Drew Brandon and the training team unpack practical ways to measure real effort—like watching rep speed slow as you approach failure—and explain how to use RPE and RIR once your form is dialed in. They cover tempo myths, why a faster concentric can reveal true proximity to failure, and how a simple checklist can keep you from over-cueing and underperforming. In this profound interview, Luigi Sciambarella, head trainer at the Monroe Institute, shares 23 years of exploration into non-physical realities through out-of-body experiences. He reveals what he's mapped in the restricted realms beyond our everyday perception—hidden layers of Earth and dimensions we've been kept from understanding. Luigi describes direct encounters with organized non-human intelligences observing humanity, and what he witnessed about our species' repeated patterns of near-success and collapse. He explains that consciousness itself is evolving as a system, and that the conditions we're being born into are no longer static. This isn't about belief—it's about evidence accumulated through decades of firsthand exploration into territories most people never access. What makes this podcast essential right now: Luigi connects institutional collapse, mass spiritual awakening, and what advanced intelligences are actually doing on our planet. He reveals why governments like the CIA have studied these methods, what the hidden architecture of reality actually looks like, and most critically—why humanity's moment of choice is happening now. This is about understanding what's really controlling systems on Earth, why so many are turning inward as external structures fail, and what consciousness is trying to tell us about our future. His work suggests we're not observers of change—we're participants in it, and the stakes have never been higher.___________________PODCAST CHAPTERS00:00 – Luigi Sciambarella Intro1:40 - Seeing Earth From Out of Body5:04 - Is Human Consciousness Evolving as a System?14:39 - Robert Monroe, Focus Levels & Mapping Reality18:56 - Focus 10: Mind Awake, Body Asleep22:09 - Focus 34/35: The Gathering Watching Earth26:56 - The Observation Deck Watching Humanity32:43 - Are Non-Human Beings Observing Our Timeline?33:52 - How Non-Physical Guidance Works37:29 - Polarities, Shadow Work & Understanding Others41:23 - The Total Self vs. The Personality44:33 - How Monroe's Work Teaches You How to Die45:13 - Focus 27: The Afterlife Way Station49:50 - Near-Death Experiences & Smoothing the Transition53:54 - Addiction to the Human Experience & Karmic Loops58:39 - Metacognition: Awareness of Thought Itself59:30 - You Are Not Your Thoughts1:01:25 - Coming Back With a Soul Mission1:03:11 - Why the CIA Studied Monroe's Work1:03:38 - Psychic Spying & Strategic Advantage1:04:38 - Remote Viewing & The Cold War Race1:06:32 - Joe McMoneagle & Training Remote Viewers1:07:53 - Consciousness as Non-Local Intelligence1:08:50 - Can We Bend Reality With Our Mind?1:09:04 - Spoon Bending: Trick or Real Phenomenon?1:18:14 - Focus 42: Exploring the Total Self1:20:53 - Reality as Interconnected Consciousness1:21:35 - Soul Resonance & Deep Connections1:22:37 - Recognizing Your Soul Family1:28:25 - Out-of-Body Visions of Humanity's Future1:29:06 - The Corridor of Lifetimes Experience1:41:33 - The Online Gateway Experience1:44:30 - We Are More Than Our Physical Bodies1:51:27 - Why Joy Matters More Than Seriousness___________________Guest: Luigi Sciambarella, Head Trainer at The Monroe Institute✦ Website | https://www.monroeinstitute.org/ ✦ Instagram | https://www.instagram.com/themonroeinstitute/✦ Online Gateway Voyage (CODE: GVO-Emilio) | https://www.monroeinstitute.org/products/gateway-voyage-onlineHost: Emilio Ortiz✦ IG | https://www.instagram.com/iamemilioortiz/✦ Subscribe to Channel | https://www.youtube.com/EmilioOrtiz___________________© 2026 Emilio Ortiz. In this episode, we host Robert Siciliano to examine why the biggest vulnerability in cybersecurity is so often not the technology, but the people using it. Drawing on decades of work in fraud prevention, identity protection, and security awareness, Robert argues that most organisations still treat cyber risk as a compliance issue rather than a human one. He explains why trust, routine, distraction, and fatigue continue to make employees the easiest route into organisations, even as firms invest heavily in technical controls. We discuss why awareness alone does not change behaviour, why phishing simulations and annual training often fail, and why security needs to be taught as a decision-making discipline grounded in empathy and personal relevance. From the “human blind spot” and the “shame barrier” to password habits, two-factor authentication, business email compromise, and the idea of employees as a strategic human firewall, this conversation offers a practical guide to the human side of cyber risk.We also explore how artificial intelligence is accelerating old threats and enabling new ones. From voice cloning and deepfakes to highly personalised scams, pig butchering, and the exploitation of loneliness and emotional vulnerability, Robert explains how criminals are learning to bypass not only technical systems, but human psychology itself.Robert Siciliano is a security expert, private investigator, and public speaker. He is the CEO of Safr.Me and Head Trainer at Protect Now. His work focuses on fraud prevention, identity protection, personal security, and the human side of cyber risk. What do biofeedback, brewery manners, and doggy backpacks have in common? Amber Quann, CEO and Head Trainer at Summit Dog Training, weaves them together beautifully in this episode of Enrichment for the Real World. Host Emily Strong and guest, Amber Quann dig into the nuances of dog relaxation, not just as a one-size-fits-all goal, but as a spectrum that requires thoughtful practice and an understanding of what each individual dog needs to get there.Whether you're curious about how