In this episode, Jeff points out the ridiculousness of the belief that President Trump has brought peace to the Middle East with the ceasefire agreement he got Israel and Hamas to sign. There is a mountain of evidence which makes clear that this ceasefire is simply a lull until the next war. In the meantime, the leftists/terrorists are making massive inroads into America and our failure to cut off the head of the terror snake will be our country's greatest failure in the not so distant future. In other news, Bruce Cutler has passed, at one point the most famous lawyer in the world. Bruce also was the lawyer who had a large part in getting Jeff to drop Pre-med in college and go to law school. In this podcast, Jeff recounts some very funny Bruce stories from years past. RIP Bruce.
Few scandals have shaken Australia's justice system like the Lawyer X affair. At the center was a prominent barrister who secretly worked as a police informant, all while representing some of the country's most notorious criminals. Her name was tied to dozens of figures on both sides of the law, leaving behind a trail of questions about loyalty, ethics, and justice.By living a double life, she jeopardised the very foundation of the courts. Convictions were thrown into doubt, appeals were launched, and the credibility of the entire legal system was called into question. The scandal not only exposed corruption and desperation in law enforcement, but also highlighted the dangers of blurred boundaries between lawyers and their clients. In this series, we dig into how one lawyer's choices spiraled into one of the biggest legal crises in Australian history. In this podcast, Jeff talks about his trip to Italy and love of Italians — and notes the many similarities between Italians and Jews and one glaring difference. Italy was great but the constant content making of young people in Capri annoyed him. Only this dopey, lazy mentality could drive the success of Zorhan Mamdani, a Socialist Hamas supporter, in the NYC mayoral race.

In this episode, Jeff returns after a few weeks off — and explains how one press conference in Chicago spiraled into a fabricated international incident with the Mexican government. Representing Ovidio Guzmán (El Chapo's son) became less about legal defense and more about being scapegoated by terrified politicians. In the end, free speech and the truth will always shine through. And the Mexican people? Jeff notes that his respect for them has grown exponentially. Also covered: Hamas' newest PR strategy — letting Gaza starve while hoarding food in tunnels and filming propaganda videos of emaciated kids (whose fat parents are somehow not starving). The lies grow louder, the propaganda slicker, and yet Western liberal and far-right Jew haters just can't stop blaming Israel and taking it out on Jews. All while the next mayor of NYC will be a Hamas cheerleader who wants government-owned supermarkets and to arrest the Prime Minster of Israel. The downward spiral that began in 2008 nears completion. And finally, Jeff goes full collector mode: a breakdown of the baseball card National Show in Chicago. Too many rooms, too many scammers, but one glorious vintage Orioles cabinet card makes the entire hellscape worth it.

Meanwhile, Ariel Castro stood before a courtroom, denying the abuse, blaming his victims, and calling himself “not a monster.” But justice had its day. This episode breaks down the long-term trauma of captivity, the strength required to heal, and why Castro's delusions couldn't survive the truth. In part 3, Ariel Castro tightens his grip on control after bringing a third victim into his home. As the dynamic between the captives shifts, so does the level of psychological warfare. Michelle Knight describes how Castro used manipulation, fear, and false promises to dominate their every move. Dr. Phil analyzes the mindset of a sociopath—why predators escalate, how they exploit power, and what drives their need to crush autonomy. Behind locked doors, hope flickers. Then, one mistake cracks the illusion of control—and nothing stays hidden forever. If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, you can reach out to the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673). In Part 2 of Inside the Cleveland Kidnapping, Dr. Phil walks you through how Ariel Castro tortured Michelle Knight with chains, threats, and psychological warfare. Michelle describes how she read his moods, played along, and used her instincts to stay alive. Castro didn't just beat and rape her—he isolated her, starved her, and manipulated her with lies about her son and her fate. Dr. Phil breaks down how Castro played God in his house, demanded total obedience, and escalated his abuse when he felt his power slipping. This episode shows how survivors like Michelle fight not just with strength—but with strategy, clarity, and an unstoppable will to live. In this podcast Jeff discusses a moment he never dreamed would occur: Iran's nuclear facilities were destroyed by America and Iran is finally punished for its global terror. Every President from Carter through Biden looked the other way or appeased Iran's terrorism — Trump did not. Jeff eats some crow but points out the MAGA leading voices who sided with the Muslim terror state that tried to kill our President. And an update on Jeff's federal fraud sentencing before his fraternity brother. It was a hoot, it was surreal and it brought back a lot of memories.

Jimmy Townsend ////// 838Part 1 of 1 www.TrueCrimeGarage.comIf there ever was a boy who was a living legend in his neck of the woods, well for West Monroe, Louisiana in the early 1980's it was Jimmy Townsend. Jimmy and a group of friends were confronted and attacked by a group of older boys at the annual Ark-La-Miss fair. Jimmy was beaten to death by those boys. The reports vary but it could have been as many as 7 older boys that surrounded and beat Jimmy Townsend to death. The murder of 13 year old Jimmy Townsend is still unsolved. Hate American Made ////// The Soldier Part 5 of 6 www.TrueCrimeGarage.com Timothy James McVeigh was a decorated American Soldier who served during Operation Desert Storm. After the war McVeigh had difficulties finding a new path for himself. Ultimately, he became enraged against the government that his soldier duties once served. He believed and told others that the U.S. government was in the process of taking away the freedoms of its citizens. Then Ruby Ridge happened and when the Waco standoff was in its early stages he was present, even giving an interview to a local reporter. These events were “proof” to McVeigh that he was right. All of his fears were coming true. Timothy McVeigh became America's worst homegrown terrorist when he blew up the Alfred P. Murrah building in downtown Oklahoma City. What meaning did the Oklahoma City Bombing hold for Timothy McVeigh and beyond? Was it revenge? Was it the first act of a revolution? Was it a going away present for Richard Snell?
