It is thirty seconds of something brilliant. You hear two cars crash outside your door, or a horn behind you, or the word "bear" round a campfire, and before you have thought a single thought your body has already moved. This week I walk through what actually happens in those first thirty seconds, a bit of it borrowed from David Ji's book Destressify. The adrenaline, the heart, the sugar your liver lets go, the hands that go cold so a cut would bleed less. None of it a malfunction. All of it the body doing the most competent, protective thing it knows. Then I want to go further than the science. Fear is a gift. So is anxiety, alertness, even stress. We are taught to get rid of them, and I once sat on a show whose whole aim was to delete fear for good. I spent every break arguing the other way. The trouble is never the feeling. The trouble is when it takes over, when it runs eight hours a day, when it stops you doing the things you want to do. So we keep the whole stick, the joyful end and the hard end, instead of chopping the bad bits off and ending up with nothing. We hear the feeling, we understand it, we let it be there, and then we decide. Hear it, then decide. That is the whole thing.Key topics:What really happens in the body's first thirty seconds, step by stepWhy none of it is a malfunction, and why the calm ones round the campfire did not surviveFear, anxiety, stress and alertness as gifts, and the show that wanted to delete fearThe healthy and unhealthy version of every feeling, including the misread "everything is just thoughts" version of ZenThe stick you keep chopping, and why you end up unable to tell the joy from the painOnly ever seeing three colours, and what we miss when we numb the spectrumThe five second gap, and hearing the feeling before you decide what to doCompanion meditation: IPM 104 on Inner Peace Meditations. In this episode of the podcast, Kevin takes listeners into one of the deepest and most confronting conversations ever explored on the show: the true root cause of fear. This is not a conversation about fear of failure, rejection, loss, poverty, or uncertainty. Those are symptoms. Beneath all of them lies something far more fundamental — the fear created by identification itself. The fear of being “someone.” The fear of psychological death. The fear of emptiness. The fear of discovering that the identity you've spent your entire life protecting may not actually be who you are.Drawing from the Model of Alignment, non-dual philosophy, contemplative traditions, and direct self-inquiry, Kevin dismantles the illusion of egoic identity and reveals how most human suffering is created through unconscious attachment to thought, memory, conditioning, and psychological self-image.Throughout the episode, he explores the deeper mechanics of consciousness and asks the question that sits beneath every human life:What am I?This episode challenges the listener to move beyond performance-based self-improvement and into direct observation of the self. Why do men endlessly chase money, status, relationships, validation, stimulation, and achievement? Why does silence feel unbearable for so many people? Why do addiction, anxiety, distraction, and compulsive thinking dominate modern life? The answer is simple:Because the ego is terrified of dissolving. In this conversation, listeners will explore:The difference between fear and psychological identityWhy suffering persists beneath success and achievementThe illusion of the separate selfHow attachment creates vulnerability and anxietyThe relationship between awareness, ego, and consciousnessWhy most people unconsciously avoid truthThe hidden purpose behind distraction and stimulationHow silence threatens the ego structureWhy modern culture reinforces unconscious fearThe difference between observing fear and becoming fearThe role of meditation, observation, and self-inquiry in awakeningWhy true peace cannot be found through external conditionsThe collapse of the seeker and the illusion of becomingThis is not motivational content. It is not self-help. It is not another strategy for optimizing the ego.It is an invitation to directly confront the illusion at the center of suffering.Raw, philosophical, intense, and deeply introspective, this episode challenges listeners to stop searching outside themselves and begin examining the noise underneath identity itself. Because beneath the fear, beneath the story, beneath the conditioning and endless mental movement, there may be something infinitely simpler waiting to be discovered. That discovery changes everything.

