Du bist in Sicherheit."

Was genau klemmt bei F.?

Seth and Sean talk about Jeremy Peña fracturing his finger in the stupid World Baseball Classic, and some specific guys the Texans should target to bring in on the offensive line.
Seth and Sean discuss Jeremy Peña injuring his finger in a World Baseball Classic exhibition game and react to a funny Jeff Driskel story that Browns DT Maurice Hurst told.
Seth and Sean circle back to some of the intriguing things Texans GM Nick Caserio had to say earlier in the show, discuss Jeremy Peña's fractured finger thanks to the World Baseball Classic, talk about the 49ers and Trent Williams not being able to settle their differences, if the Texans should try to trade for him, talk about the question of the day, then react to breaking news of the Texans extending OL Trent Brown for another year.
Seth and Sean talk about Jeremy Peña fracturing his finger in the World Baseball Classic, who the Texans should target along the O-line, what Amon-Ra St. Brown had to say on his podcast about new Texans RB David Montgomery, and go through the day's Headlines.
"I ran across an article listing musicians who are in both the Rock and the Country Halls of Fame. There aren't many. When I started looking into it further I found that the people on the list were in multiple other Halls of Fame as well. I wanted to find out what musician is in the most Halls. There is a clear winner."
Jeremy Peña's injury sparks a bigger Astros discussion — does it validate the decision for players to skip the World Baseball Classic, and could it impact how the team views trading Isaac Paredes?

In this episode, Paul Andrews shines a spotlight on a small but essential part of guitar technique: your pinky finger! Often overlooked and underutilised, the pinky can feel awkward and weak at first, but strengthening it can lead to significant improvements in your playing—think easier chord transitions, better speed, more control, and less hand tension. What You'll LearnWhy the Pinky Matters:Paul breaks down the importance of the pinky for reach, speed, and long-term progress on guitar. Using all four fingers (not just the first three!) unlocks smoother playing and more advanced techniques. Why the Pinky Feels Awkward:It's all about muscle development and neural pathways—your pinky naturally has less independence, so it needs time and focused effort to build strength and control.Top Pinky Strength Builders:The classic 1-2-3-4 chromatic exercise (also known as “the spider”)Targeted drills to separate the pinky from the ring fingerHammer-ons and pull-offs specifically using the pinkyTips for off-the-guitar practice (tapping on a desk, grip trainers)Applying Your Pinky in Music:Paul shares a handful of famous riffs—from the Peter Gunn theme to “Satisfaction” by The Rolling Stones and more advanced licks like Clapton's “Layla”—to help you put those exercises into real-world practice. How Long Does It Take?Patience pays off! Episode summary It's mid-February. If you started 2026 with real intentions, and you're already watching old "exceptions" creep back in—this episode is for you. This is the first episode in a 5-part series on DEFENSE: training for the seconds you talk yourself into exceptions. Not the big, dramatic moments. The normal ones that sound reasonable… and quietly keep the pattern intact. You'll learn why your circumstances keep changing but your permission logic stays the same, how you become "exception competent," and why the real leverage isn't in a new plan—it's in the few seconds where your momentum leaks out. What we cover 1) The moment that matters isn't the behavior—it's the permission Most of the struggle isn't "I don't know what to do." It's that when the moment arrives, you're already standing in a perspective that makes the exception feel justified. This is why you can be sincere, committed, and still drift. 2) Exception competence: the same few seconds, dressed up as new circumstances The situation changes ("busy week," "vacation," "didn't sleep," "stressful day")… …but the logic is familiar: permission that sounds responsible, reasonable, earned, or unavoidable. You don't need more willpower. You need to recognize the repeatable moment and train for it. 3) "Finger vs. moon" — why you keep trying to solve the wrong thing A powerful way to think about this: Don't mistake the "finger" for the "moon." Your circumstances are the finger. The permission structure is the moon. This "finger pointing to the moon" teaching is commonly traced to Buddhist/Zen tradition (often linked to the Shurangama Sutra) and it was popularized for many modern listeners via Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon. 4) Momentum doesn't disappear in one dramatic collapse—it leaks One drip feels harmless. But a week of "just this once" is an entirely different story. If you're listening and thinking: "Okay, but what do I do?" That's what DEFENSE Foundations is for. Introducing: DEFENSE Foundations (starts Sunday, March 1) A 4-week way into DEFENSE for two kinds of people: you want the skill but can't justify the full investment right now you want the skill but don't trust yourself (yet) to bet bigger What you get: The DEFENSE Playbook (patterns, talkbacks, tools—refined across multiple rounds) 4 weekly video practice-guides 4 live weekly office hours (coaching + Q&A) Investment: $797 (Option for 2 payments, completed within the 4 weeks.)
