Send us Fan MailToday I'm sitting down with Charlie Baldwin — a breathwork and meditation teacher with the Art of Living Foundation, over 1,000 hours of teaching experience, and a real gift for bringing these practices to people who never thought they'd be interested. He's taught in prisons, firehouses, universities, and retreat centers in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and he has a way of making ancient wisdom feel completely relevant to modern life. I really loved this conversation.Charlie's path began with a book his mom left in his dorm room — Eckhart Tolle's A New Earth — and a breathwork retreat he almost didn't go to when he was considering dropping out of college. Within six weeks of beginning a daily practice, everything shifted: more energy, more confidence, and the overwhelming things in life became manageable. Nine years of teaching later, he is one of the most thoughtful and non-dogmatic voices in this space. What we cover:Charlie's personal origin story — how a book his mom left in his dorm room and a retreat he nearly skipped changed the entire direction of his lifeBreathwork in law enforcement — how Charlie and a fellow Art of Living teacher began offering programs to community leaders in North Carolina, how the police chief had a profound experience, and why this demographic has become so receptive to these practices right nowSky Breath Meditation (Sudarshan Kriya) — the rhythmic breathing practice Charlie has taught for nine years, featured in James Nestor's book Breath, and what makes it different from other breathwork approachesTechnology, overstimulation & Vata imbalance — a rich conversation about how the optimization of social media for endless scrolling has created widespread nervous system dysregulation, and why breathwork is one of the most powerful resets available to usApps vs. in-person learning — where technology genuinely helps people enter a practice, and why certain teachings carry an energetic transmission that cannot be fully replicated by an appWhy wellness habits don't stick — the two things Charlie has seen make the biggest difference: community and the willingness to have faith before proof arrivesThe breath-emotion connection — the simple but profound insight that every emotion has a corresponding rhythm of breath, and that this street runs both ways: we can use the breath to shift our emotional state, not just the other way aroundThe straw breath — Charlie leads us through a beautiful, portable breathwork practice specifically designed for anxiety and overwhelm. Five or six breaths, and you will feel it.Connect with Charlie & the Art of Living:Art of Living Retreat Center, Boone, NCArt of Living Part One Course (Happiness Retreat)Instagram Books mentioned:Breath by James NestorA New Earth by Eckhart TolleResources:Free Masterclass: The Alchemy of the Perimenopause PortalAyurvedic Dosha Quick Reference GuideAbhyanga Self Massage GuideWeekend Nervous System ResetNourished For Resilience Workbook Find me at www.nourishednervoussystem.comand @nourishednervoussytem on Instagram
In this episode of The Healers Cafe, Manon speaks with Maggie Kelly, a spiritual counselor and shamanic energy medicine healer, discussing her transformative journey, sparked by her youngest child's cystic fibrosis diagnosis at age 30. Initially coping with stress through drinking, she turned to meditation, which led her to become a Chopra Center meditation teacher and open Satsang House. For the transcript and full story go to: https://www.drmanonbolliger.com/maggie-kelly Highlights from today's episode include: Maggie explains addiction is about pain, not the substance – the real issue isn't alcohol, shopping, or porn, but the unhealed pain underneath. Maggie speaks about spiritual bypassing – even meditation and spirituality can become another way to avoid feeling and processing trauma. Manon explains Limited bandwidth & dropping blame – as parents we have only so much capacity; the real growth comes when adult children move from blaming to learning from their experience. ABOUT MAGGIE KELLY: We never grow unless or until we are challenged. Most come to Satsang House in the midst of one of life's challenges or while at a turning point in their lives. Intuitively, I believe they already know they are ready for change or some sort of an upgrade to their current circumstances and life. I have created Satsang House Meditation and Spiritual Center around my own healing journey. Over the past three decades, I've spent time studying under meditation experts, Eckhart Tolle, Alberto Villoldo and the Inkan Shamans of the Andes. Most recently I've been immersing myself with the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza which has become the perfect compliment to the way I teach and practice meditation as well as to the energy healing side of my work. I have been extremely blessed to marry my personal experiences into my life's work at Satsang House as a Meditation Teacher, Energy Healer, Spiritual Counselor and Life Coach. Core purpose/passion: My mission is to help people all over the world cultivate emotional well-being, increase their capacity to love and care for others, and participate in the creation of a more interconnected and compassionate world. In this conversation, Dr. Stanton Hom sits down with somatic healer Jules Horn, a former model turned nervous system guide and soon‑to‑be father. Jules shares his journey from a small village in Germany and a decade in the modeling world to discovering his true purpose: helping people down‑regulate their nervous systems, remember who they really are, and live from the "kingdom of heaven within." Together, Stanton and Jules dive into fatherhood, grief, faith, and what it means to hold true presence in a highly stimulated world. They explore practical self‑regulation tools like breathwork and standing meditation, the