This episode of the Everyday Epigenetics: Raw. Real. Relatable. podcast takes a hard look at one of the biggest trends in the wellness world: detox culture. Susan Robbins shares a raw and deeply honest perspective on the fear-based messaging surrounding parasites, mold, heavy metals, cleanses, and “toxic overload,” while explaining what true detoxification actually looks like inside the body. From harsh protocols and supplement overload to the nervous system's role in health, this conversation challenges the idea that more detoxing always equals better wellness.Susan also dives into the genetics behind detox pathways, including MTHFR, COMT, PEMT, GST genes, inflammation markers, bile flow, and histamine responses. She explains why personalized health matters, why one-size-fits-all detox programs can backfire, and how stress, sleep, nutrition, circadian rhythm, and emotional safety often play a much bigger role in how the body functions than another cleanse ever will. This episode is a reminder that the body already knows how to detox when it has the right support, nourishment, and stability. In this episode:Why the detox industry often profits from fearThe difference between true toxic overload and depletionHow the body naturally detoxifies through the liver, kidneys, gut, skin, and lymphatic systemWhy harsh cleanses can create more stress on the bodyThe truth about parasite cleanses, binders, colonics, and juice detoxesHow chronic stress impacts detox pathways and hormone balanceWhy genetics like MTHFR, COMT, GST, PEMT, IL6, and TNF-alpha matter in personalized healthThe connection between histamine, sulfur pathways, glutathione, and detox symptomsHow nervous system regulation impacts healing and detoxificationWhy lifestyle rhythms, sleep, meal timing, and stress management matter more than most people realizeHow Susan uses epigenetics and PH360 health types to personalize detox supportThe importance of building resilience instead of living in fear around healthRESOURCES:Find all of Susan's Resources and links in the show notes: Shop the products: http://healthygut.com/healthyawakenings (this link will provide you a special discount!)https://healthyawakening.co/2026/05/18/episode124/Connect with Susan: https://healthyawakening.co/Visit the website: healthyawakening.co/podcastFind listening links here: https://healthyawakening.co/linksP.S. Is AI actually helping us escape the build trap, or just helping us build the wrong things faster? In this episode of Arguing Agile, hosts Brian Orlando and Om Patel discuss the new AI4Agile Practitioners Report 2026 from Scrum.org. The data reveals a startling trend: while 83% of practitioners have access to AI tools, the primary fear isn't job replacement, it's that AI is becoming a "supercharged way into the feature factory."Listen or watch as we examine the report's key findings, including the gap between AI access (83%) and actual competence (only 15% received formal training). We discuss why the reported productivity gains (73.7%) might be masking the erosion of agile values like reflection and collaboration. Citing Melissa Perri's "Escaping the Build Trap," we explore how organizations are using AI to accelerate output without redesigning workflows to improve outcomes.Key topics include:Why "speed of delivery" was never the real bottleneckWhat practitioners really fearThe lack of workflow redesign in the AI eraFive actionable questions to test if your team is escaping or acceleratingTune in to learn how to ensure your AI adoption drives value, not just volume.#Agile #ProductManagement #AIEscaping the Build Trap by Melissa Perri, The Goal by Eliyahu M. In this heartfelt message, we look at the powerful spiritual legacy passed down through Timothy's grandmother Lois and mother Eunice. Their genuine faith shaped a young man who would go on to impact the early church—and it reminds us of the incredible influence godly mothers and faithful parents still have today.Paul challenges Timothy to “fan into flame” the gift God placed within him, teaching us that faith must continually be stirred up and renewed. Parenting is exhausting, lifelong work filled with sacrifice, endurance, and delayed results, but God has not given us a spirit of fear. Instead, He equips us with power, love, and self-discipline.This encouraging sermon speaks to moms, parents, and anyone investing in the next generation. Through Scripture, humor, and practical truth, we are reminded that the seeds of faith we plant today can produce a harvest for eternity.Key Themes:Stirring up a growing faithFaith as the antidote to fearThe endurance and calling of parentingTrusting God with the next generationLeaving a spiritual legacy that lasts“You're making more of a difference than you think you're making.”
