VisionRay Pender is here! Hebrews 13:1-3 - Keep on loving each other as brothers and sisters. Don’t forget to show hospitality to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it! Remember those in prison, as if you were there yourself. Remember also those being mistreated, as if you felt their pain in your own bodies.Be bold!Reach out to those who others don’t reach out to. Galatians 6:2-3 - Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. If anyone thinks they are something when they are not, they deceive themselves.Let’s Go Love * adoption and foster care* Special needs* addiction* Marginalized people groups* prisons* Mental illnessPhilippians 4:13 - For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.Important InfoCheck your emails for details of upcoming plans, even if you don’t listen to podcast Sermon Run through - November 27 6pm open invitation to you and your teamVolunteer parking - Fight for the farthest spot! - Save the best for the guest!Baptisms, Nov 24th - Tell your teams! Acts 1:6-8* Disciples were asking about about when things will get easier and they will be the ruling class again OR end times/end of the world* Jesus says it’s not for us to worry about BEC we will be given a power… His Spirit - the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead.* The areas they are going to… or the demographics… when we think of somewhere, people come to mind, not just things. * Jerusalem - people like them * Judea and Samaria - people sort of like them but who have different theologies and ways of life... * To the ends of the earth - people you don’t know and are unfamiliar with... That’s were we go… it’s easy to shake hands and take pictures and celebrate spending time with people like you… LET’S GO where it’s dark and bring light to people.
