Oguchi Onyewo, also known as Gooch, spent 10 years on the US Men's National Soccer Team and played on numerous European club teams, before finally capping his career off with Philadelphia Union of Major League Soccer.Gooch is a first generation American whose parents emigrated from Nigeria and worked diligently to provide for him and his four siblings to help them excel in whatever they chose to do in life. It just so happened to be soccer that Gooch focused on and he had a strong desire to be the best since he was a young child. Where did that drive come from? What were his parents like during his athletic career and what is Gooch's advice for parents today?

Jay also played professionally with Watford FC from the English Premier League and finished his career with the Vancouver Whitecaps of Major League Soccer. She was the first female Head Trainer in US professional sports history - working with the LA Dodgers for 6 years. She has also served as Head of Athletic Training/Performance for the US Men's National Soccer Team, and has presented at state, national and international level conferences in areas focusing on pillar strength, integration of physical therapy and performance training, and comprehensive kinetic chain assessment and rehabilitation. Sue sits on the advisory boards for over a half-dozen highly respected organizations in the S&C and Physical Therapy space, and has numerous professional certifications as well as a graduate education in human movement science from UNC Chapel Hill.  Today, Sue runs S&F (Structure and Function), a consulting and education business for healthcare clinicians, as well as a consulting company for the athlete.
