And they did do it better, they hit just shy of 1 million in revenue in their first year they’ve made more net profit in their first year then uber is yet to do in its entire existence. All of these so that they can continue to make sure that 4/10 Americans have credit card debt. If there’s something season 3 really needs, it’s shooting the shit with 2 true blue aussies about travel. We’re young adults, It’s on all of our minds, especially mine since I just quit my job to go travel the world. Who knows? Maybe this episode is more forme than it is for you but nonetheless, if you’re someone who’s dying to get out there in the world, we got the blueprint for making sure you’re focused on the right things when you travel, learned how to travel safely and in a morally correct way, learned a few places that should be at the top of your list for 2020 travels, and got to hear about a pissed off swearing croation taxi driver along the way. We’ve all had that one great idea that we think could really be a great business, unfortunately we give into roadblock and get paralysis by over analysis and after leaving the idea on the backburner long enough, it ends up just fading away. On the other hand, there's a group of individuals that are not just able to take the one good idea and turn it into something, but are able to do that with many ideas, over, and over again, maybe it’s because once they figure out how to make one idea work, they somewhat have a blueprint to work with when pursuing the next. Wouldn’t it be great if we could get inside the heads of one of those individuals so maybe we could at least see what that blueprint might look like? Well today we have the entrepreneurial story of one of the biggest real-estate developers on the east coast. But he got his start as a snow ski instructor. From there he identified the opportunity to plan ski trips which evolved into operating busses and a charter airline company. I could go on but I think there’s only one person who can do this story justice, and that’s bruce himself.

I don’t think anyone here’s those words and doesn’t have that reaction. And that sucks! Being able to financially support ourselves is oftentimes why we do what we do between the hours of 9-5 every M-F. PAUSE What if we were able to have a greater financial consciousness so that we could spend more time of our life doing what we love and not just to support ourselves. This episode is all about the blueprint to do so because as Jazzi says, the goal of personal finance is to not have to think about personal finance.

We’re known as the renter's generation. Thanks to growing up in the midst of the worst economic contraction since the great depression, 2008 has taught us to refrain from any sort of financial commitment. Who can blame us for wanting to rent? We must get outside of this mindset, however, if we are to overcome the poor spending habits of generations prior. Let’s be honest, between the finding of the house, getting financing, and finding and managing tenants, it’s a bit of a mind-fuck (bleeped) so we brought on Chris, who’s goal is to own 13 million in real estate by the time he’s 50, who also leaves us with a great quote, you’re either paying for your landlord's house or your own.