spiritual lens on pain and disease, money as energetic flow, and why less is often more when it comes to healing, performance, and living a God‑centered life. Highlights: "I don't believe we're here to learn much; we're here to remember what it feels like." "It's not a chase on the outside, it's an uncovering and a remembering." "Less is more in almost every area of life; breath, food, training, even healing." "If God is within you and within me, why would I treat anyone differently?" Sarah and Tez are riding solo this week and covering everything from baby crawling styles, Wyatt's special new role, and Teresa's latest board game obsession, to teachable moments with our kids when feelings of comparison and insecurity begin creeping in. We chat about why planting those emotional seeds early feels so important, especially while raising tiny humans in a world that constantly tells them to measure themselves against everyone else. We also dive into our new YouTube community, the exclusive videos and extra content we're sharing over there, and do some Dazey shout outs for our YouTube members. Sarah opens up about the signs and synchronicities showing up lately as she leans deeper into her clair audience and intuition, while both Sarah and Tez unpack future tripping, staying present, trusting “this or something better,” Eckhart Tolle teachings, signs from the universe, and the sneaky ways fear and scarcity can quietly pull us out of abundance mindset without us even realizing it. this was a natural, flowing conversation between two people exploring questions that matter. Talking to someone who has a lifetime of meditation experience is one thing, but talking to someone as knowledgable and articulate as Peter Russell, who has written 11 books on the subject was an absolute joy. In this conversation we discussed so much - from the simplicity that meditation is, how to deal with discomfort and resistance within a meditation practice, to the nature of consciousness and he interconnectedness of humanity and what that means for our collective evolution and awakening. Peter's new book How to Meditate Without Even Trying is out now including the forward written by his good friend and colleague Eckhart Tolle. You can see all Peter's work (including a rather splendid Peter Bot that will discuss his ideas with you!) at his website peterrussesll.com Enjoy!Much loveRosanneTo support this podcast please click hereTo reach my website please click here

Morning Mantra: "When the surface is wavy, dive deeper for quieter waters." When everything is moving too fast, the pressure is piling on, and you are ready to explode, find stillness. The best thing to counter chaos is to find your way to the quiet sanctuary within you. Inner stillness is the key to outer strength. So slow down, take a deep breath.Become fully aware of your breath entering and leaving your body.Be a silent watcher of your thoughts.Within you is a stillness that you can retreat to when the world is too noisy. Learn how to cultivate that space.Remember- you are the stillness beneath the noise. You are the love and joy beneath the struggle.#BeStill #BeHappy #BeHorsey #BeHippie #HorseHippie #MorningMantra #InspirationalQuotesQuote: Kristin Armstrong and Eckhart Tolle

Peter Russell has spent over 50 years exploring one of the most quietly radical ideas of our time: that the mind doesn't need to be forced, pushed, or perfected — it just needs to be allowed to rest. In this episode of The Spiritual Perspective Conversations, Light Watkins and Peter Russell take us from his childhood on the English coast, through his time studying under Stephen Hawking at Cambridge, to sitting with Maharishi in India, and eventually getting banned by the very movement he valued the most. Along the way, he shares what decades of meditation teaching — and a lifetime of curious, honest inquiry have revealed about the nature of the mind, presence, and what it actually means to just sit quietly with yourself.Key Insights:Meditation is effortless by design. The moment you try to control your mind, you've already gone off track. Peter learned this directly from Maharishi: the whole point is to allow the mind to settle naturally, not force it into stillness.Monkey mind isn't a problem. Thoughts showing up during meditation isn't a sign you're doing it wrong. It's completely natural. The skill is simply noticing when you've followed a thought, and gently choosing not to follow it anymore.Stress needs a release valve. Pressure in life isn't inherently bad but without a way to decompress, you become a walking pressure cooker. Meditation is that release valve, and even 15 minutes can feel like a vacation.Micro-meditations count. You don't need a cushion or a scheduled sit. Peter keeps sticky notes around his home that just say "pause." A few conscious breaths between tasks done 20 or 50 times a day can quietly transform how you move through life.Letting go means letting in first. When something uncomfortable surfaces in meditation, the instinct is to push it away. Peter's discovery: go to the body, get curious about the sensation, and let it in. That's when it starts to soften and dissolve on its own.The deepest part of you never changes. Beneath the ego, the persona, and the noise of daily life is a quiet sense of "I am" that has always been there. Learning to recognize and rest in that what Peter calls being is the heart of the whole practice.Great teachers speak from experience, not just knowledge. What struck Peter most about both Maharishi and Eckhart Tolle wasn't their intellect but it was that they were teaching from something they had genuinely lived. That's what made their words land differently.More about Peter's work: https://www.peterrussell.com/Get Peter's new book, How to Meditate Without Even Trying: https://www.peterrussell.com/HMWETbook/index.phpSend us a text message.
