In this episode I'll discuss how I have recently realized how we might adopt a wrong approach to positivity. Is it better that we being positive as a habit?
Do I love my hair or have I just learned to accept it and merely manage it?
Sometimes it feels like in order to forge a connection we need to know everything about the other person. Is this necessary?
YESSSSS!!! I'm back and today we are going to have quite a messy episode, we will be speaking about habits, beginnings, situations and how important and helpful it is to not take them personally.
Finally! This is the recap of things that I've learned this year. It's been a very interesting and hard year for me personally and these have been more less the elements that have allowed me to cope and grow in 2021.
How often do we subtly set ourselves to failure? How important it is for us to acknowledge the way our brain reacts, perceives and processes certain things?
Sometimes we focus on a problem just when it has reached a critical point. In this episode I'll discuss the importance of addressing and analyzing the process or processes that have lead us to that point.
Can we create what we believe and our own opinions? Or are we just all influenced and molded by everyone and everything around us?
We live in a fast paced world full of distractions. Therefore, most of us have grown overstimulated which is dangerous since it's easier to become distracted from actually living and what's truly going on in front of our eyes.
In this episode I'll talk about the importance of being grateful about different types of things. Also I'll touch on the benefits of developing true and deep gratitude.
Is there even such a thing as ugly and pretty? Should we be offended by someone calling us ugly? How much weight and importance should we put on beauty?
We all condoned to go through an uncomfortable and painful phase of growth and transition. As humans, we never stop changing and that can be overwhelming sometimes. In this episode, I'll be talking about this from the perspective of someone who's going through a major transition in their life and how I view the future.
When it comes to distractions it's very important to keep a balance, to know yourself and then discern the amount of distraction you want to incorporate in your life so that they don't affect you in a negative way.
Its very hard to be constant and to stick through the rough patches in any process. That's why it's important to trust that what we are doing is gonna benefit us in the long run. In this episode I'll talk about how keeping in mind why we started this journey and developing confidence can help.
I'm back, hopefully for a while this time. In this episode I'll share a few things that I've learned and that I've noticed in the last months in which I've been going through very confusing and hard moments. I hope this resonates with you :)
In this episode I'll talk about the importance of finding your purpose in life in order to make it happier and easier. I'll also discuss a few things that I've noticed that often get in the way of that introspective process.
In the second part of this series I dig in more into what introspection means and I explain how introspection has helped me and can help you to understand what you truly want in life, the environment in which you thrive the most and the type of people that you need around you in order to help you reach your goals.
We live in a society in which it's very easy and common to become distracted by unimportant things. In this episode, I'll discuss how I believe that it's important to get to know ourselves through introspection in order to become a fulfilled person and to learn to make better choices for ourselves.
Social media can be very overwhelming place and when you realize how much time you are wasting there it's even more because it's a challenge to stop using social media and breaking the addiction. In this episode, I'll discuss my relationship with social media and a few reasons why I want to step away from them.
We live in an a society that puts a lot of value on everyone's physical image. The way you look can have a big impact on your life (relationships, opportunities...) but we all know this. So in this episode I'll discuss how important it is we learn and we get rid of the internalized idea that beauty goes before the way a person is.
I'm BAACK! And better than ever. March has become a weird month because of covid and in this episode I'll discuss how because of this pandemic socializing has become more of a task and I have become hyper aware of everything. I will also talk about ignorance and if being informed and smart is actually worth it.
In this part I'll be talking about how i find concerning the way gen z can be easily influenced and manipulated by others on social media, our obsession with nostalgia and the downside of overdocumenting everything on our devices.
In this episode I'm going to be complaining about everything that is wrong about our generation and the side effects of growing up with the internet as well. I'll discuss how things such as tweens and teens looking older that before and the overexposotion to information from a young age has really impacted generation z.
This year I've been working on not worrying to much about the future/not living through the past. It's very hard for human beings to objectively remember important things that happened in their life, and now we are oversaturated with media that makes it even harder. In this episode we will discuss how the brain also categories and filters our memories.
This episode is all about hair, the STRUGGLE of maintaining 4 type hair. Our hair is a very important part of our identify and can really affect our self-confidence so it's very important we access to products and accurate information about our hair.
Yes, surprisingly this year is coming to an end (I still can't believe it) and in this episode I'll be oversharing basically and speaking about this journal prompt recently tried out. I a list of things I'll be working on throughout 2021. Hopefully you can relate and maybe get inspired by my list.
Are we all deep doing happy that we aren't the only ones suffering in this world? Is it necessary to be productive all the time? I mean we need to get stuff done but I believe that since we live in a capitalistic society and other factors our idea of productivity might be a little distorted. Today I will be speaking about that and also about to find the line between making the best out of your life and having lazy/tired days.
We are human beings and we change everyday, specially when we are in our teenage years. Then why isn't it normalized to stop friends with someone when that person isn't treating you unfairly or isn't toxic? Sometimes friendships are perceived like some sort of property and today I'll be discussing why that's very weird
