Recordings of the services at the Abundant Life Church in Gillette, WY.

We can learn a lot from the seven churches. Church of Laodicea is covered here.

The disciples that were mentioned today were part of the outer circle. They were not as close to Jesus like some of the other disciples were. That does not make them less important then the others. Jesus still used them and counted them as the 12. That doesn't make us less important in God's kingdom. God can still use you no matter how insignificant you feel.

The church of Philadelphia was a faithful church. They teach us how to be faithful in this day in age. We need to be faithful to God with prayer and fasting and reading and studying his word. We also need to be faithful to the church in our attendance and tithes and offering.

God will communicate several ways to get our attention. We have a duty to here him and respond.

Every voice has a distinction about it, whether it's high or low, loud or quiet. If you listen to a voice long enough you can recognize that voice without even seeing who walked into a room. God doesn't us a booming voice, but a still small voice. He wants to invite us in, not scare us. We need to start recognizing the distinction of God's voice.

The church or Sardis was a dead church because the didn't live for the Lord like they should have lived. They are a prime example of how we should not be. We need to be a live and living church, not a dead one.

God is with us everywhere, even when we cannot feel Him through the valleys of life. Have faith for He is with us.

Lesson 5. Thomas and Matthew. God has a specific plan for each of us, maybe not something we're good at or comfortable doing. His plan will be something that we can only do through Him, and His strength.

The churches in the Bible will teach us how we should live in this time frame. Like how how we should dress and be modest for the Lord and not be like the world. the Bible says come out from them and be ye seperate.

The Good life.... what does that mean. Big house, nice cars, lots of money, fame....the list could go on for a minute. But in the end those things won't matter. Jesus is the answer to that question. Enoch found that out in Gen 5. He walked with God 365 years of his life then God took him home. He didn't experience death. God needs to become our everything, our good life.

Phillip and Nathaniel were the next 2 in the group that was mentioned today. Nathaniel didn't think nothing could come from Nazareth. But on the contrary, God is always good. God doesn't call you because you are perfect or have it all together. He calls you because He can help you in your brokenness. He uses the broken and imperfect people to further His kingdom.

Endurance through hardships. Be who God says you are, not who others say you are. Don't listen to the lies of the enemy. Stay steadfast in prayer, stay in Gods will for your life. We will endure hardships that may be designed to grow us. Stay strong, joy comes in the morning!

It's hard to shout with your mouth closed or a whisper. The bible says shout unto God with voice of triumph. A voice of worship will invite the Spirit of God in. There is no telling what God will do in your situation if you raise your voice and let God arise.

James and John had a zeal to follow Jesus, and that is ok, but sometimes they let that zeal get out of hand. We can be zealous, but don't loose control. Keep that zeal in check with the Lord and let the Lord lead you.

There are lost souls in the world, but for us to be ready for that harvest we need to get closer to the Lord. We need to let the Lord change some things in us so that we can be ready for the harvest that the Lord wants to give us for his Church.

Don't listen to the lies of the enemy. Use Gods word and scriptures to combat the dragon.

God wants to touch our needs, but sometimes He is waiting for us to reach. He wants to see how bad we want his touch. So come to Him boldly and bring your petitions to the Lord while He is near.

God wants to fill us with his spirit to where its overflowing. He wants it to where we share his spirit to others.

Church of Thyatira. Where Jezebel came from and ruled in a troubling manner.

To be with God, we need to enter a covenant with Him. For us today in 2025, that means being baptized in Jesus name, and being filled with the Holy Ghost...If you don't know what that means; come check out Abundant Life Church and we will help you understand.

Wisdom is the last attribute of God. God's wisdom goes way beyond our understanding. You may think your story is over, but God sees and knows the outcome. Trust in Him. Lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths.

He knows what we need, He wants us to reach out to Him with everything including our wants.

Gods goodness and His Truth is never changing. Hardships will come but His Word always encourages us. He will give us trials to grow our faith. Trust Him always.

This is the 3rd church in the book of Revelation. They had their issues that Jesus addressed. But we can see what they were doing and learn from their mistakes.