Send us Fan Mail"I've lost myself." Maybe you've thought it in the supermarket, the car park, or your own kitchen. This episode is the question nobody has asked you."I've lost myself." Maybe you've thought it in your own kitchen at 9.47 on a Wednesday morning, holding a cup of tea you don't remember making. You walk upstairs to find something and forget what you came for. Something in you has been quietly slipping for a while. You're intelligent. You're capable. You've read the books. You've done the therapy. Maybe the coaching. Maybe the courses, the retreats, the breath work, the parts work. You know your patterns. And you still cannot make yourself move forward the way you used to.You're probably wondering what is wrong with you. But that's the wrong question. In this first episode of the show's new era, Dr. Amen Kaur introduces the question that actually matters. Not "what is wrong with me" but "who is in charge of my life right now?" Because the Self at the centre of your intelligence system has stepped back from the seat, and your thinking mind has stepped in to cover. It cannot. Not because you are not clever enough. Because thinking was never designed to run the whole system.Drawing on the work of Manos Tsakiris at Royal Holloway, Antonio Damasio's research on the Self as an integrator, Sarah Garfinkel and Hugo Critchley on interoception, Eckhart Tolle, and Bessel van der Kolk's neuroimaging findings on trauma and the brain, this episode names what has been happening under the surface and offers one small practice you can carry for the week.THIS EPISODE COVERS:Why the woman you used to be feels out of reach, and what is actually happening underneathThe Self as an integrator, not a place in the brain (Tsakiris, Damasio)The sun and the rays: a new way to understand your intelligence systemThe Einstein principle applied to your overthinkingThe part of you currently in charge is not your enemy. They explore the common experience of feeling isolated after a spiritual awakening, the intense "WTF" energy of the current global shift, and the nuances of using Reiki alongside therapy. Episode DescriptionThis archival conversation with Jim Kwik moves beyond memory tricks and into something more fundamental: how we think, learn, and make decisions.Jim breaks down why most people forget nearly everything they read, why repeating the same mistakes isn't always about logic, and how modern life is quietly degrading attention and memory. He explains how the brain filters information, how habits form, and why focus—not intelligence—is often the real differentiator.James pushes the conversation into practical territory: decision-making, fear, performance, and building a life around what actually matters. Together, they explore frameworks for improving memory, reducing distraction, and making better choices—along with the deeper idea that learning is the core skill behind everything else. This episode isn't just about remembering more. On Day 5 of The Anchor of Now, we explore the emotional arc of Nurture. Often, when we worry about the future, we treat ourselves harshly, as if we can "scare" our way into being prepared. Today, we return to the Muladhara (Root) Chakra with a softer lens. By combining the science of the Vagus nerve with Eckhart Tolle's wisdom on "Being," we learn that the most productive thing we can do for our future is to deeply nurture our present state. In today's episode: Science: How the Vagus nerve acts as the body's internal "nurturer." Insight: Why your "Being" is more important than your "Doing." Practice: A soothing visualization to wrap your awareness in comfort and safety. This is day 5 of a 7-day meditation series, "Overcoming Future Anxiety: The Power of Now," episodes 3479-3485. In Day 2 of our series, The Anchor of Now, we shift from the physical "landing" of Day 1 into the deep emotional arc of Rest. Most of us treat rest as something we do only when the work is finished—but when it comes to the mind, rest is a choice we must make amidst the chaos. Drawing on the transformative wisdom of Eckhart Tolle's highly acclaimed book, "The Power of Now," we explore the concept of the "psychological clock" and how to step out of it. You will learn how to use the Prithvi Mudra and Box Breathing to create a sanctuary of stillness within yourself. In today's episode: Insight: Why "Clock Time" is the enemy of inner peace. Practice: A guided visualization to help your mind lay down its heavy burdens. Affirmation: "I am safe in the stillness of right now." Purnima Sinha is a spiritual director and coach whose life has been shaped by meditation, near‑death experiences, and a deep commitment to seva (selfless service). Raised in a highly spiritual Indian family steeped in the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, she began meditating in her teens and was trained in Ultra Transcendental Meditation and Surat Shabd Yoga in India. She has now practiced meditation for over 50 years. After an intense emotional crisis around the year 2000, Purnima had a near‑death‑type experience in which she found herself in a