Unsere lieblings Musikalben?
The Olympics have come and gone, and we are reminded that there are games that can bring us all together (or not) On the other side of that coin is how people eat their pizza crust, and it turns out that can be very divisive.
Such keine Schuldigen mehr. Wer ist verantwortlich für dein Leben? Du. Aber weißt du was? Allen. Weißt du, wo mich das hingebracht hat? In Unzufriedenheit, Hass, Neid, Missgunst. Okay, dann such keine Schuldigen. Was ist deine Lösung? #ErnstCrameri #Schuld #Verantwortung #Eigenverantwortung #Mindset #Lösungen #Erfolg #Flow #Entscheidung #Persönlichkeitsentwicklung #VIPCoaching #Ernstcrameri Hier findest du eine Übersicht aller aktuellen Seminare https://crameri.de/Seminare Bild: 7.

"The internet loves lists. The click bait ones often choose to list the worst of something and choose the best of it just to upset the audience for engagement. I can usually ignore these but this one really bugged me for some reason. I'll tell you the list and debunk it and offer some of mine."
Was dagegen hilft, hat STANDARD-Gesundheitsredakteurin Magdalena Pötsch recherchiert.

Episode summary It's mid-February. If you started 2026 with real intentions, and you're already watching old "exceptions" creep back in—this episode is for you. This is the first episode in a 5-part series on DEFENSE: training for the seconds you talk yourself into exceptions. Not the big, dramatic moments. The normal ones that sound reasonable… and quietly keep the pattern intact. You'll learn why your circumstances keep changing but your permission logic stays the same, how you become "exception competent," and why the real leverage isn't in a new plan—it's in the few seconds where your momentum leaks out. What we cover 1) The moment that matters isn't the behavior—it's the permission Most of the struggle isn't "I don't know what to do." It's that when the moment arrives, you're already standing in a perspective that makes the exception feel justified. This is why you can be sincere, committed, and still drift. 2) Exception competence: the same few seconds, dressed up as new circumstances The situation changes ("busy week," "vacation," "didn't sleep," "stressful day")… …but the logic is familiar: permission that sounds responsible, reasonable, earned, or unavoidable. You don't need more willpower. You need to recognize the repeatable moment and train for it. 3) "Finger vs. moon" — why you keep trying to solve the wrong thing A powerful way to think about this: Don't mistake the "finger" for the "moon." Your circumstances are the finger. The permission structure is the moon. This "finger pointing to the moon" teaching is commonly traced to Buddhist/Zen tradition (often linked to the Shurangama Sutra) and it was popularized for many modern listeners via Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon. 4) Momentum doesn't disappear in one dramatic collapse—it leaks One drip feels harmless. But a week of "just this once" is an entirely different story. If you're listening and thinking: "Okay, but what do I do?" That's what DEFENSE Foundations is for. Introducing: DEFENSE Foundations (starts Sunday, March 1) A 4-week way into DEFENSE for two kinds of people: you want the skill but can't justify the full investment right now you want the skill but don't trust yourself (yet) to bet bigger What you get: The DEFENSE Playbook (patterns, talkbacks, tools—refined across multiple rounds) 4 weekly video practice-guides 4 live weekly office hours (coaching + Q&A) Investment: $797 (Option for 2 payments, completed within the 4 weeks.) Outlouders, it’s Friday the 13th and the vibes are… chaotic. From Wuthering Heights to Finger Princesses to The Year of the Fire Horse and our weekly reccos, today's show is A LOT. We’re about to enter the Year of the Fire Horse and apparently it’s all action, freedom and breakthrough energy. Unless you’re a Pig (sorry, Holly Wainwright). Jessie Stephens and Clare Stephens are claiming this as their zodiac Super Bowl, but there’s a tiny historical footnote involving superstition, falling birth rates and the suggestion Fire Horses are “too wild.” Rude. And, the robots have taken over your child’s class photo. And no, we're not 'just' talking fixing gappy smiles. Add in AI-cheating uni students, 200-written-in-a-year AI romance novels by one author and its controversial use in true crime documentaries and suddenly we’re asking: are we outsourcing our brains? Or just evolving? Plus: the petty hills we will absolutely die on. Quiet carriages. TEABAG OUT. No, Coke Zero isn’t fine. Yes, you must wave. The list is long and, at times, unhinged.

"Every year I hear people complaining that the NFL makes lousy picks for the Super Bowl halftime show. If the picks are lousy then ratings must tank. But they do not. In fact the halftime show has never been better watched. We have a long list of ratings and demographics to show that the NFL seems to know what they are doing."

In this Monday Headline Brief of The Wright Report, Bryan details a shocking weekend in Minnesota that left one activist dead, a federal officer permanently injured, and the state spiraling toward open defiance of federal law. Bryan walks listeners through the fatal shooting of activist Alex Pretti during an ICE and Border Patrol arrest, the discovery that Democrat-linked activists are organizing surveillance cells to track federal officers, and the revelation that one protestor later bit off the finger of a DHS agent. He explains the legal facts of the encounter, the role of Governor Tim Walz's campaign strategist in mobilizing protestors, and why federal investigations, lawsuits, and even a government shutdown may follow. The episode then pivots globally. Bryan reveals new details about President Trump's capture of Nicolás Maduro, including a secret directed-energy-style weapon that disabled Russian and Chinese systems. He covers Trump's consideration of a naval blockade of Cuba, the pressure campaign squeezing Mexican oil shipments to Havana, and Washington's push to rapidly restart Venezuelan oil production while cutting China out. Finally, Bryan reports encouraging news from Cambodia as U.S. naval access expands in the Gulf of Thailand, then closes with a stunning development inside China as President Xi purges a top general and boyhood friend amid allegations of corruption and espionage. He explains why the move weakens China's military readiness and could delay any action against Taiwan, while underscoring that Xi now rules China as an unchecked dictator.
