Mixtape Mondays is back with DJ k @kennyyim . Musically passionate basically sums up the description for DJ k. He has rocked parties and nightclubs all over the world. An open-format DJ with Hip-Hop being his true love, DJ k is accustomed to spin for a variety of environments and age groups. In Los Angeles, he currently holds residencies at Lock & Key, Break Room 86 at The Line Hotel, Mansion Nightclub, and Paper Tiger Bar. Talisa started DJing in 2010. She learned how to DJ with Samhaddock at Elfara DJ School and eventually expanded her knowledge and skills with DJ Dudut at Metronome DJ School Jakarta. DJ Kentaro, DJ Angelo, DJ Skratchbastid and DJ Jazzy Jeff have always been the benchmark and inspiration for Talisa to continually improve as a DJ. Talisa has also participated and won several DJ competitions nationally and internationally including Redbull Three Style 2017.

This week on Bali Praia's Paranoia radio show we are featuring Sam Black from the US of A. Samantha Black is a model and DJ professionally known as Sam Blacky. Since bursting on scene, Sam has had her work featured with brands & publications such as Nike, L1Oréal, Galore, Marie Claire, Superdry, Guess, Sports Illustrated, Malibu Rum and Playboy. Originally from San Diego, Sam spent several years in Australia where she first fell in love with producing music and performing live. Since moving back to Los Angeles, music and performing have taken a front seat in hear life. In addition to her hectic modeling schedule, Sam has performed live across the world in 2018 & 2019, from Mexico to Ibiza to Bali, racking up over 200 gigs at some of the premier electronic festivals and clubs on the planet. 2020 marks another break out year for Sam as her DJ profile continues to rise and she sets her sites on new singles and a forthcoming EP.

He used to be an official Dj of the famous record label Turbo Trance Records, the leader of trance music in France and one of the major labels in the psychedelic trance world.

Goatee started his DJing career in late 2005 as per sé influenced by the hip hop culture. He is the founder of “Mastamind Label” that was found back in 2005 in Bandung City and joined the Jakarta Based DJ Label “Trigger Production” in late 2015.

He is a best on the turntables showing juggling, mixing, scratching, and a master in the art of turntablism. No wonder he became the champion in 2018. Hamma was born in Tunisia; He’s a kid from the south. “I grew up surrounded by traditional oriental sounds, as well as electro, which is quite popular where I’m from (laughs). The occidental culture and music, such as hip Hop, Pop or black music in general, came about much later in my life through dance, especially Breakdance”. In 2007, Hamma leaves his natal south for the island of Djerba: “My first encounter with turntables happened there!” In 2010: He arrives in Cannes, south of France; Everything is new to him: The country, the culture, the codes; It’s also the discovery of a great social and musical diversity, thanks in part to the Internet. 2010-2013: “Over these few years, I truly discovered what my art was about, like a form of awareness…”, he also meets a lot of people, his art evolves and he gains a lot of experience. 2012-2017: Private parties, bars and clubs succeed one another; “I did it all! Whew!
