their content feels like it's going nowhere. I cover: Why repurposing amplifies your brand (for better or worse) The 6 visual brand building blocks every business needs, starting with your logo suite How to know if your colour palette, font system, and templates are actually working The 4 tests to audit your brand honestly What to do next depending on where your gaps are Timestamps: Intro 0:00 Logo Suit 3:21 Colours 5:57 Font Systems 7:50 Photos 10:54 Templated 12:07 Style guide 14:14 PSA 20:30 Watch on YouTube: https://youtu.be/6Xky4Qqw0hs Read on the Blog: https://whitedeer.com.au/ep265/ WORK WITH JACQUI: // DIY Design My Biz: The best course for business owners DIYing their own brand and graphics in Canva. Sponsor Link:To get our secial NordVPN offer and save a heap of money, Click HereIn this milestone episode — one away from our 100th — Anna and Avery cover six extraordinary stories: the Pentagon's unprecedented release of 162 declassified UFO/UAP files; SpaceX firing all 33 Raptor V3 engines on the Super Heavy booster ahead of Starship Flight 12; tomorrow's CRS-34 cargo launch to the ISS; JWST's breathtaking new portrait of cosmic buckyballs inside a dying star; never-before-seen mineral maps of the Moon's far side created from Artemis 2 mission photographs; and the American Meteor Society's growing alarm over an unexplained spike in large fireball events across the globe. Stories Covered 1. Pentagon Releases 162 Declassified UAP Files (May 8, 2026) • The Pentagon launched a public portal at war.gov/UFO on Friday 8 May, releasing 162 declassified files on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena. • Files include 120 PDF documents, 28 videos, and 14 images — spanning sightings from the 1940s to 2025. • The PURSUE program (Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters) will release additional files on a rolling basis every few weeks. • The files show no evidence of extraterrestrial contact or government cover-up; they are classified as 'unresolved cases.' • Notable items include footage of a football-shaped UAP near Japan, a white orb over Syria, and Apollo 17 lunar imagery showing unexplained lights. 2. SpaceX Starship V3 Super Heavy — Full 33-Engine Static Fire (May 7, 2026) • SpaceX completed the first successful full-duration, full-thrust static fire of the Super Heavy V3 booster at Starbase, Texas, on 7 May. • All 33 Raptor V3 engines fired simultaneously — the most powerful ground test of any rocket first stage in history. • Previous tests on 15 April ended early due to ground equipment issues; the 7 May test went the full duration. • The Starship V3 Ship upper stage also completed its static fire in April — both vehicle halves now cleared for flight. • SpaceX is targeting 15 May for Starship Flight 12, a suborbital test mission. Starship is central to NASA's Artemis lunar landing system. 3. SpaceX CRS-34 — ISS Resupply Launch (12 May 2026) • Launch: 7:16 PM EDT, Tuesday 12 May from SLC-40, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. • Cargo: approximately 6,500 pounds, including scientific experiments, food, equipment, and crew supplies. • Autonomous docking scheduled: ~9:50 AM EDT, Thursday 14 May, at Harmony module's forward port. • Key payloads: Laplace (planet formation dust study), STORIE (space weather / ring current monitoring), wooden bone scaffold (osteoporosis research), and red blood cell / spleen change investigation. • Watch live on NASA+, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and NASA's website from 7:00 PM EDT on 12 May. 4. JWST Reveals the Birthplace of Cosmic Buckyballs — Planetary Nebula Tc 1 • Western University astronomers returned to planetary nebula Tc 1 (10,000+ light-years away, constellation Ara) using JWST's Mid-Infrared Instrument (MIRI). • First detected buckyballs (buckminsterfullerene / C60 molecules) in space here in 2010 using Spitzer; now JWST reveals the full structure for the first time. • Buckyballs are concentrated in a thin spherical shell around the central white dwarf — arranged like 'one giant buckyball.' • JWST imagery also reveals an unexplained upside-down question mark feature at the nebula's heart. • Current theoretical models don't fully explain the buckyballs' observed infrared emissions — multiple new papers are in preparation. • Buckyballs found in meteorites on Earth; understanding their space origins provides clues about organic chemistry and possibly life's building blocks. 5. Artemis 2 — Far-Side Moon Images (Published May 2026) • Astrophotographer Andrew McCarthy collaborated pre-mission with Commander Reid Wiseman to plan detailed lunar photography during the Artemis 2 flyby. • McCarthy's image-stacking technique — applied to Wiseman's far-side photographs taken during the 6 April lunar flyby — has produced unprecedented colour mineral maps of the far side. • Colours reveal mineral composition variations (browns, blues, reds) not visible to the naked eye — described as 'cyborg vision' for the Moon. • NASA has released the full Artemis 2 photo archive: 12,217 images now publicly available. • Full archive: NASA astronaut photography public archive (link in episode resources). 