tunnel, received a powerful life review and “downloads” about her future, and understood that her life's purpose was far from complete. This, along with subsequent experiences—including warnings before a later collapse, shared‑death experiences with family members, and long‑term after‑death communication with her mother—reoriented her life around service, self‑love, and trust in inner guidance.Professionally, Purnima worked for many years as a graphic designer before feeling an inner compulsion to serve in a hospital setting. Guided “voices” and a series of striking coincidences led her into over 3,500 hours of volunteer work and a formal role as a patient advocate in a major hospital, where she visited patients one‑on‑one, listened to their concerns, and supported them and their families through serious illness, cancer treatments, and end‑of‑life transitions. Repeatedly, nurses and staff invited her to sit with patients who were actively dying, and she became known informally as someone who could help people cross over peacefully.Out of this work grew hospital meditation and wellness programs. Purnima has served as a meditation, chair‑yoga, balance and strength, and “Fit for Life” facilitator, as well as a spiritual life coach for county wellness programs and cancer support networks. She holds certificates in Lifestyle Medicine and in Meditation & Psychotherapy from Harvard Medical School. Drawing on clinical research supplied in part by her physician son, she helped establish a hospital‑based meditation initiative before the COVID‑19 pandemic.Purnima has been a frequent presenter at the International Association for Near‑Death Studies (IANDS), including on after‑death communication panels, and has shared many of her experiences publicly only in recent years. Her article on healing the “pain body” was published in Eckhart Tolle's newsletter. She emphasizes practical spirituality: starting and ending the day with gratitude, cultivating stillness and prayer, listening to inner guidance, and practicing self‑love as the foundation for serving others. Her core messages include: no one ever dies alone; we are always guided and supported, even when we cannot see it; every experience, including painful ones, can serve the evolution of consciousness; and “Self‑Care = Self‑Love.”
In this episode, Joe and Brett analyze a rapid coaching session with an 18-year-old who says he hasn't felt good in years. Despite doing mindfulness, reading Eckhart Tolle, and preparing meticulously for the session, he can't seem to access the peace he's looking for. As Joe works with him to slow down and actually feel what's happening in his body, Brett and Joe unpack the self-reliance pattern: how it forms, how it shows up in relationships, and why the mind moves so fast that it convinces us we're not feeling when we clearly are. They discuss: The self-reliance pattern and its roots in early caregiving Why worry is actually a sign of devotion The difference between mindfulness and loving yourself Attention-seeking as an unmet need for care How breakthroughs change your life, even when they seem to fade Why there's no rush in the work of self-love Send us your questions on Twitter, through our website, or in our Circle community! Thinking "this is bad," then "my life is bad," then spiraling into a string of negative thoughts you didn't choose. Eckhart Tolle breaks down what's actually happening in that moment and why it matters more than you think. He walks through a practice you can do anywhere. The question is simple: How would I experience this moment if I didn't add any thought to it? What he's pointing to isn't positive thinking or reframing. It's something older and more fundamental. Most people live completely identified with the voice in their head. That narrator telling you how things are, how they should be, what's wrong, what's missing. Tolle explains how that voice builds a sense of self that feels like a burden. A heaviness people carry without realizing it's a story they're continuously telling themselves. The shift happens when you realize the narrative isn't reality. When awareness arises. When you can observe what your mind is doing instead of being trapped inside it. He's teaching you how to step outside the story and experience life directly. It's not theory. It's a practice that's been around for over 2,000 years, and it still works. What if everything you've been told about enlightenment is wrong? What if presence isn't something you achieve — it's something you already are? In this special episode, Harmony opens the doors to her Inner Circle community and invites you to sit in on the first session of a year-long study of one of the most transformative books in modern spiritual literature: The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Chapter One centers on one of the most radical ideas in all of spiritual teaching: You are not your mind. The thoughts, the planning, the remembering, the judging — that's not you. You are the one who observes all of it. And the moment you truly understand that? Something begins to shift. This episode