"Let not your heart be troubled." - Jesus In the face of tragedy, we have a choice: let fear win or let faith rise. Today's message reminds us that even in our darkest moments, God's peace can guard our hearts. The enemy may scheme, but he just woke a giant - the Church. We're called to be bold in our faith, to cast our cares on Him, and to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus. Remember: You are built to live by faith. Don't let your heart be troubled. Replace worry with worship. Your strength comes from the joy of the Lord.
Episode 141 of Victory Vision is an interview with Missionary Robert Buchanan on the mission work in Canada and being a Faithful and Available vessel for the Lord.

“RENEW: The Best Version of You” By Pastor Bryan Hudson, D.Min. Theme: The sermon centers on the biblical principle of renewal—God's continual work of making believers into the best version of themselves through inward transformation, endurance through shaking, and daily spiritual renewal. Introduction Renewal is necessary for personal growth, relationships, and the world at large. Everyone has “different versions” of themselves across stages of life. God desires to bring out the best versionthrough His Spirit. Key text: 2 Corinthians 4:16 – “Though our outward man perishes, the inward man is renewed day by day.” Renewal Illustrated Renewal parallels physical projects: tearing out old concrete, replacing screens, removing flags. Renewal often requires breaking up and removing old things before the new can be established. Biblical principle: You cannot put new wine into old wineskins (Matt. 9:17). Renewal in the Midst of Shaking Text: Hebrews 12:26–29 – God shakes what is man-made so that what is God-made may remain. Shaking exposes what is unstable or superficial. Believers rooted in God endure shaking because they are God-made, not man-made. Renewal involves cost, disruption, and difficulty, like construction work—yet produces lasting change. Renewal Defined Renewal = being made new, renovated, refreshed continuously. It is God's work, not human self-effort. Believers cooperate with God by trusting and yielding. Renewal is daily, regardless of circumstances: “Don't ask, How do I feel? Ask, What do I believe?” Five Keys to Renewal (R.E.N.E.W.) R – Rest and Repent Rest = entering God's finished work (Hebrews 4:10). Repent = change your mind and position yourself to receive from God (Acts 3:19). Rest includes physical rest—sleep is God-given and essential. E – Experience Fullness In God's presence is fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11). Joy is deeper than happiness—an inward assurance of being in God's will. Believers receive fullness from Christ (John 1:16). N – Never Cease Prayer Prayer sustains renewal. “Pray without ceasing” (1 Thess. 5:16-18). Thanksgiving and prayer cultivate resilience in every circumstance. E – Endure (Cast Cares on the Lord) Endure hardship as a soldier (2 Tim. 2:3). Do not become entangled with the world's cares. Cast cares on God because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:6-7). W – Wait on Exchange of Strength Those who wait on the Lord renew their strength (Isaiah 40:30-31). Waiting = lingering in God's presence, binding your life to Him. Renewal involves exchange—our weakness for God's strength, our struggles for His victory. Practical Insights Renewal is ongoing, disruptive, sometimes painful—but it leads to vitality, clarity, and endurance. Renewal impacts spirit, soul, and body. Even physical practices like rest and good sleep are part of God's care. God uses challenges and even sorrow to lead us toward repentance and transformation. Conclusion Renewal helps us become the best version of ourselves—rested, filled with joy, prayerful, enduring, and strong in the Lord. Renewal is God's work, requiring our cooperation, humility, and willingness to embrace the process—even when it involves shaking or breaking. Final encouragement: Trust God's renewing work daily. Don't measure by feelings—live by faith.

Welcome to The Daily, where we study the Bible verse by verse, chapter by chapter, every day. Support our mission to teach every verse of the Bible. Read more here: Project23 Our text today is Judges 3:24-20 When he had gone, the servants came, and when they saw that the doors of the roof chamber were locked, they thought, “Surely he is relieving himself in the closet of the cool chamber.” And they waited till they were embarrassed. But when he still did not open the doors of the roof chamber, they took the key and opened them, and there lay their lord dead on the floor. Ehud escaped while they delayed, and he passed beyond the idols and escaped to Seirah. When he arrived, he sounded the trumpet in the hill country of Ephraim. Then the people of Israel went down with him from the hill country, and he was their leader. And he said to them, “Follow after me, for the Lord has given your enemies the Moabites into your hand.” So they went down after him and seized the fords of the Jordan against the Moabites and did not allow anyone to pass over. And they killed at that time about 10,000 of the Moabites, all strong, able-bodied men; not a man escaped. So Moab was subdued that day under the hand of Israel. And the land had rest for eighty years. — Judges 3:24-30 What could God do through your faith-filled courage if you actually stepped out today? Ehud's daring act in the palace wasn't the end—it was the beginning. Once the king fell, Ehud rallied Israel with a trumpet blast. Notice his words: “Follow after me, for the Lord has given your enemies into your hand.” This wasn't Ehud's victory—it was God's. But Ehud's faith lit the spark. Israel seized the fords, cut off Moab's retreat, and struck down 10,000 of their strongest soldiers. The result? Eighty years of peace. One man's courageous obedience unleashed a wave of victory for an entire nation. Your obedience today could be the turning point for more people than you realize. Ehud didn't just free himself—he freed his nation. Don't underestimate the ripple effect of your courage. When you lead your family in prayer, when you walk in integrity at work, when you take a stand for Christ, you create space for others to follow. Courage multiplies. Obedience inspires. Faith spreads. And the peace that comes isn't just for you—it blesses everyone around you. ASK THIS: Where do I need to blow the trumpet and step out in courage for God? Who might follow my lead if I lived boldly in faith? Do I believe my obedience can impact not just me, but generations? How does Ehud's story challenge my view of faith and courage? DO THIS: Take one bold step of faith today in an area you've been holding back. Trust God to use your obedience to influence more people than you can see. PRAY THIS: Lord, give me Ehud's courage to step out in faith. Use my obedience to bring victory and peace not just to me, but to those you've placed in my life. Amen. PLAY THIS: "Do It Again."