6. The 2026 Fireball Surge — AMS Analysis (Published May 2026) • The American Meteor Society reports an anomalous spike in large fireball events in Q1 2026 that 'warrants serious investigation.' • Total Q1 event count (2,046) is only marginally above historical norms; the anomaly is in the SIZE of events — the largest fireballs are happening at roughly double the historical rate. • March 2026: 40+ major events, including a 3,229-witness fireball over Europe (8 Mar), an Ohio sonic boom explosion (17 Mar), and a meteorite through a Houston roof (21 Mar). • 79% of Q1's high-witness fireball events produced confirmed sonic booms — a strong physical indicator of large, dense incoming objects. • Anthelion sporadic source (opposite the Sun) is producing roughly double its normal activity; activity concentrated in a single 1,000-square-degree patch. • Ruling out explanations: not a new shower, not seasonal variation alone, not reporting bias. • AMS calling for expanded automated all-sky camera networks and better cross-referencing with radar, infrasound, and satellite data.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/astronomy-daily-space-news-updates--5648921/support.Sponsor Details:Ensure your online privacy by using NordVPN. Episode 200: Pet Shop Boys – Please (1986) (Featuring Andrew Dineley of "Art on Your Sleeve") – Part 1 and Colours of Ever announcement The 200th "regular" episode of Permanent Record Podcast is here! ("Regular" excludes special episodes and the PRP 007 Mini-Broadcasts, which don't follow the same numbering scheme.) Brian and Sarah wanted to do something big and special for episode 200, so they chose to cover an album which recently celebrated its 40th anniversary: Please, the debut album from the Pet Shop Boys. And to make the episode even bigger and more special, they invited the charming and talented Andrew Dineley to join in on the conversation. Andrew, as you probably already know, is host of the excellent "Art on Your Sleeve" podcast, as well as proprietor of the fabulous Soft Octopus Design Studio and contributor to Classic Pop magazine. This first episode in the Please series sets the stage for what's to come. Brian and Sarah look back to the pre-Pet Shop Boys days of Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe and recount the story Neil and Chris's first meeting. Our hosts then follow the journey of the Boys' musical collaboration, which takes us from Chelsea, to Camden Town, to New York City, and back to London, and introduces us to characters such as Ray Roberts, Bobby Orlando, Tom Watkins, and Stephen Hague. Andrew Dineley joins the conversation to provide insight on the design aspects of Please such as the original album cover concept, the final cover design done by Mark Farrow, as well as a few of the single covers. He also shares stories about and from Pet Shop Boys' first manager, Tom Watkins, and Andrew recalls his first exposure to Pet Shop Boys music-- on a children's show with eerily-animated pound notes! And, we even get to hear about a chance encounter recently Andrew Dineley had with OMD's Andy McCluskey! As is usual with PRP album discussions, the release history, chart positions, and reviews of Please are covered in this episode, as well as Brian and Sarah's personal history with the album, which Brian feels slightly embarrassed to share. And because it's the big 200th episode, several listeners sent in voicemails to mark the occasion, and our hosts happily share those messages as well. Finally, as if that's not enough, Brian has exciting musical news of his own to share, about yet another synthpop duo. This duo, called Colours of Ever, consists of Brian and his longtime friend Jason, and they've released their first single on Bandcamp! Check them out at https://coloursofever.bandcamp.com/ . There's so much good stuff in this episode, so don't delay-- Please download and listen to it today! Today we are focussed on Taurus with Faye and Dolly and the conversation begins with the soft, grounding palette that defines this zodiac sign, gentle pinks paired with lush, calming greens. Inspired by these colours, their chat naturally leans into the world of Taurus celebrities, familiar personality traits and the steadfast, sensual qualities so often associated with this earth sign. Of course, no topic stays neatly in its lane for long with these two. What starts as a discussion on Taurus energy soon branches off into unexpected places, with their signature tangents adding plenty of charm along the way. You know what's an absolutely pesky kind of word to define in a dictionary? Colour names. A passel of lexicographers spent years - decades, even - trying different ways to describe colours in words for Webster's Third International Dictionary. It was such a huge, complicated effort that it took twelve years for former Merriam-Webster lexicographer Kory Stamper to write a book about it.Content note: this episode contains a couple of category B swears. There is also mention of puke - but, emetophobes, it's not the puke that you think.Visit theallusionist.org/hues for more information about the topics in this episode plus a transcript of the episode. It's one of the questions that Off The Ball's Cameron Hill has been exploring, and he joins Pat to discuss.

