Abstract: Mr. Stern discussed his decision-making process to enter, and then progress, in a world of engineers while trying to never forget he was educated as an astronomer and physicist. In doing so, asking "Why" may be more important than asking "How". Presented Feb. 25, 2011. Jay Stern, Principal Engineering Fellow and Product Line Chief Engineer at Raytheon Missile Systems
