Hello and welcome back to another episode! In this episode I discuss one of my favorite shows: Avatar the Last Airbender and why I enjoy it so much. I talk about it from 3 different points. I discuss its plot/worldbuilding, characters and mis-allencous thoughts or real life implications. Avatar the Last Airbender is show that means more to me than just a simple story. This show has taught me so much about perspective, confidence, kindness, making mistakes and learning from them and more. ATLA is more than just a kid's show; it is a media that can impact all walks of life, tug at your heartstrings and can always make you laugh. I wanted to honor this show and its success with my own twist as to why I enjoy it. Please give it a watch if you have not yet! Hello and welcome back to another episode! In this episode I reflect on this past summer. I discuss my expectations for summer vs. the reality I got, what I did, and what I gained and learned this summer. I discuss social media, college classes ( just a little bit), learning new skills, getting ready for college, my job and watching a lot of Netflix/Disney (new shows, youtubers and movies I watched). This summer was definitely a different type of summer than normal because this was the first summer I stayed at home a lot. Normally, my summer consists of going outside for ½ the day and this summer was the reverse. I wanted to just look back and see what was this summer as a memento to see back later and how time has changed. Make sure to subscribe, review my podcast if you enjoyed it! Hello and welcome back to another episode! In this episode I have an important conversation about confidence! Confidence is something that I have struggled with and only this year did I really understand what it means. I discuss what confidence means to me, my journey with finding confidence in myself and my abilities, and some tips to help you. Remember, that this is my personal journey and I am not speaking for everyone;s experience with confidence. Please take my experience as a grain of salt to help yourself with. I hope you can learn one small thing from this and remember we are each our own confident, bad, b*tch. Thank you for listening to this episode and thank you for your support! Hello and welcome back to another episode! In this episode I talk about burn out and finding inspiration. I discuss what burn out looks like for me, my experience with it, how I “treat” it when I do feel burnt out and how I try my best to prevent burn out. This was a very personal and vulnerable episode for me to record. Disclaimer: Everyone has a different experience with burnout and deals with it differently. I just want to discuss my experience with it and provide some insight onto what I think of it. Take what I say with a grain of salt because everyone has different perspectives. Hello and welcome back to another episode! In this episode I talk about what I learned from my college classes. This summer I took 2 college classes: Business Information Systems and Introduction to Python. I took these classes for education and not for credits because I need to learn certain technology and computer science skills for future career. I am planning on studying information systems and want to get a career in business and technology so these 2 classes will help me do so. I basically talk about what I learned in those classes, different concepts and the final projects. This was a great way for me to reflect on a big part of my summer and how it will help me. Hello and welcome back to another episode. In today's episode I rank 7 different social media platforms that I have used. The 7 platforms I discuss are Pinterest, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok and Twitter. I finalized these rankings based on my personal experience with each of these platforms and how much value I have gained from using each of them. I disucss some of their downsides in terms of user interface and their positive sides too. These rankings are based of my opinion so please take what I say with a grain of salt. I hope you can still learn something from this episode about the different social media platforms. My main takeaway is that with social media it is better to focus on the quality of the platform over quantity of how many platforms you use. What you gain from each platform is far more important than how many apps you are on. I hope you enjoy this episode. Make sure to subscribe, review and share this podcast with you friends and family. Hello everyone! Welcome back to today's episode where I talked about my favorite shows as a kid. I choose 5 shows that I loved watching when I was in elementary school which are Dora the Explorer, Phineas and Ferb, Winx Club, Tom and Jerry and Hannah Montana. 4/5 shows are animated and one is live action, because I am a sucker for animation. I discuss my favorite parts of each show and some episodes, if I can remember and as well as if I still watch these shows. Most of this episode is just me ranting because the more I talk about each show the more I remember so there is no real structure to this episode. However, I still had an amazing time just recording this chit-chat episode because it was on a topic that I would not see myself normally talking about. Regardless, I hope you enjoy this episode and if you have seen any of these shows, can relate to to the episode. A lot of this episode is my own opinion about each show and if you disagree, that is completely fine! You can DM me on my Instagram @littleseedsofknowledgepodcast to discuss the shows, if you want. I hope you enjoy this episode and thank you for tuning in. Make sure to subscribe, follow, rate and review, and share this podcast with your friends and family. Hello everyone! Welcome back to today's episode where I discuss my quarantine experience. I have been in quarantine for the last 3 months and the lifestyle change has been quiet a shift for me. It is very different from my "normal" lifestyle that I had pre-corona and these past 3 months have taught me a lot. In this episode I