He talked about the decision to step into the art world; a world completely opposite of the Marine Corps. Christian spoke very transparently about his battle with PTSD. He is currently working on a project called Acrylic Warfare. It is a traveling juried art show where Veteran artists can show their work, promoting alternative therapy as a voice for change.

    Linda Green served 32 years with the California Department of Forestry & Fire Prevention. In addition to her service as a first responder she also wrote a book titled "Solving the Post Traumatic Stress Brain Injury Puzzle". She sat down for an interview with Alec to discuss her story. The conversation started with the two giving great detail on working in Emergency Medical Services and the amount of stress that brings. They also discussed COVID-19 and the amount of turmoil it's bringing on the world. Linda shared in great detail what happened September 12th, 2015 and the PTSD she developed from it. Lastly she shared the importance of working on healing with individual conditions instead of everything at once.

    Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinically Certified Hypnotherapist Kaylie Rodriguez joined Alec for an interview. She joined LTIO all the way from Calgary, a city in the western Canadian province of Alberta. Kaylie talked a bit about her prior 14 years in the field of psychology while also explaining in great depth what "Hypnotherapy" entails. She also shared light on emotional health and the importance of living a holistically healthy life. The two discussed codependency in relationships in great detail, and also how a healthy relationship should look.
