Terry Rasmussen was an American serial killer and although he was one of the country's most deadly killers, law enforcement suspects his number of victims is underreported. He would target older mothers, cut them off from their families and friends, then murder them - assuming he isolated them enough that everyone would think these women simply ran away. Then we cover the murder of Kerrie Brown. In 1986 she went to a house party in Manatoba, Canada, only to be discovered two days later murdered. While this is a cold case, we dive into the top theories of what happened.Sources:20/20https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terry_Peder_Rasmussen https://abcnews.go.com/US/timeline-serial-killer-terry-rasmussens-terror-hampshire-california/story?id=69505755&fbclid=IwAR3ZT7kTT4YStAWirDPkNMnKaJ_otXzNOqEngLqXq8AbPG0mB87X0CCQlrM https://abcnews.go.com/US/terry-rasmussens-victims-unknown/story?id=69585534 https://canadiancrimeopedia.com/unsolved_women/brown-kerrie/https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/manitoba/kerrie-ann-brown-murder-cold-case-1.4859553 https://www.cbc.ca/radio/sks/who-s-who-in-season-5-kerrie-brown-1.4861499“Someone Knows Something” PodcastSupport the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/badsign)

On this episode we sit down and chat with Kerrie Brown founder of The Legacy School of Sport Sciences. This groundbreaking institute allows students to chase their athletic dreams both on and off the court. Much in the tradition of other specialty schools like the DeBakey Institute for Health Professions and The Houston School for Performing and Visual Arts the Legacy School gives young people an opportunity to explore athletics from a number of different angles. For a long time the educational system has separated sport and school, Legacy looks to merge them like never before. We also take a little time to chat with two Legacy students and get first hand why this school is unlike any other and the positive impact it has had in their life. Hope you enjoy the episode!!

Talk about a ripper topic — Employee Experience (EX) is all the rage this year. BUT it shouldn't be mistaken as another business buzzword. It's actually one of the elements that businesses of all sizes can use to differentiate themselves in an age where standing out is getting harder and harder to do. That's why we called in EX expert! Kerrie Brown is a seasoned Employee Experience professional who has spent the last decade (and some!) of her career helping companies build inspiring workplace cultures. She knows how to play strategically and tactically, and is most happy when challenging the status quo in organisations. She's worked her EX magic in big complex organisations like Colgate-Palmolive and GWF, fast-paced fin-tech startups, and an award-winning employee experience company. Kerrie blends her commercial smarts with a human-centred approach to deliver engaging people solutions for all things people, performance, safety, leadership and communication. In this episode we chatted to Kerrie about: • What is Employee Experience (is it basically CX for employees)? • How EX is linked to CX? • Why do businesses need to pay attention to EX metrics? • Does belong to any one department? • What part does EX play in the hiring process? • How does EX work for remote workers? • Tips on setting up solid EX foundations within an organisation.