Denise Chapman Weston is a Playologist, therapist, inventor, and deeply imaginative thinker whose life has been shaped by a promise she made to herself as a child: never stop playing. In Part 1 of this conversation, Denise shares the origin story behind that promise. Growing up in Chicago with a Shriner clown for a father, she was surrounded by humour, imagination, and a sense that life did not have to be taken too seriously. But at around six years old, she felt something begin to shift. As children move towards adulthood, magical thinking often starts to fade. Standing on her bed and looking into the mirror, Denise made a serious promise to herself that she would never fully let go of play. That promise became a through-line in her life. Denise went on to work as a therapist, specialising in play therapy, before becoming an inventor with more than 150 patents. She describes invention as a process of both retreating inward and returning outward — noodling, wallowing, absorbing information, then testing ideas in the world to see whether they create connection.A central theme of this episode is Denise's belief that technology should not replace human connection, but serve it. While many people see technology and AI as something to fear, Denise sees them as a kind of magic — powerful tools that need wisdom, intention, and human-centred design. Her “magic campfire” invention reflects this philosophy: a technology-enabled gathering place designed to bring people together, amplify storytelling, and create belonging. At its heart, this episode is about childhood imagination, creative courage, invention, and what it means to stay connected to the playful, curious, possibility-filled parts of ourselves. It is the story of how Denise became Denise — and why she believes play, technology, and human connection are far more intertwined than we might think. In This EpisodeThe promise Denise made to herself at six years old to never stop playingHow growing up with a Shriner clown for a father shaped her imaginationWhat it means to be a PlayologistHow Denise moved from therapy and play therapy into inventionWhy noodling and wallowing are part of her creative processHow she thinks about solitude, belonging, and idea developmentWhy Denise sees technology and AI as magic, not something to fearThe idea behind her “magic campfire” inventionWhy she believes technology should serve human connection, not replace itHow play, imagination, invention, and wisdom all connectChapters00:00 Denise on the promise she made to never stop playing01:52 Welcome to Denise's extraordinary home02:16 Growing up in Chicago with a Shriner clown for a dad04:55 The promise Denise made to herself at six years old08:02 What it means to live a bountiful life09:55 Belonging, solitude, and the creative process12:57 Wallowing, noodling, and invention15:12 How Denise gets in and out of her own head19:38 What she would tell her 25-year-old self21:03 What it means to be a Playologist23:20 Why Denise sees technology as magic25:59 AI, wisdom, and the human side of technology31:08 The magic campfire invention38:15 Why technology should connect people to people40:42 Reclaiming what it means to be humanGuest BioDenise Chapman Weston is a Playologist, therapist, inventor, author, and Adjunct Professor at Purdue University. Ask Me How I Know: Multifamily Investor Stories of Struggle to Success
There's a requirement running beneath every decision you make: certainty first, then movement. It sounds like wisdom. It costs like fear. And it was never giving you what it promised. Most high-capacity humans never think of themselves as people who don't trust. They move, decide, build. They're the ones everyone else relies on.But underneath the movement, a requirement has been running.Certainty first. Then movement. Not consciously chosen — just installed. Because somewhere along the way, a nervous system learned: when you don't know what's coming, prepare for danger. The scanning response is hardwired, ancient, and real. In the high-capacity human, it shows up as discipline, preparation, and a standard that ensures nothing surprises you.All of it real. And all of it quietly costing the very thing it promised to protect. This is the Release stage of Week 14 — and what we're releasing is the demand that certainty arrive before you're allowed to move. Not by becoming reckless. Not by pretending uncertainty is comfortable. By recognizing that the requirement was never actually giving you what it promised.Uncertainty is not the same as danger. Your nervous system was created to treat it that way — but you are no longer in that danger. A regulated nervous system can learn, over time and with practice, to stay steady in what it