discuss the pandemic and some of its positives, what I have been doing during quarantine, my mental health and what this experience has taught me. Obviously what is going on right now has been a big change for everyone and some people have had a more challenging experience than others. I am internally grateful that I do have the option to quarantine with my family and don't have to go outside and put my life on risk. I am very grateful and give thanks to all the doctors, nurses, medical students, grocery store, drivers , and store owners who are still coming everyday to do their job and help others in the community. As a nation, we cannot solve this pandemic without our essential workers. I wanted to just discuss my personal perspective which can be very different from others. I hope you enjoy this episode. Make sure to stay safe, social distance and wear a mask. COVID-19 has not gone yet. Hello everyone! In this episode of Little Seeds Knowledge, I, Riddhi discuss what I learned in high school. I recently graduated high-school and I wanted to reflect back on the past 4 years and share some things that I learned. I talk about 7 lessons I learned from friends, social life, confidence, school or prioritization. This is a short and sweet episode that I wanted to record in order to help any incoming high-schoolers. To be honest, these lessons can be applied to more than just high school, but these things I learned from my high-school experience. I am really excited for college and I cannot wait to share my experience with you. I started this podcast in high school almost a year ago and it is nice to do a full-circle and reflect back on it. It is honestly so refreshing yet weird? Anyways, thank you for listening and I hope you have a great day! Make sure to rate my podcast, subscribe and share the podcast with your friends! Hello everyone! Welcome back to the podcast. In this episode, I discuss Generzation Z, the generation I am part of, and our role in being activists. I wanted to investigate this topic ,especially with the rise in social justice and fight for racial equality, because I noticed how a lot of people figthing for it were people of my age. The current civil rights movement that is happening is different from when it happened 50+ years ago and I wanted to examine how a different generation fighting for the same thing is using different techniques. This episode is very generalized and may not be true in every situation. I also give a little news update about the current #BLM and what changes have been brought. Also, I am biased towards my generation in this episode, but I still have a lot of respect for the generations before me. I hope you enjoy this episode! Remember to keep educating yourself and growing a little new seed of knowledge. If you enjoyed this episode, make sure to subscribe, review and share it with your friends. Hello. I have not uploaded an episode in a really long time, but recent heartbreaking circumstances prompted me to use this platform to record an episode so I can spread awareness on the #Blacklivesmatter and the George Floyd situation. I am a non-black POC so in no way do I relate to the struggles that blacks have to go through everyday and I recognize my privilege. I want to be an ally and talk about this movement because it is very important and no lives matter until #blacklivesmatter. What happened with George Floyd is honestly heartbreaking and vile, and we need to demand change. I discuss different ways that you can support the movement right now and in the future. Remember change can only come if we stick together and fight for justice. I hope this episode does not come off as offensive and if I got anything wrong please DM me on Instagram which is @littleseedsofknoweledgepodcast. Hello! This podcast is finally back after a long three month break (i,m sorry). This episode is a really chill episode where I discuss why I took a break, what I did over the break, what I learnt over the break, and the future of this podcast. There is not much to say about this episode because its honestly just a place for me to collect my thoughts and recollect myself and stitch it together into an episode. I hope some of you are able to relate to parts of this episode and find solace as I did. Just remember, we all have bad days but its what we do to fix those bad days that will eventually lead to the better ones. Thank you for being so patient and waiting for a new episode. I am excited to see where the podcast goes in the future. As always, thanks for listening and hope to see you in the next episode.
Hello everyone! Welcome back to episode 8 of the podcast! I hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving break and go to relax and spend time with your family and friends. I enjoyed my break and needed to vacation time. In this episode, I decided to pay homage to the Thanksgiving season and talk about gratitude, what it means to give gratitude or be grateful, why it is important to be grateful, how to be grateful and 10 things that I am grateful for in my life. Gratefulness and gratitude are important talents in my life that I try to practice everyday because it keeps me happy and motivated and I personally believe that there is always something to be grateful for. However, there is a gray area between how grateful a person should be , what really is gratefulness and who should be more grateful than others. Those questions are left up to to morals and principles of each person's mind. In this episode, I discuss my opinions not facts in relation to gratitude. You may not agree with me and that's okay! I respect your opinion and hopefully, you respect mine. That's all. I am so grateful that I have the ability to create this podcast and have a "platform" where I can voice my opinionS and talk about topics that I am passionate about. I am grateful for each one of you guys. Thank you! Make sure to subscribe, rate and share the podcast with your friends and follow our Instagram page @littleseedsofknowledgepodcast. Bye and hope to see your next episode!