Have you ever woken from a vivid dream and thought, what on earth was that about? Maybe you were flying, falling, or running through places you’ve never been that somehow felt strangely familiar. What if those wild dreamscapes aren’t random nonsense at all, but your brain speaking its most honest language? In this Moment of Awe, we step into the mysterious space where neuroscience meets psychology, where the science of sleep collides with the poetry of the soul. While most of us dismiss our dreams the moment we reach for our morning coffee, something far more extraordinary is happening beneath the surface. Your dreams aren’t noise. They’re sacred conversations between your brain, your heart, and your soul. This episode reveals three transformative insights about the science and meaning behind your dreams, and how to start working with them. Your Brain’s Night Shift: The Science of Dreaming When you fall asleep, your brain doesn’t shut down. It lights up. During REM sleep, the stage where most vivid dreams occur, your brain becomes almost as active as when you’re awake. Neural imaging shows surges of activity in areas tied to emotion, memory, and imagination, while logic and self-control take a back seat. That’s why dreams feel so real and so irrational at the same time. Neuroscientists now understand that dreaming serves a powerful purpose: it’s your brain’s way of processing emotions, problem-solving, and storing memories. Think of it as an overnight therapy session, sorting through what you didn’t have time to feel during the day. Your mind is filing emotional data, connecting dots, and sometimes rewriting stories that were too heavy to carry while you were awake. So the next time you wake from a dream that makes no sense, remember: your brain was just doing deep maintenance on your soul. The Fear Factor: Messages from the Subconscious Freud called dreams the “royal road to the unconscious.” Jung believed they were messages from the deeper self, symbols trying to guide us toward wholeness. In modern psychology, dreams are seen as the bridge between your conscious desires and your unconscious truths. That nightmare where you’re being chased? It’s not about danger. It’s about avoidance. That recurring dream about missing a flight? It’s your mind saying, “You’re afraid of missing out on something bigger.” And those dreams about people from your past? They’re not about them. They’re reflections of the parts of yourself still seeking closure. Dreams are the theatre of the psyche, where unspoken fears and forgotten hopes take the spotlight. The key is not to decode them like riddles, but to feel into them. Ask yourself: what emotion was I carrying in that dream? What part of me was trying to be seen? Because the language of dreams is not logic. It’s symbolism. Turning Night Into Insight: Working with Your Dreams Here’s where the magic meets the practical. You can train yourself to remember and even work with your dreams. Keep a journal by your bed. The moment you wake, write down whatever you can recall, even fragments. Colours, feelings, symbols. Over time, you’ll start to see patterns, emotional fingerprints of your inner world. Before sleep, set an intention: “Show me what I need to understand.” Your subconscious listens. Dream researchers say this simple practice can enhance creativity, emotional regulation, and even decision-making, because you’re learning to dialogue with the deeper parts of yourself. And for the truly adventurous, lucid dreaming allows you to become aware inside the dream. Imagine exploring your own consciousness while you sleep. The truth is, your dream world isn’t separate from your waking life. It’s the same mind, just speaking in symbols instead of sentences. This isn’t just an episode. It’s an invitation to stop dismissing your dreams and start listening to what they’re trying to show you. Your dreams are your mind saying something here needs attention, something here is seeking resolution, something here wants to be understood. When you listen with curiosity, the mystery dissolves, and meaning begins to emerge. The goal isn’t to decode every dream. It’s to honour the conversation. And once you start listening, you’ll never sleep the same way again. You can watch the video of this episode on YouTube. Newsletter: https://catherineplano.com for transformation. Following on from their Aries hosiery review today, Faye and Dolly settle into the accompanying podcast where the conversation quickly finds its own path. Inspired by the bold colours featured in their review, gold for Faye and burgundy for Dolly, the chat soon moves into Aries celebrities, recognisable personality traits and the fiery, determined qualities often linked to this zodiac sign. As always with these two, the conversation doesn't stay on one track for long. They are queens of the tangent, so sit back and enjoy wherever the discussion leads them today. As a reminder, our podcast is available on all major platforms, including Spotify, Apple, Google, Amazon, and more. What if your walleye box held the key to your next muskie? We sit down with veteran multi‑species guide Patrick Tryon to unpack a hard‑won breakthrough: when walleyes get picky, the jig colour they favour often maps directly to the belly colour that triggers muskies. It's not a theory born from luck—it's the product of years of obsessive journaling on Lake Nipissing and the Upper French River, controlled trolling tests, and a willingness to question assumptions about colour, light, and predator focus.Pat walks us through the early breadcrumbs: chartreuse ruling most days, then suddenly failing while orange or white took over; walleyes locking onto one hue during “weird” windows; and muskies going quiet at the exact same times. He details how he stripped variables by running four identical crankbaits differentiated only by belly colour matched to jig paints, and what he learned when conditions tightened. The turning point arrives with a simple clue—black jigs outfish everything on a slow walleye day—followed by a bold switch to an all‑black Suick. Fifty‑five minutes later, two high‑40s are in the net and a pattern becomes a tool.Beyond the fish tales, this episode doubles as a blueprint for anglers who want reliable results under pressure. You'll hear how to keep a useful fishing journal, why belly contrast can outperform top‑side flair, and how to use a high‑volume species like walleye as a real‑time sensor for apex predators. The takeaway is practical and repeatable: when walleyes get selective, match that exact jig colour to your muskie bait bellies and tighten your spread around it. It won't win every hour, but it can save the hours that matter. If this story sparks ideas for your water, share them with us, subscribe for more field‑tested tactics, and leave a rating so other anglers can find the show. Got a colour that's bailed you out? Tell us—we're all adding lines to the same journal.