doesn't yet know.Releasing the certainty requirement doesn't make you less capable. It makes you available. To your relationships. To the present moment. To what's actually in front of you.Is this episode for you? You're waiting to move until you have more certaintyDiscernment and avoidance are starting to look the same from the insideThe discipline is real, and it's also functioning as armorWhat we walk through:Why the certainty requirement feels like wisdom but costs like fearThe nervous system truth: uncertainty is not the same as dangerThe personal story of what happens when control runs out of places to goWhy release makes you available, not recklessToday's Recalibration:Think of something you're waiting on. You Were Always Meant to Be the Rich HusbandWhat if getting divorced wasn't a detour — but the exact redirection that was always supposed to happen? In this episode, Christina breaks down what it really means to be "the rich husband," why so many high-achieving women are still mentally stuck inside a marriage they've already left, and how to finally reclaim the identity, vision, and financial voice you quietly gave away.In this episode:The three things women give away inside a marriage (and how to get them back)Why thriving loudly after divorce feels almost dangerous — and what's actually behind that fearThe psychology of staying small after you've already gotten outA full reframe on what "rich" really means — and why it was always yoursHow to step into the Rich Husband identity unapologeticallyMentioned in this episode:Hot, Divorced & Rich — 21-day challenge (currently on presale, starts in May)DM me HERE the word "RICH" to sign up

What started as a job turned into a career fueled by intensity, creativity, and mentorship.
Happy Mindset Monday!Melanie Curtis is a professional skydiver with 12,000+ skydives and 30+ years in the sport. She's a world record holder. One of 80 women jumping out of five aircraft, going upside down at 200 mph.But this episode isn't about skydiving. It's about what Melanie learned in the most intense environment imaginable and how she helps people access the far reaches of their human potential. We talk about Type 2 fun: stuff that's fun only after it's over. Hard things. Climbing mountains. Writing books. Deep healing work.We talk about the fear of humiliation. Being willing to look stupid. Earning confidence through doing scary things. We talk about healing versus self-care. Support systems. Ambition as a dirty word when it shouldn't be.Melanie said: "We cannot access the far reaches of our human experience without going down and to the left. If we go there, we can go so much further because we don't know what's actually weighing us down."
You've been told you're one strategy away. One funnel. One AI tool. One breakthrough tactic. But what if that's the lie keeping you stuck? In this episode, Kellan dismantles the obsession with “more” — more tools, more hacks, more systems — and exposes the truth most people avoid:You're not missing a strategy. You're missing yourself. If you've ever felt like you're doing everything right but still not getting the results, this episode will hit hard. Because the real issue isn't what you're doing… it's who you're being. This is the beginning of a powerful 3-part series on how to actually create wealth, impact, and meaning — not by chasing more, but by becoming more.Key Takeaways:Why chasing more tools and strategies keeps you stuckThe illusion of “one more thing” solving everythingIdentity vs. tactics: what actually creates resultsHow lack of self-trust drives endless consumptionWhy your results always match your identityThe danger of building from fearThe power of “insane competence and absolute confidence”Why love, listen, serve is a way of being — not a tacticHow your story holds your greatest wealth and impactTurning pain and life experiences into purpose, prosperity, and joy
Confessions of a Freebird - Midlife, Divorce, Dating, Empty Nest, Well-Being, Mindset, Happiness
Why does happiness sometimes feel out of reach even when you think you are doing everything right? You take steps forward, check the boxes, show up for the people you love, but underneath it all, something still feels unsettled. Life can start to feel rushed, full, or emotionally heavy, yet you can't quite put your finger on it.This is what happens when you're not prioritizing the foundational keys to happiness and, in turn, living with a dysregulated nervous system. When your body stays in a constant threat response—do more, earn more, and achieve more is when your nervous system becomes overwhelmed. Sleep becomes harder, and when you do wake up, you feel exhausted. In this solo episode of Confessions of a Freebird, I