Show them the character of Christ through your gracious response to tragedy.Anchor Your Hope in Eternal Perspectives. Remember that Charlie's work continues in heaven and through the lives he touched. The light of Christ must shine through you unmarred by the darkness that surrounds this event. Double Down on Speaking Truth in Love. Don't retreat from difficult conversations. Continue Charlie's legacy by engaging respectfully but boldly with those who challenge your faith, knowing light dispels darkness.Trust God's Sovereign Plan. In this heartfelt solo episode of Made for Impact, Petia Kolibova Burns shares a personal message God placed on her heart about faith-filled femininity. She explores the patterns many women inherit of overworking, hustling, and carrying the weight of family, work, and community on their shoulders. Drawing from her own journey—from her European upbringing, through her boss-babe era, to her transformation as a follower of Jesus—Petia invites women to soften, slow down, and lean on God. She shares how letting go of control and embracing softness strengthens marriages, restores balance, and opens the door to God's true calling. Key Takeaways Many women feel they must do it all—work, family, community—but this leads to exhaustion and disconnection. Faith-filled femininity is about softening and allowing God (and our husbands) to step into their roles. Petia shares her shift from self-reliance and hustle to trusting God fully with her calling. When women soften, they create space for their husbands to lead and for God to guide. True rest and fulfillment come not from control, but from surrender and trust in God's plan. Reflection Questions Where in your life or relationships can you soften and release control? How can you invite God into your daily rhythms instead of trying to do everything on your own? What old patterns of hustle or self-reliance might God be asking you to let go of? How can you create more space for your husband or loved ones to lead? Resources & Next Steps If this episode encouraged you, share it with a friend who needs a reminder to soften and trust God. Stay connected with Petia on Instagram at @petiakolibova and tune in for future episodes where faith and purpose meet.
Today end all your problems, worry, anxiety, depression, doubt and stress. Turn everything over to God right now. Do not touch it, think it look at it another day! God is ready to help you when you let Him do it! Trust God . Blessings

