Have you ever battled with what to wear for the day? I’m not talking about clothing. I’m talking about the persona you put on in the morning, the motherly or wifely foundation you brush on. Layering that personal trainer, that doctor, that secretary on over your skin. Have you ever just taken a moment to get naked? In the most figurative sense of course (but a little literal nakedness never hurts either). Today, I want to chat with you about not applying so much of that figurative contour and highlight on your self. I want to expose some of the masks we wear and offer a few ideas on how to hang up those masks once in a while, and get back to our perfect, wild bare skin.x,Kayla

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that frightens us most. We ask ourselves, ‘who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and famous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that people won’t feel insecure around you… We were born to make manifest the glory of god that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”-Maryanne Williamson

Hey ya'll, Kayla here! Today I’m diving in deep to explore literal and figurative balance. We hear a lot these days about “setting intention”, “manifestation”, and “gratitude” and I want to unpack that for you so that you come away from this episode feeling refreshed and ready to move forward in your day and your life. What does it look like to create a mindful schedule when it seems like every second of the day is planned for you? What even is “intention”? And what’s all the fuss about meditation? On this episode, I am sharing the top 3 strategies that I use to generate control in my life and how I am working to find contentment and invite abundance into the every day.