to help your dog unwind after a zoomie-fueled afternoon or you're wondering if your tiny pup can really enjoy a big hike, Amber brings science, heart, and a whole lot of actionable wisdom. Plus, you'll hear all about her Drink With Your Dog program that's making breweries more dog-friendly across the country.Meet Amber: Summit Dog Training CEO and Head Trainer, Amber Quann, has been in the dog training world since her childhood days in a 4-H club. With credentials from Karen Pryor Academy, CCPDT, and TAGteach, Amber is passionate about helping people and their dogs adventure together in a way that's safe, fun, and behaviorally sound. She's the creator of Drink With Your Dog®, a program designed to create more brewery-friendly dogs, and dog-friendly breweries. When she's not teaching, podcasting, or presenting at ClickerExpo, she's out hiking and hanging with her Papillon sidekick, Jameson.TLDL (too long, didn't listen): 1️⃣ Relaxation Is a Skill, Not a Switch – Helping dogs relax isn't just about asking them to lie down—it's about meeting their physical, mental, and emotional needs before asking for stillness.2️⃣ Trial-and-Eval Is the Name of the Game – Whether it's sniffaris, chew sessions, zoomies, or training games, each dog has unique needs to prep for rest. Find your pet's recharge formula.3️⃣ Small Dogs, Big Adventures – Don't let short legs stop the journey. With the right gear and prep, little dogs can hike, explore, and thrive alongside their big dog buddies (and humans).Links & Resources from the Episode

He explained that the fire was the costliest in US history and the worst natural disaster in California's history. Arjang also discussed the financial challenges many in the community faced, as insurance coverage was insufficient and government aid was delayed. He mentioned that some people had no insurance, and even those who did were underinsured, covering only a third or a quarter of the value of their homes. Arjang also highlighted the issue of not having access to their equity in the building for an unknown period. Dr. shared their experience as a therapist and their understanding of how people cope with different types of disasters. They highlighted the importance of community support and the resilience of individuals in the face of adversity. Arjang discussed the emotional impact of losing possessions during an evacuation. He shared his experience of losing oil paintings, Persian rugs, and other cherished items, emphasizing the importance of taking as much as possible during an evacuation. He encouraged everyone to allow their emotions to surface and to face them, as he has done with his family. Arjang shared his experience of losing his home to a wildfire and how he managed to stay calm and focused during the crisis. He used his coaching skills to support a client during a session and then proceeded with a seminar on maintaining peace and happiness despite his challenges. Arjang emphasized that emotional state is a personal choice and that he had used tools and insights to cope with the situation. Arjang emphasized the importance of understanding that our emotions are not solely determined by our circumstances but rather by how we interpret and think about those circumstances. He shared that this understanding gives us control over our emotions and responses rather than being at the mercy of external factors. He encouraged using this inner power to handle any challenge, as he believes that we are all capable of handling any situation that comes our way. Arjang emphasized the importance of spiritual connection and gratitude in overcoming these challenges. He shared a personal experience of losing his home to a fire and how the outpouring of love and support from the community and government agencies helped him cope. Arjang also highlighted the significance of focusing on the good and blessings in life rather than just the challenges. He suggested practicing gratitude and acceptance to foster happiness and resilience. Arjang discussed four fundamental keys to resilience: accessing inner power, focusing on what one is grateful for, accepting challenges, and using challenges for personal growth. Dr. emphasized the importance of focusing on resilience and the power of love and generosity in healing and supporting others.

EPW's work has a profound global impact, and Dave's words and actions have inspired countless individuals worldwide. Tune in to hear his powerful message of hope, love, and evangelization—his testimony will move and inspire you, just as it has inspired me.For more information or to learn how you can contribute, please visit:https://epworldwide.org/Dave Holdt is the Head of Training for Equipping Pastors Worldwide (EPW). He grew up in South Africa but now lives with his family in Yorkshire, England. After leaving school, he studied to be a teacher, but a dream to host his own radio show, coupled with what some might call a ‘lucky break' led to him dividing his time between the university classroom and the broadcasting studio of the national broadcasting corporation. Having spent a few years hosting his own radio program, he left to enter the world of education, ultimately being appointed the principal of a Christian school, all the while engaging in a lay ministry. A few years later, he was called by a church to be their lead pastor, until he relocated to England with his family nearly 10 years ago where he stepped back into the classroom for a while, and then began working with children and young people with special educational needs. During this time, he put his voice back into action, narrating over 20 Christian audiobooks as well as the King James Bible for Olive Tree. His various roles dovetailed to where he is today, coordinating the training of pastors in the majority world who have never had formal theological education with Equipping Pastors Worldwide. This position has taken him across Africa and onto the Asian sub-continent.