reflect on the work of Dr. Laurie Santos, Yale professor, host of The Happiness Lab, and one of the leading voices in positive psychology. Her research offers a grounded look at how to feel happier, and I add a somatic lens to the conversation, because happiness is not only a mindset issue–it happens when you have a regulated nervous system. In this episode, you'll learn:Why chasing success before happiness has it backwards — and what the science actually showsThe Somatic Experiencing perspective on each principle and why the body is the missing piece of the happiness conversationWhy your nervous system state and learning nervous system regulation matter more than your mindsetHow self-compassion and emotional agility help feelings move through you with less shame and fearThe 10 principles Dr. Santo says genuinely move the needle on human happiness, which include more human connection and social connection. What prosocial behavior does to your mood, and why the helper high matters more than you might thinkHow to implement each principle with specific, research-backed practices. This episode is for you if you've ever felt like you were doing everything right and still not feeling the way you thought you would. Can birth be pleasurable, empowering, and even orgasmic? In this episode of Heart Snuggles, love mentor and podcast host Lexy Davis sits down with Debra Pascali-Bonaro, international childbirth educator, doula trainer, filmmaker, and creator of Orgasmic Birth, to explore what's truly possible in pregnancy and birth.Debra shares how ancient wisdom, modern science, and nervous-system regulation come together to support pleasurable birth experiences, whether at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital. They discuss how fear impacts labor, how oxytocin and pleasure reduce pain, and why autonomy, consent, and emotional safety are essential for a positive birth. This conversation covers:What orgasmic birth really means (beyond misconceptions)How pleasure practices support labor and reduce fearThe role of self-touch, partner touch, and intimacy during birthHome birth vs hospital birth: understanding your optionsEmotional blocks, trauma, and the nervous system in laborReal stories of joyful, ecstatic, and empowering birthsHow partners can support labor through love and presenceWhether you're pregnant, planning for the future, supporting a partner, or simply curious about conscious birth, this episode expands what you thought was possible and invites you to reimagine birth as a powerful, connected, and even blissful experience.Golden Nuggets From This Episode:✨ Birth is not meant to be endured— it's meant to be experienced in power, safety, and pleasure.✨ Orgasmic birth is not a performance goal. It's about autonomy, consent, presence, and feeling deeply supported.Orgasm may happen, but pleasure is the foundation.✨ Fear is contagious in the birth space.Everyone in the room—partners, caregivers, doulas—affects labor through their emotional and hormonal state.✨ The same hormones that create orgasm (oxytocin) also support labor and reduce pain.Pleasure is physiology, not fantasy.✨ Pain decreases when attention shifts from fear to pleasure. What the mind focuses on, the body responds to.✨ The clitori s plays a major role in childbirth. It surrounds the birth canal and is designed to provide comfort and pleasure during labor—yet is rarely discussed in childbirth education.✨ Self-touch, vibration, kissing, eye contact, and loving words are powerful birth tools. They support oxytocin flow and nervous system regulation.✨ You can have an orgasmic birth in any setting—home, birth center, hospital, or even cesarean—when choice, respect, and emotional safety are present.✨ Long labors are often emotional, not physical.Unspoken fears, past trauma, or major life transitions can slow labor more than the body itself.✨ Pleasure must be practiced before birth. You can't expect pleasure in labor if pleasure isn't part of daily life.✨ Birth ambiance matters.Lighting, music, scent, touch, movement, and privacy profoundly shape the birth experience.✨ Babies remember how they are welcomed.Singing, gentleness, and love during birth create a powerful first imprint of safety and belonging.Connect More with :IG: https://www.instagram.com/orgasmicbirth/Orgasmic Birth Movie & Website: https://www.orgasmicbirth.com/Waterproof Vibrator can be found here: https://dameproducts.pxf.io/MAGaGJ More Lexy from Heart Snuggles:Soft Girl Season {Instant Access Course}Email: lexy@alivetoenjoy.comDating + Relationship Coaching - https://iamlexydavis.com/Instagram: Alivetoenjoy & Heart SnugglesTimestamps from episode:01:18 Deborah's Journey into Birth Work08:15 Understanding Orgasmic Birth14:00 Addressing Fear and Pain in Birth18:37 Home Birth vs. Hospital Birth22:42 Partner and Family Dynamics in Birth Choices27:04 Managing Long Labors at Home29:21 Navigating Physical and Emotional Needs During Birth30:08 Incorporating Self-Pleasure in Birth32:18 The Role of Oxytocin and Pleasure in Labor33:11 Personal Stories of Orgasmic Births47:05 The Importance of Birth Ambiance48:24 Resources for a Pleasurable Birth Experience