Connect with me here! Send me a text message! Do you ever wake up in the morning and not feel like a Christian(maybe cause of shame or guilt or just plain humanness lol) Or maybe you don't want to spend time with God or in His word? These FEELINGS are normal BUT we have the power to overcome those feelings and not give into them. To put faith into action and not let our feelings win. Let's talk about this. Some times I don't want to workout but I know that I should or sometimes I just want to eat sugar and snacks all day but ultimately i know this isn't beneficial to me and won't give me the results I want in my mental or physical well being. The same is true for our spiritual health! We have to get in the same mindset we would have when taking care of our physical bodies. Not giving in to our flesh and eating a carton of cookies but instead eating one cookie and then going for a walk lol Not indulging in a huge bowl of ice cream every night because you ‘deserve it' after a hard day but instead choosing some fruit and then maybe a bowl at the end of the week. Spiritually speaking not indulging in our laziness of not wanting to put the work into our relationship with God because we are tired or don't feel like it but instead pushing through and reminding ourselves of the benefits of faith over feelings! When I looked up ‘faith over feelings' the google said this- "Faith over feelings" means prioritizing trust in God's word and promises over relying on one's fluctuating emotions.Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:7 – "For we live by faith, not by sight."Feelings are real but not final. Emotions can be indicators but not decision-makers.- Emotions are unreliable.Quote on blog I read- ‘So many people live their lives completely controlled by their feelings. Every decision, reaction, and even their identity is shaped by how they feel in the moment. The problem is, our feelings are unstable, unreliable, and often flat-out wrong. They're not meant to be the compass guiding our lives'2)Have to learn to TRUST God and his plan- let go and give God the reins- God's word is truth-- The world will tell you to follow your heart, trust your gut, and live by your truth. But if your feelings are your guide, you'll always be tossed around by whatever circumstance you face. One moment you're happy and confident, and the next you're overwhelmed by insecurity and doubt. That's why feelings can't be your foundation. God must be.3) Speak truth over emotion. Use scripture to realign your heart when your feelings lie.We, as women, are emotional creatures. Its a gift from God cause we are tender hearted and we love and care deeply. There are sooo many good things to this BUT it can also be a weakness if we let our emotions run wild. Lol 4) Anchor in God's character. Faith grows as you rehearse & remember who God is, no onlyt what you feel.Faith is a choice!✨Come hang with me on IG- https://www.instagram.com/mrsangelapitnikoff/✨Join our FB sisterhood!- https://www.facebook.com/groups/kingdomdaughterssisterhood✨Want some fun free resources? “How do I trust God’s heart when His ways and delays are breaking mine?” That’s the question on the table for this week’s episode. It’s probably not a question you’ve asked aloud, but anyone who’s ever been heartbroken, hurt, overwhelmed, or confused by life’s circumstances has pondered the question in her heart. In this episode, I sit down with Kelly Hall—mom of four, Bible teacher, podcaster, and author—whose story of resilience will inspire you. Kelly and her husband, an Air Force fighter pilot, have walked through extraordinary challenges as they raised their four children, three whom are deaf. Kelly is full of real life wisdom about how to hold onto hope when you can barely hold on. Through disappointments, devastation, delays, and seasons of isolation, Kelly has learned how to anchor her heart in God’s promises. She shares practical ways to shift your focus from circumstances to Christ, along with her acronym for HOPE: holding tight to God’s Word, opening your eyes to His work, and embracing His possibilities. Will I make it? This is the question many of us are asking right now as new seasons begin—work has started, classes have started, and the weight of responsibilities feels heavy. In Romans 8:28, Paul reminds the church that God is working all things together for good. Even when circumstances look uncertain, God is not distant—He is actively at work in this very moment. And the promise we hold onto is this: the same God who began the work will be faithful to finish it. Message Delivered: 8/31/25
1. Restore the fallen with gentleness - We need to be reminded that the church is not a museum for perfect people - We cannot ignore sin - We need gentleness - We need to be reminded that the work of restoration is gospel work 2. Carry the weight – don't let people be crushed alone - Look around, not just within - Step in even when it's messy - Be willing to be carried 3. Keep sowing even when it feels slow - Watch what you plant - Keep sowing even when it feels small - Trust God

Stress has a way of sneaking into every part of our lives—our thoughts, our bodies, even our sleep. If you’ve ever faced anxiety so heavy it led to nightmares or physical strain, you’re not alone. Today’s reflection from Vivian Bricker reminds us that even in overwhelming seasons, God offers consolation and joy, just as Psalm 94:19 declares: “When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.” Sometimes the bravest, most faith-filled choice we can make is to step away from the people, places, or situations fueling our stress and instead turn toward God’s presence. His peace is not earned—it’s a gift. And in Him, we find strength to set boundaries, rest in His promises, and release the pressure we were never meant to carry alone. Main Takeaways Stress can manifest physically and emotionally, but God invites us to bring it all to Him. Boundaries are not selfish; they are often necessary for health and healing. Psalm 94:19 reminds us that God’s consolation brings joy even in the heaviest seasons. Choosing to step away from harmful stressors creates space for God’s peace to guard our hearts. Bible Verse References Psalm 94:19 – “When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.” 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 – God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness. 1 Peter 5:7 – Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. I can own my response Proverbs 29:22 An angry person stirs up conflict, and a hot-tempered person commits many sins (NIV) Proverbs 15:18 A hot-tempered person stirs up conflict, but the one who is patient calms a quarrel (NIV) Proverbs 14:29 Whoever is patient has great understanding, but one who is quick-tempered displays folly (NIV) Proverbs 29:11 Fools give full vent to their rage, but the wise bring calm in the end (NIV) 2. Always pray for God to help them. Romans 12:14 - 14 Bless those who persecute you. Don’t curse them; pray that God will bless them. (NLT) C. Never try to play the role of the Holy Spirit. What about in marriage? A. God does not like divorce B. God’s Word makes provision for divorce when it’s needed C. God can do miracles Matthew 19:3-9 Some Pharisees came to him to test him. They asked, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any and every reason?” 4 “Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female, 5 and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh? 6 So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” 7 “Why then,” they asked, “did Moses command that a man give his wife a certificate of divorce and send her away?” 8 Jesus replied, “Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because your hearts were hard. But it was not this way from the beginning. 9 I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.” (NIV) 1 Corinthians 7:10-16 To the married I give this command (not I, but the Lord): A wife must not separate from her husband. 11 But if she does, she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. And a husband must not divorce his wife. 12 To the rest I say this (I, not the Lord): If any brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to live with him, he must not divorce her. 13 And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him. 14 For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy. 15 But if the unbeliever leaves, let it be so. The brother or the sister is not bound in such circumstances; God has called us to live in peace. 16 How do you know, wife, whether you will save your husband? Or, how do you know, husband, whether you will save your wife? (NIV)
