Hey all! Your hosts are back with another installment of the podcast. This time around we are looking at Season 8 Episode 7 “Nurse Doctor”. We are also joined by a very special guest: heavensyesfathermucahy!Join us as we discuss the episode, arguably the most annoying character in the entire run of the series, misinterpreted signals, and awkward priest flirting. In tonight’s second segment we take a look at everyone’s favorite priest: Father Francis John Patrick Mulcahy! We take a look into Mulcahy’s backstory, his mannerisms and personality, and try to determine why he’s so damn huggable! And, as always, we do end up on a tangent or two about different, yet somewhat related topics (honestly would you guys expect anything else?)We would like to give a huge Thank You to Heavensyesfathermulcahy for agreeing to come on the podcast and putting up with our nonsense (and for all the hard work she put into preparing for it!)As always if you have any questions, comments, advice or concerns, feel free to leave them here or in our email. Hopefully I have responded to all of our messages and emails (and I promise to try and be more punctual in responding in the future.)So kick back, have a martini with a lizard and join us in the swamp. If you would like to prepare for our next episode, go check out Season 5 Episode 6 (or 7) “The Abduction of Margaret Houlihan.” We hope to see you then!Thank you guys for all your support!-Your loving hostsDownload/Play (Right click to download)DocumentSubscribe via iTunesRSS FeedTwitterHeavensyesfathermulcahy’s Podcast PrepEmail: cocktailsandkhaki@gmail.com
Hey all, your hosts are back with another exciting episode of Cocktails and Khaki! This time we focus our attention on Season 4 Episode 20 (or 21) “The Novocaine Mutiny.”Join us as we discuss the episode, question ridiculous charges, investigate military justice, and comment on super sexy dress uniforms at every opportunity. (Don’t act like you didn’t see it coming.)In the second segment of tonight’s episode we take a look at a character who doesn’t seen to get much love: Frank Burns. We try to go in-depth and get into the mind of Frank to try and understand him a bit better. And as per usual, we end up on a somewhat related, and hopefully equally interesting (and hopefully noncontroversial) tangent on war in general. As always if you have any questions, comments, advice or concerns, feel free to leave them here or in our email. And to all those who have emailed us or send us a message on here, I promise to get back to you this week (it has been a crazy few weeks, but we definitely appreciate you!) So kick back, have a martini with a lizard and join us in the swamp. If you would like to prepare for our next episode, go check out Season 8 Episode 7 “Nurse Doctor. Here it is (as we promised) the second episode of our little podcast. As we said in the last episode, we randomly picked an episode, and this time we got to cover Season 5 Episode 3: Out of Sight, Out of Mind. Join us as we meet our replacement characters for the first time, tackle an episode with a deep subject matter, and hopefully bring just the right amount of lightheartedness to such an emotional episode. After an analysis of the episode, we move into our second topic of the night: Trapper vs. BJ. In this we compare and contrast these two lovable pals (and hopefully) give each their due, and call them out on their flaws. We just wanted to thank you for all the wonderful feedback and we hope you enjoy this episode as well. As Always, there are many ways to contact us (links below) and we would love to hear from you!If you would like to prepare for the next episode, go check out Season 4, Episode 20: “The Novocaine Mutiny”-Your Loving Hosts Download/Play (Right click to download)DocumentSubscribe via iTunesRSS FeedTwitterEmail: cocktailsandkhaki@gmail.com
