Hey and welcome to the Braveheart Talks podcast, where we will be discussing some meaningful and insightful topics in the life of everyday women. One of the greatest lies we allow ourselves to believe is; â€it’s only me“ “no one else thinks like this“ â€no one else struggles with this“ BUT the truth is, no matter what age, stage or life placement you find yourself in, women are women and we are complex creatures navigating life through a torrent of emotions, hormones, relationships and mixed feelings. Join me Emma Bryant and some of my friends as we have some open conversation that may help your life get a little better and you get better at life. This week we start a new series looking at how we treat ourselves, and this week we focus on how your thought life can effect you.

HAGAR— Have you ever had decisions made for you, and you weren't even consulted? Have you ever felt rejected through no fault of your own, but because of someone else's jealousy or insecurity? Do you ever feel like giving up because you've been through so much and wonder, ‘does God even see me?'. Well, HAGAR'S life was pretty much all of the above, so join me while we learn from her story in this episode of SHE IS ME

Are you fed up being the peacemaker, the bridge builder, the one who's always sending the apology? Well join me for this episode of SHE IS ME as we dive into the story of ABIGAIL

Have you ever thought that maybe some of the struggles you have in life, are a result of the way the generation before you lived. How you were raised in your childhood can affect you into your womanhood. Join me as we explore the story of DINAH in this episode of SHE IS METhe beauty of womanhood is togetherness and where there are flaws and missing pieces from our past, surrounded by the right company, we can all build a promising future.

Communication can be difficult even with those who are closest to you.Have you ever needed to have a difficult conversation but felt the frustration that what you say may be received or perceived in the wrong way? Join me as we hear about one young woman from the bible who's life teaches us that communicating with more than just words alone can find you favour and the response you desire.

In a world that constantly looks at performance perfection or position, a woman can easily feel ‘less than' - if her life is not adequately polished on all sides. And yet there is something uniquely woven into the design of a woman. It's the instinct she has when it comes to her children, it's the foresight she has before a problem arises. It's an instant knowing, her intuition, there's something on the inside leading her, guiding her… It's that uniqueness to see, to feel, to sense and to often just know without explanation that makes you a beautiful woman. I believe it's in this place, God speaks to his daughters the most…Sometimes we may get ugly to protect what is lovely, because when it comes to putting a stop to the enemies activities in your life, your family, your marriage and your health - it's not the hairdo or the cute dress on you that counts, it's about fighting for your life with that tenacity and passion, that is already deep down on the inside of you. God made you a woman, pretty on the outside, pretty dangerous on the inside!Enjoy this week's message and learn how - You are QUALIFIED to be UNDIGNIFIED.

Inconsistency quietly erodes trust amongst friends, breaks momentum, and deflates enthusiasm. Inconsistency creates gaps between intention and action. An inconsistent person is driven by their mood rather than their purpose and it weakens your credibility, not only in the eyes of others but also in the way you think about yourself - to change this habit we need to have consistent steady obedience and not just occasional enthusiasm.Join me for a great conversation around this subject on Braveheart talks.

In this weeks podcast we are looking at: The struggle I have with INSECURITY.Insecurity traps you in a cycle of self-doubt, every decision feels risky or unsafe. You over analyse, overthink and hold back from making confident choices fearing, judgement or failure.Overtime insecurity becomes a quiet but powerful force that silences your voice, restricts your movements and limits your growth. Join me for this conversation as we discover how to walk in confidence as the person God created to be.

Making a choice can often feel like standing at a crossroads when the fog is settling, every path leading somewhere but also leaving you feeling unsure, every path carrying both promise and also the potential of regret. While sometimes it can be wise to be cautious - lingering for too long in uncertainty can drain your confidence. So let's talk, on how to trust your values, take small steps, and accept that no decision is ever completely risk free.

Have you ever spoken in haste, out of a place of pain? We're so quick to say what we think, say what we feel and express the emotion of the moment. But words have lingering effects and names stick and quite often we find our future shaping up according to what we've said - the children are what you speak about them - the marriage is what you call it - and your husband is no more than the things you say.If you want to know how to speak Hope into your hopelessness and give new beginnings to dead ends then this weeks SHE IS ME podcast is for you