Are bright colours and fast-paced screens harming your child's development? In this episode, we take a close look at what the research says about children's media, classroom colour, and why beauty matters more than we think. There's a reason the old Disney films, the gentle pace of Heidi and Little House on the Prairie, and those exquisite hand-illustrated picture books felt so different from what children are watching today.Studies show that just nine minutes of fast-paced cartoons can measurably impair a four-year-old's ability to focus, self-regulate, and solve problems. And it's not only screens — research on classroom environments finds that heavily decorated spaces with competing bright colours actually lower children's academic performance and increase disruptive behaviour. We've somehow convinced ourselves that louder, brighter, and faster is better for children. This episode will push back hard on that.Whether you're a parent, an educator, or both — this one will make you look at your child's environment differently.
Despite what we're told, websites are not obsolete. Curators still look at them. Gallerists still look at them. Collectors still look at them. Commissioners still look at them. Quietly. Carefully. Often before they ever contact you. Your website is where people go when they're deciding whether to take you seriously. Social media shows momentum. Websites show coherence. If your website feels overwhelming, messy, neglected, or like a project you keep putting off, that doesn't mean you're behind. It usually means you've skipped a step. Most artists jump straight to design. Templates. Platforms. Fonts. Colours. And they do it before they've made the harder, quieter decisions. What actually belongs on here? What am I ready to stand behind? What story am I telling now, not five years ago? So, today´s episode isn't about redesigning your website. It's about preparing for it. KEY TAKEAWAYS Artist websites still matter - curators, gallerists, commissioners, and collectors actually use them. Your website isn't dead. It's quietly doing its job when the right people are paying attention. Your website is not a performance space, but a catalogue of your strongest thinking. It is not an archive. This is a selection of your best work - If someone only ever saw this work, they should understand the kind of artist you are. I don't want anyone landing on your site and thinking, well, now what? So, decide before you design how people can connect with you. This episode is about deciding what needs to be included on your site. The next one is about shaping. BEST MOMENTS “Ask yourself something important - if someone only saw these pieces, would they understand what kind of artist I am?” “Have a portrait image of yourself, ideally in your studio or somewhere that feels human. Smiley helps, warm helps, approachable helps. People want to know who they're connecting with. They don't need mystery here.” “A blank contact page with just an email address or an Instagram handle doesn't feel welcoming. It feels like a closed door.” PODCAST HOST BIO With over 35 years in the art world, Ceri has worked closely with leading artists and arts professionals, managed public and private galleries and charities, and curated more than 250 exhibitions and events. Australia Day Weekend 2026 saw the coming together of many INXS fans and patrons of this show for a special commemoration of what would have been Michael Hutchence's 66th birthday. It was a fantastic bus trip commencing from the iconic Northern Beaches in Sydney. Attendees were greeted with a video acknowledgment from the sax god Kirk Pengilly and recent podcast guest Gary Grant (Former Tour Manager). We proceeded to famous INXS landmarks such as Clontarf Beach (the "Stay Young" video landmark), a Brookvale Industrial building where they rehearsed and gigged in 1979 and the Intercontinental Hotel where we lost Michael. Later that night, it went straight to the Dee Why RSL for the fantastic Don't Change The Ultimate INXS Tribute Show gig, in front of over 650+ passionate, proud and energetic fans to witness 30 blistering tracks, including one Midnight Oil song paying tribute to the recent passing of drummer Rob Hirst. With the DC Boys paying homage to the 40th anniversary of Listen Like Thieves, the band proceeded to play the entire album plus 19 other songs from Underneath the Colours through to the X album. Big shoutout to all those who contributed and won their respective raffle prizes, and to all those who contributed to a great weekend and Bee's tireless efforts. Finally, with a chunky news section catching up on fascinating INXS updates, it's also an opportunity to share some major changes to our podcast. You'll need to stay tuned until the “final wrap” to find out. Love and peace https://www.inxsaccessallareas.com/ listenlikefans@gmail.com

We talk about the preservation of dinosaur colours is limited to certain pigments and while some colours may not preserve well, the organisation of melanosomes is a more significant factor.
