And we hope that, in some small way, this show will help clear your mind on the outside world for a short while, because while things are still very much on fire we will always find a way to converge and shoot the stuff on this fascinating hobby and interest that we all share. 2020 sure has been all over the place, and nowhere is that more evident than with the shift to “virtual” anime conventions. Such was the case with VCRX, or the Virtual Crunchyroll Expo, an event that certainly did happen and that people watched from the comfort and safety of their own homes. There were some pretty significant announcements made throughout that weekend, as well, from the surprising to the REALLY surprising, and an old relationship seems to have been rekindled once again… while the other relationships are still tagging along for the time being. And in other news, prepare yourselves for the return of GOD – that being Haruhi Suzumiya – along with the continuing assimilation of Aniplex’s catalogue, a look at some upcoming shows for 2021, the latest transatlantic home video release happening, and one heck of a cliffhanger for next time, courtesy of the awesome folks at Discotek. So, kids. When two podcasts like each other very much, they have a crossover episode. And when the OSMcast! and Third Impact Anime both like the works of Masaaki Yuasa and studio Science Saru?