references and reads selections from The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment by Eckhart Tolle (New World Library, 1999). All quoted material remains the property of the author and publisher and is used here for educational discussion purposes. In this episode, you'll explore: Why yoga philosophy and The Power of Now are pointing at the same truth How attachment to psychological time (past and future) creates suffering The difference between enlightenment as a superhuman goal and your most natural state What it means to 'watch the thinker' — and what opens up when you do Why the body is always a truthful reflection of the mind Emotions as energy: why bypassing them keeps you stuck The three root baskets of human pain: safety, belonging, and enoughness How the Anandamaya Kosha (the bliss body) maps to Tolle's 'radiant joy of being' Real-life stories from community members practicing presence with teenagers, island power outages, and sick kids Your homework: How to watch your thoughts this month This conversation weaves together the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Sankhya philosophy, and The Power of Now in a way that is grounded, practical, and deeply alive. Whether you're new to Eckhart Tolle or you've read the book a dozen times, this session will make the teachings land in a new way. INNER CIRCLE — CLOSING MARCH 25TH Harmony's Inner Circle is open now and closes on March 25th for the rest of the year. Sol LuckmanIn the jam-packed interview below, summarized both here and in the video above, renowned wellness author Eileen McKusick and I discuss the ability of Biofield Tuning and the Regenetics Method to enhance human potential.Buckle up as we explore using sound therapy and vocal toning to repair the “ener-genetic” blueprint and seal a primordial energy leak to foster health and wellbeing across the mind-body-spirit spectrum.Defragging the BiofieldMuch of our discussion links to the idea that DNA possesses an intrinsic linguistic component, suggesting that human biology was—as described in both mythology and religion—essentially spoken into existence. As I've written about in-depth in my two books on the Regenetics Method, CONSCIOUS HEALING and POTENTIATE YOUR DNA, I've come to the conclusion that the five primary vowels in English aren't merely letters but a distillation of alchemical vowel sounds (aka the creational Language of the Birds) that allow for direct communication with our bioenergy template. The healing (or “wholing”) process, as I see it, is basically a form of energetic reprogramming. Sound and language can used to stimulate DNA, which then acts as an interface to communicate with the subtle energy field—specifically the hyperdimensional (or “torsion”) field that gives rise to the measurable electromagnetic body. When linguistically coded sound stimulates DNA, the latter instructs this subtle energy field, or aura, to repattern itself and remove distortions (think “glitches”) in its holographic programming. This process of epigenetic correction is somewhat comparable to a computer “defrag.”Once the energy field is healed, the reorganized energy flows back into the material realm, including the DNA, RNA and toroidal EM fields—effectively addressing dysfunctions epigenetically as genes are switched on and off depending on the individual's specific requirements.Fragmentary Body = Slavery Yoke = Pain BodyThis interaction between sound and DNA is also used to address what I call the Fragmentary Body and Eileen refers to in TUNING THE HUMAN BIOFIELD as the “Slavery Yoke” a mechanism embedded in human biology that restricts potential and siphons off life energy from people. The concept here is that there's a sort of “governor” (like what controls the speed on a school bus) or “signal jammer” programmed into human biology and energetics that limits human potential and causes energy leakage, particularly in the area of the second (or sex) chakra. In her practice Eileen observed that the Slavery Yoke often presents as the “messiest Center ever,” where energy spreads across the biofield “like peanut butter” rather than staying contained.By using sound to reprogram the template, individuals can seal this duality and stop energy loss. This process allows the people to untie energetic knots and expand into their full potential rather than being subject to a pain body, author and spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle's name from the Fragmentary Body.In my own new book on inner alchemy, I link the Fragmentary Body to the installation of the duality principle itself. I view this rift in our bioenergy field as the engineered vector by which a spiritual adversary I call the Dragon feeds on and controls its human herd.Fortunately, as Eileen and I both agree, the Fragmentary Body or Slavery Yoke doesn't have to be a permanent liability. In fact, it's also an invitation to become more of the totality of who you are … and you can even learn to heal it yourself. Here's how.Copyright © Sol Luckman. All Rights Reserved. Thank you for subscribing. Leave a comment or share this episode.
