“Worry is sometimes referred to as the disease of our age. Spurgeon once said: ‘Anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows, but only empties today of its strength’. What hope, if any, is there for those who struggle with worry? This talk looks at a Biblical approach to worry, through the lens of Matthew 6: 25-34 and Philippians 4: 5b-7, and considers the assurances, challenges and outcome described”.
Christine speaks of hope in new beginnings, hope in our inheritance, hope in a God who cares, hope in the One who holds our future, hope in hard times, and hope in what we don't yet see.