What if money isn't something to chase, control, or fear, but a mirror of how deeply you're willing to remember who you are? This conversation with Elizabeth Ralph is one I will return to again and again.Elizabeth is the founder of The Spiritual Investor, host of The Spiritual Investor Podcast, and the guide behind a rapidly growing global movement that is reframing wealth, investing, and financial freedom through a lens most people were never taught: energy, consciousness, and self-expression.But this episode goes far beyond money. What unfolded here felt like a transmission about sacred remembrance. We explore what happens when you stop treating money as something separate from love, truth, or spiritual growth, and instead recognize it as an energetic reflection of your identity, your standards, and your willingness to choose the life that is calling you forward. If you've ever felt the tension between the spiritual path and the material world... If you've wondered how wealth and awakening actually coexist... Or if you're standing on the edge of a bigger life and can hear the old fears whispering...this conversation will meet you exactly where you are.I first discovered Elizabeth through the brilliant Luke Storey's podcast, The Life Stylist, and I remember listening to their conversation three times in two days because no one was talking about money like this. Her perspective is precise, embodied, and deeply liberating. And in this episode, we go even deeper. We talk about the moment Elizabeth chose to redefine freedom on her own terms. Why certainty, not strategy, is the real foundation of wealth. How effortless action emerges when your identity expands. Why spiritual people often unconsciously block money. And why the deepest work may simply be learning to drop the past in real time.Something Elizabeth shared that I am still sitting with:The version of you three months from now who is already living in the expanded place believes in it just as much as you believe in your current reality. There is no more evidence for one than the other. There never was.Which means the only thing that changes everything is what you choose to believe right now.At the heart of it all is something deceptively simple.Money is not separate from love. And when you begin to live from that truth, everything changes. In this episode, we exploreElizabeth's radical definition of money and why she sees money as loveThe kangaroo on a beach in Australia that sparked the question that changed her lifeWhy certainty is the real currency behind wealth creationHow identity expansion naturally changes the way money flows into your lifeThe difference between efficiency and true effortless actionWhy spiritual people often unconsciously block money while doing everything "right"How investing can become an act of empowerment rather than fearThe energetic shift that happens when you choose first and let reality catch upWhy being seen and truly seeing others may be the real source of abundanceResources + LinksExplore Elizabeth's work and learn more about The Spiritual Investor Mastermind: https://thespiritualinvestor.comListen to The Spiritual Investor Podcast: https://thespiritualinvestor.com/podcastListen to the episode that first introduced me to Elizabeth on The Life Stylist Podcast with Luke Storey: The Spiritual Investor Episode →https://www.lukestorey.com/lifestylistpodcast/619 Hosted on Acast. What if your symptoms aren't the problem… but protection? In this episode, Dani unpacks a powerful pattern so many women find themselves in: finally feeling better… and then immediately trying to optimize something.More tracking. More control. More tweaking. More “fixing.”Until the nervous system is dysregulated again. This conversation explores the uncomfortable space that opens up when symptoms calm down — the vacuum that leaves us asking, “What's next? What do I fix now?” And what if that urge to optimize is actually a need to control?Dani shares:Why “feeling steady” can feel unsafeHow optimization can be disguised fearThe hidden comfort of micromanaging your bodyThe powerful question: What if all your symptoms disappeared tomorrow? How symptoms can function as protection (TMS lens)Period pain, body composition, and the “I should be there by now” beliefRadical self-love vs. fear-based healingWhy we often wait to live our lives until our bodies are “perfect”How staying small can feel safer than being seenReframing “nothing to fix” as peacePractical ways to move forward without waiting for symptoms to disappearThis episode dives deep into the emotional layers beneath physical symptoms — from weight and body composition to career avoidance and period pain — and invites you to consider that your body may not be broken… it may be protecting you.If you've ever thought:“I'll start living once I fix this.”