We need to let the rain of the Holy Ghost flow down from the Lord. If we block what the Lord wants to do in our live we will slowly walk away from God. So we need to to keep our daily walk with the Lord up or we will fall and be in a dry place with the Lord.

The church of Smyrna. The lesson teaches us to remain faithful through ALL circumstances. Be separated from the world through Holyness. Be aware because persecution will come.

God's kingdom is not only by word, but it is through power. Creation and salvation did not just happen just by speaking, there was power that put those things in action. We cannot be saved by our works or by our own power. It has to be through God and His power.

We need to put on the armor that the Lord gave us, so we can stand against anything that satan throws at us.

God always acts in accordance with His own perfect and holy character. It's not just about following a set of rules, but about God being perfectly aligned with His own divine nature, which is the standard of what is right and just. In essence, God is righteous because He is righteousness.

First church covered is the Church of Ephesus. They were doing MOST things right, but forgot their first love. The love of Christ.

The goodness of God has always been there, even in the beginning. Even when Adam and Eve messed up, God didn't leave them in their mess. He covered them by animal skins. When we mess up, go back to God and let his grace cover you.

The grace of God is efficient for us because he Loved us so much even when we have sinned and done wrong. He forgave us of our sin because of Grace!

From the beginning we were meant to be princes, and princesses. But we were stripped from that when mankind fell. We are supposed to have dominion, but we became slaves to sin. God is going to restore our dominion one day....

Through out the bible, God has shown us mercy. Mercy is when we are given what we don't deserve. The ark was God's mercy in the old testament. The cross was God's mercy in the new testament.

3 distinct parts in the way God calls you. 1st, what is God calling you to. 2nd: how is God calling you. 3rd: when is that calling going to be fulfilled? To answer that calling, begin by being available and to serve without being seen.

God has called everyone to be a disciple. A lot of times we think the calling of God is preaching, or being a missionary or something of that sort. But that's not always the case. More often then not God is calling us to reach that person you standing next to...

The love of God goes deeper than we can fathom or understand. We think that once we mess up that God doesn't want anything else to do with us. That is far from the truth. God's love covers a multitude of sins.

God wants us to turn back to Him. He doesn't want us to dwell in sin. When not if, but when we mess up we need to turn back to God.

Have your eyes and heart open to signs and direction for Gods calling in your life.

God is holy. Sin cannot dwell in the presence of God. God is so holy and pure that no living human being can see the face of God. And since God is holy, He has some things on earth holy including His people.

In the past few weeks, we have learned how God speaks. It starts with His word, the man of God, the spirit of God, and this week, He uses His people. Sometimes people will say something that strikes a chord with you and they don't even know your situation, but God knows.

God wants to cover us with his glory again and again after we sin. We can always come back to God and he will cover our guilt and shame.

God never changes, he is an unchangeable God. Things are all always changing but God never changes. We get into these routines and when they get disrupted things get out of wack, but God never changes.

In the bible wells were a source of water. Sometimes wells need to be redug. Sometimes new wells had to be dug up. In our generation today, we need to redig the wells that our elders put in place. Not redefine what was already dug up...

The church started with God who came down as Jesus. He passed the mantle to His disciples. They preached the salvation message. That mantle has been passed to us today and it is our mission to preach the same gospel to the lost.

You don't have to live in the whatever grave has you bound. You are not defined by your mistakes. God has delivered you and has set you free. So get up out of that grave.

This weeks lesson was about God's omnipresence. He is the only one that can be every where all at once. He knows and declares the beginning and the end. He is the author and finisher of our faith. Put your trust in Him today. It is not to late.

Listen to the voice of God. Do not be deceived by the voices of people around you, the world, or your own flesh.

In the older times, a kings robe showed his greatness by how long his robe was. In the bible, it says that God's train fills the temple. Which means there is no measure to God's greatness. No matter how many times you mess up, God's greatness is greater than you sin.

The attributes of God are incomparable to ours. God is eternal and we are bound by time. Before time God was.....