Eckhart Tolle shares what may be the most counterintuitive truth about human suffering: the pain you feel is almost never caused by your circumstances - it comes from the mental narrative you attach to them. So many people carry a heavy identity built from past wounds, failures, and stories they've been repeating for years, never realizing they are not the story. Eckhart walks through why the ego is so deeply ingrained that even enormous suffering isn't always enough to break its hold - and why the present moment is the only place where that grip can finally loosen. He breaks down the law of attraction with unusual clarity, showing why manifesting from neediness pushes what you want further away, and why true abundance starts with appreciating what already exists around you. By the end, you'll understand why the journey itself - not the destination - is where life actually happens, and how shifting your state of consciousness right now changes everything that comes next. Eckhart's books: The Power of Now Practicing the Power of Now Stillness Speaks A New Earth In this episode you will: Discover why your psychological suffering is almost always caused by mental narratives, not by your actual circumstances, and how to separate the two in real time. Learn a simple practice for experiencing the present moment without the weight of interpretation, so you can find peace even in frustrating situations. Understand why the ego can never be satisfied by achievement or money, and what actually creates lasting fulfillment. Recognize the difference between manifesting from lack versus manifesting from fullness - and how one quietly destroys what you're trying to create. Explore what it means to know yourself beyond your personal story, so you can access the deeper dimension of consciousness that is already whole and complete. In the world of self-help and psychology there are people who have made certain topics a household term. Gary Chapman made love languages famous. Henry Cloud is the grandfather of boundaries. Eckhart Tolle helped us conceive of the ego. And Melody Beattie is why we know about codependency, due to her classic tome, Codependent No More: How to Stop Controlling Others and Start Caring for Yourself. I was so honored to have an audience with Melody to discuss the book for a revised edition, just a few years ago. Since we talked, Melody has actually ended her time here on earth. But, her message lives on. Melody is literally cited as one of the pioneers of the self-help movement. This breakthrough book of hers still remains the resource on codependency. Newsweek named Codependent No More one of the four essential self-help books of all time. Melody actually added a chapter on trauma to this revised edition and it went right to the top of the best seller charts, once again. As a human, can we even be completely non-codependent? I'm not sure, but by becoming aware of the signs and habits, we can surely mediate and mitigate codependency in our lives to a great degree. As humans we innately look for the A's from other people; approval, affirmation, attention, and acceptance. How codependent we are relates to how much we need those A's to feel ok about ourselves. It's nice to get them, but are we ok without them? Can we be at peace without desperately needing positive feedback and reinforcement from other people? The answer is yes and this show will discuss how. When I asked Melody about her own life and any regrets, she flatly stated, “I regret that I've spent much of my life ragging on myself for not being enough.” This is a thoughtful, pondering discussion with Melody where her compassion for herself and others will pour through. Is the discomfort you're trying to fix actually the signal calling you back to your soul instead of another problem to solve? Josh Trent welcomes Ex-Comedian, Kyle Cease, to the Wellness + Wisdom Podcast, episode 791, to explore how fasting dissolves emotional hunger, why effort and ambition are often trauma driven, how the ego uses goals and problems to stay in control, why pain is a spiritual teacher, and how surrendering identity, outcomes, and the need to be someone can reconnect us to soul, presence, and God.

German-born spiritual teacher and self-help author Eckhart Tolle once wrote, "Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance." I found this to be true in my life as well, and as it turns out, expressing gratitude isn't just a sound spiritual practice. It's essential to our emotional and physical well-being. According to a recent study performed at Harvard Medical School, "Gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships." How can you reap the benefits? While there are many beneficial exercises that can help you cultivate an attitude of gratitude, such as journaling, morning or evening reflections, and performing acts of kindness, many people focus their thoughts outward (Ex: I'm grateful for my children, a roof over my head, my job, etc.).It's easy to lose sight of the good in ourselves. Instead, let's focus inward. Tune in as Anthony and I share what we're grateful for about each Enneagram type and why you should be too.