Hello everyone! Welcome back to the newest episode where I talk about how I stay productive, inspired and try to have my life in a balance. Key Word on TRY. I discuss what works for me the best, how I define productivity and the effects of being productive, and strategies that I have. Productivity is not machine based that I have input and then output or in a straight line but rather being productive can go in a large curve. Its difficult to stay inspired all the time and I do have my down days but on most days when I am feeling the most productive I use these tips and strategies to my advantage. Keep in mind that not all these strategies will work for everyone but you should try whatever your interest in and eventually establish a routine for yourself. Thank you for taking your time to tune into the episode and make sure to subscribe, rate and follow the podcast. Also check our Instagram page @littleseedsofknowledgelodpodcast. Hello everyone and welcome back to episode 6! In this episode I sat down with my friend Akshaya and we discussed her involvement in art, specifically painting, and music, specifically playing the viola and the piano. I wanted to discuss her experience because growing up in Silicon Valley which emphasizes STEM and not STEAM, I wanted to break down the barrier and discuss the A in art from STEAM and introduce it. Art is just as important as any other subject and Akshaya discusses why she particularly likes art. She also talks about how art will help her in her future career as a doctor. She talks about some of the opportunities she has had, shares her advice and her story. I really liked talking to Akshaya about this and I hope you guys enjoy the episode. Hello everyone! Welcome back to our podcast, Little Seeds of Knowledge Podcast. In this episode I discuss a sensitive topic :mental health, more specifically, mental health in high school. It is also a co-hosted episode with my awesome friend, Nisha I wanted to discuss what mental health means to me, my struggle with it as a high schooler and just a general discussion. A couple of disclaimers that everyone's mental health journey is different, Nisha and I have not been diagnosed with any "disorder" so our opinion is what we think but many not be TRUE, and to take our words with a grain of salt because everyone has their own interpretation and ideas. We just wanted to share our perspective because we are both passionate about this topic. We hope you enjoyed listening to this episode because we had a lot of fun recording it. Remember that although life gets difficult, always remember that life is short and it is a blessing to be on this Earth. Treat every day like a new day and enjoy the ride! Love you guys and thanks for tuning in. Make sure to subscribe, turn on notifications when we upload and follow our Instagram @littleseedsofknowledgepodcast. Hope to see you next week!
Hi everyone, welcome back to another episode! In today's episode I discuss a topic that I am passionate about which is climate change, but instead of talking directly about climate change I talk about a advocate for a greener Earth who I am inspired by. It is Leonardo Di Caprio. We all know DiCaprio as a famous Hollywood actor but today I wanted to explore another side of him which is his love for Earth and the fight he is creating against climate change. I talk about his foundation the Earth Alliance, 6 of the projects they support and what are their current and future goals. For me, while it is important to discuss climate change it is equally important to discuss figures who are actually doing something to combat the issue. This is important because it might inspire someone else to take a stand (it certainly inspired me!) if they see someone famous doing it. I hope you enjoy this episode and are able to plant your own seed of knowledge by getting involved with Leonardo DiCaprio's foundation or any nonprofit related to climate change in general. Thanks for listening and hope to see you next week for another episode! Make sure to subscribe, share and follow our Instagram @littleseedsofknowledgepodcast. See you soon!

Hello everyone! Welcome to the first official episode of Little Seeds of Knowledge Podcast. I sat down with my friend Nisha and interviewed her about growing up in Silicon Valley. The Silicon Valley is a bustling place filled with the biggest tech companies, opportunities, and several avenues to pursue. We wanted to discuss our experience growing up in such a busy place and some of the benefits and the downsides. We recognize that while the Silicon Valley is a unique place there are many places that have similar features. We don't want to sound offensive or degrade any place as each place was unique and we did mention certain stereotypes to reason. Hope you enjoyed this episode and come back next week for another one.
