Boy, have we gone niche this week! Not content with already having covered hip-hop albums, this week we zoom in on that benighted land of "celebrity" in the company of Irish comedian and wrestling fanatic Davey Reilly. And sure enough, Davey drags a wrestler through the mud of his own creation. Meanwhile, Ben takes us to the Utah House of Representatives, and Barry casts an eye over misguided sports teams and 80s icon Mr T. Welcome one and all to Episode 9 of DaveBox! Im so honoured to be receiving the feedback and love for each of these episodes so far from you and this week I have for you a special treat. I sat down with Davey Reilly who is fresh off his sold out show in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to sit and talk with us about all the things imaginable. We talk about his comedy stylings and how he generates his ideas to the image of masculinity in Ireland and how toxic a mindset that can be to young men growing up. We also discuss the hugely popular and wildly successful 'Facts' page of which he is a contributor as well as the deeply personal stories behind his show "Dysmorphin' Time" which will be performed throughout the Dublin Fringe Festival.