“I should be further along by now.”“I just need to optimize one more thing…”This conversation is for you.Healing isn't always about adding more. In this episode, I share a personal experience where I choked. For the first time in a long time, I failed to perform at the level I knew I was capable of, in a very public setting. It wasn't a lack of preparation. It wasn't a lack of ability. It was mental.I unpack what happened when I played piano at my grandmother's funeral, how nerves took over, and what that experience taught me about pressure, performance, and mindset. From there, I zoom out. Watching the Olympics around the same time made the contrast even clearer. Some athletes tightened up under pressure. Others, like Alysa Liu in women's figure skating, performed with visible freedom and joy on the biggest stage. The difference wasn't talent. It was mental. This episode explores the tension between running away from what you don't want versus running toward what you do want, and why that distinction matters not just in sports or music, but in leadership and life.Topics CoveredA personal story of choking under pressurePlaying piano at my grandmother's funeralWhy capability doesn't guarantee performanceThe physical effects of nerves and overthinkingThe contrast between surviving and expressingLessons from Olympic performance under pressureAlysa Liu and skating with freedom instead of fearThe limits of conscious control in complex tasksRunning away from fear vs running toward joyHow this applies to leadership, teams, and cultureWhy leading toward something positive is more powerful than pushing away from something negativeClosing ThoughtIt's easy to say “run toward what you want.” It's much harder to remember in the moment. But if we want to perform at our best and lead others well, that shift in direction may be the difference between tightening up and stepping fully into what we're capable of.Music: Slow Burn, Kevin Macleod

Send us a textAuraverse Network presents another Spiritually Inspired episode. This time, Carmen Harra shares her lifelong journey with intuition, beginning with a near-death experience in childhood that awakened her heightened perception and prophetic abilities. From early public predictions in Romania to her later studies in psychology and numerology, she explains intuition as a natural function of the human brain—one capable of transcending linear time and accessing deeper truth. Harra emphasizes that intuition is not mystical privilege but a universal human faculty meant to guide awareness and prevent suffering when properly understood.A central theme of the conversation is the relationship between destiny and free will. Harra explains that while certain life events and lessons are pre-written as part of one's karmic trajectory, individuals retain the freedom to choose how—and whether—they engage with them. Numerology, she notes, reveals when key experiences occur, while psychology explains why they manifest. True growth comes from recognizing life cycles, questioning repetitive patterns, and consciously choosing actions aligned with awareness rather than ego or fearThe discussion expands to a global perspective, addressing leadership, karma, and the current state of humanity. Harra argues that ego-driven power structures are collapsing under their own weight and that the world is approaching a major collective shift beginning around 2026. She frames this period as a crossroads: humanity can either remain trapped in fear, conflict, and attachment, or move toward a “Golden Yuga” defined by awareness, responsibility, and peace. According to Harra, lasting change will not come from politics alone, but from a profound elevation of consciousness at both individual and collective levels.