We discussed Joe's show ‘Ethiopian Still Not Hungry' which he's been performing at the Howling Owl at the Adelaide Fringe with special guest appearances at The Rhino Room and Phat Cave and we also learnt how his tough upbringing led to him getting the passion for comedy. Today, my brother from another mother (aka Karsten's brother) joins us to "Tell Me More" about the crazy stuff that's been going on in his life lately. When he and his wife PJ decided to start trying for a baby, they had no idea that it would take two years to conceive. They also didn't think that by the time she was born, there would be a worldwide pandemic going on. Dan tells us about their struggle with getting pregnant, the 90-hour labor which ended in c-section, the health issues after birth, and parenting a newborn in the middle of COVID. Somehow this craziness only made their marriage stronger, and that's why I love them. You might have heard similar stories before, but not from a male perspective. Six months on, all the elements came together for the two-year demonstration at Combine’s HQ in Aalborg, Denmark, and I was lucky enough to get an invite. So I packed my mic’s and went to find out if Combines Senior UX-designer, Jakob Skovgaard and MapsPeople's Solution Architect, Daniel Nielsen could give us an update on how the project is progressing and also if the demo was considered a success.
