CW: THIS HAS SOME OFFENSIVE MATERIAL TO SOME MAINLY BECAUSE OF CARDS AGAINST HUMANITY. These are not the actual thoughts of TNS and it's members they were done solely for the purpose of the game.
This week we get shitfaced to the soothing sounds of Jackbox Party Pack 7 and thanks to the mad Hawaiian drink for doing that to us. "This may be a terrible time to ask this but how's Sean Astin doing?" -Brandon 2021

It's time for another Mind Gap Podcast! This week, Doug and Justin talk about their weirdest superstitions, Doug gives a review of Jackbox Party Pack 10, and then the nerds discuss the Shopping Cart Theory, which is an individual's capacity to self-govern depending on whether they are the type to return the shopping cart or leave it next to their car. Next, the dorks discuss the use of AI to finish the Beatles' “last” song, “Now and Then” before diving into the problems they've seen as of late with Marvel's cinematic universe and what lies on the horizon. Things are wrapped up with another Ask Practical Doug, where Doug and Justin answer an AITA question from Reddit about a man who nuked his niece's social media accounts because she wasn't the appropriate age to be using them. Wonder", "Saltsea Chronicles", "The Fabulous Fear Machine" und "Jackbox Party Pack 10". (Folge #91) Sendungshinweis: FM4 Game Podcast, 26. Oktober 2023, 0-1 Uhr.

Today we're presenting another podcast we love: Captain Hero! Captain Hero! is a modern, comedic take on 1930's futurism. Each short episode pays homage to different aspects of classic sci-fi, all while holding on to its humanitarian values. In the first season, nearly all characters are voiced by video game voice actor Joe Bianco (Oxenfree II, Streets of Rage 4, Jackbox Party Pack 8). --- Captain Hero! Season 2, Episode 4: Noir-9 Ex-detective Dick Valliant sits at Eddie's Pitstop downing can after can of motor oil as he hides out from Big Boss Bambinito's mafia goons. And he would have wasted away there too, if only the sultry Celia Von Chet stayed out of his life. How do our heroes fit into this weeks Captain Hero? Pour a whiskey, light an American cigarette and be carried away to the rough streets of Noir 9. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Eric and Nicky host a party for two in this week's episode all about Jackbox Party Pack games. The Jackbox Party Pack is a series of party video games developed by Jackbox Games for many different platforms on a near-annual release schedule since 2014. Each installation contains five games that are designed to be played in large groups, including in conjunction with streaming services like Twitch which provide means for audiences to participate. About us: Press Any Button hosts Nicky (a new gamer) and Eric (a lifetime gamer) are a married couple who both love video games. For every video game they will discuss its past (history of the game, developers story, and fun facts), present (game play, game review and strategy), and future (will there be a sequel?? A movie?) BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE… Every game also comes with a challenge presented by the host that chose the game. If the challenge is not completed then whoever failed has to do a video game rap! So if you want to learn more about video games, hear some nerdy video game raps, or just have a good time this is the podcast for you. We try to cover all types of video games including: Retro and New video games Playstation, Nintendo, Xbox, Sega, and PC games Any and all genres including RPG, Simulation, Beat em up, platforming, mystery, first person shooter, sandbox, puzzle, action adventure, etc. Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/pressanybutton_podcast/ Credits: Nicky Smith Eric Luedtke Music by Mark Spurlock and Eric Luedtke References: https://jackboxgames.fandom.com/wiki/That%27s_a_Fact,_Jack! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Jackbox_Party_Pack#The_Jackbox_Party_Pack_3_(2016) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jackbox_Games https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/You_Don't_Know_Jack_(franchise) https://www.jackboxgames.com/all-five-games-in-party-pack-nine/