#consciousness #karma #predictions #romania #globalperspective #leadership #egoThe Karma Chronicles Instant Karma Karma's Newsletter Om Spirituality Self As Source | Spirituality The Spiritual Psychiatrist Practical Spirituality with Philip Goldberg Admired Leadership Jill Hart This is a public episode. This episode didn't go the way we planned, in the best way.Instead of a traditional interview, Dr. Steve Perry steps in with the kind of mentoring questions that don't let you hide behind “next month,” “next season,” or “when I'm ready.” It becomes a real-time reflection on fear, purpose, leadership, and what it costs, personally and professionally, when we hold back what we're here to give.Dr. Perry reminds us: our students are living right now. Avoidance is one of the most common reactions to emotional pain. It shows up as silence, staying busy, withdrawing, shutting down, or convincing yourself that “things will sort themselves out.” At first it feels protective. Over time, it becomes its own form of suffering and keeps couples stuck in the very patterns they're trying to escape. In this episode, Geoff and Jody explore how avoidance operates in both partners after betrayal and how safely facing difficult truths creates genuine movement in the relationship. What We Cover:For the Betrayed PartnerWhy avoidance often becomes a survival responseHow overwhelm, exhaustion, and cultural pressure to “keep the peace” silence your real needsThe difference between consciously pausing and unconsciously shutting downFor the Recovering PartnerHow shame and fear fuel hiding, minimizing, and delaying accountabilityWhy avoidance blocks repair and prolongs fearThe honest question every recovering partner must answerFor the CoupleHow both partners can slip into a shared pattern of avoidanceWhy comfort, silence, and homeostasis can feel safer than truthHow one partner naming avoidance begins to shift the entire dynamicRemember...avoidance feels safe in the moment, but it interrupts healing.______________________________Download the Free Resource: You, Me, Us - A Way Forward After BetrayalWhen betrayal has shaken your relationship, it can feel impossible to know where to begin. In this powerful and timely episode, we explore the deeper spiritual meaning behind the arrival of Comet 3I ATLAS — the third known interstellar visitor to enter our Solar System. While mainstream media may be stirring stories of fear, uncertainty, or even alien contact, we tune into a higher truth: this celestial being is not something to fear — it is a messenger of consciousness. A cosmic traveler carrying ancient wisdom and divine intelligence from beyond the stars. 3I ATLAS is a consciousness in its own right — a mirror and a catalyst for humanity's collective awakening. As it draws nearest to Earth on December 21, it carries frequencies of activation — awakening dormant layers of our ancient DNA and re-aligning us with our soul's higher purpose. Many of us have been feeling the energetic “final push” to purge and release — shedding patterns, beliefs, careers, homes, and relationships that no longer align with who we are becoming. This comet invites us to embrace stillness, welcome the darkness, and trust the transformation that unfolds within it.As we move through this profound gateway, our intuitive gifts and inner light begin to strengthen. The darkness is not our enemy — it's the fertile void where our true power takes root.Join us for an illuminating conversation that blends cosmic insight, grounded wisdom, and energetic preparation for what's to come.In this episode we discuss:The spiritual message and consciousness of Comet 3I ATLASHow mainstream narratives can distort cosmic truth through fearThe energetic purpose of this interstellar arrivalCollective and personal purging before activationHow to align with the comet's frequencies through stillness and surrenderPreparing for the December 21 activation and the rise of ancient light withinKey takeaway:You are not being asked to do more — you are being asked to be still, to listen, and to remember who you are. Every mother knows what it's like to stand in a storm — the kind that isn't just outside, but inside. Maybe your son is struggling, your faith feels thin, or the future feels uncertain. Today's devotion reminds you that peace isn't found when life is perfect; it's found when your eyes are fixed on the One who is.1️⃣ Peace Is Not the Absence of the StormJesus didn't wait for the weather to settle — He spoke into the chaos. True peace begins when we recognize that God's presence is bigger than our pressure.2️⃣ Focus Determines FeelingsIn the boat, the disciples saw the waves. Jesus saw the Father. What we focus on grows — fear or faith. Peace starts by shifting our gaze from the storm to the Savior. 3️⃣ Faith Doesn't Silence the Wind — It Silences the FearThe storm may not end instantly, but faith changes your reaction. When you invite God's Word into your worry, anxiety loses its authority.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/warfare-prayers-podcast-daily-prayer-devotionals-deliverance-daily-scripture-spiritual-warfare--5866282/support.
