    Ivy Insights

The Do You Know You? An Enneagram Podcast is an incredible podcast that I highly recommend to anyone interested in exploring the depths of their soul and gaining a better understanding of themselves. Hosted by Aaron and Sterlin, this podcast offers thought-provoking, relatable, and validating content that nourishes the mind and soul. Through their genius insights, I have grown so much as an individual and have found their teachings to be truly life-changing.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is its ability to go beyond the basic stereotypes often associated with the enneagram. Aaron and Sterlin provide a deeper look into each type, offering a more nuanced understanding that goes beyond surface-level assumptions. The content they present is not only applicable but also incredibly useful in real-life situations. Additionally, their conversational tone and flow make it easy to follow along and engage with the material.

However, one aspect that could be improved upon is the excessive use of filler words such as "ums" and "likes". While this can occasionally be distracting, it does not diminish the value of the overall content. It would be great if they could work on minimizing these filler words to enhance the clarity and professionalism of their delivery.

In conclusion, The Do You Know You? An Enneagram Podcast is an absolute must-listen for anyone interested in delving into the world of enneagram knowledge. Aaron and Sterlin's chemistry is palpable, making their episodes enjoyable and engaging. As someone who has followed Empathy Architects for over a year now, I can confidently say that this podcast has been instrumental in my personal growth journey. If you are looking for authentic teachings from genuine experts with a laid-back conversational style, then look no further than this extraordinary podcast.

Maeve's husband, a so/sp 614 gets analyzed as we talk theoretical orientation, over-alert hyperintentionality, and a bunch of other fancy sounding 6 defenses… and compare being a 6 to being a plate spinner who's not sure if the plates are necessary, but spins them anyway—just in case!
