Paul urges these Roman believers to respond rationally to God's mercy. First, by offering themselves as His disciples—willing to die to themselves. Second, he calls them to pursue spiritual transformation. All believers can experience the power of their former lives being broken as they renew their minds through God's Word.

By Him and through Him, the glorious mystery of reconciling Jew and Gentile to Himself will be completed. We must guard against unbelieving hearts and remember that the natural branches can be grafted back into the tree.

Join us as we welcome Pastor Tom DeSomer to share with us out of 1 Thessalonians 5:1-17 in a message titled "No Surprise."

We often think that, if we were just able to “do better”, then we could finally be the Christian we were meant to be. However, Paul pushes back against this assumption, instead challenging his readers to allow their lives to be shaped by the Spirit-renewed identity that is already theirs in Christ.

God has made many promises to Israel. Because of unbelief, some were broken off, making room for Gentiles to be grafted into the kingdom. Yet Scripture gives a stern warning: we must guard our hearts, for if we do not remain in faith, we too can be broken off.

A study in 2 Kings 13 from our Midweek Service at Harvest Fellowship with Pastor Paul Mowery.

Romans 11:1-11 God has not cast away His people; He foreknew them and has always reserved for Himself a remnant. Election is attained by grace through faith. Self-righteousness has blinded many, but this grace is made available to all. And we who have received Him are joined with Israel as we believe in the Messiah.

The MissionJesus came to save mankind from the consequences of sin. Anyone who believes in Him and calls on His name will be saved. Faith to believe comes from hearing the Word of God, yet we are also given free will and may choose to reject Christ, who is the Word.

A study in 2 Kings 12 from our Midweek Service at Harvest Fellowship with Pastor Paul Mowery.

Israel put their trust in their own righteousness and failed to submit to God's righteous Son. What God asks of all of us is not too hard: we are to keep confessing and keep believing.

ChosenThough the Jews were God's chosen people, many rejected the Messiah. God demonstrated His sovereignty by executing His plan of salvation through their rejection, drawing to Himself all who would receive Him.

Christ the KingHerod felt hostility toward Him. And though they knew the prophecies, the scribes and chief priests were indifferent to Him. But the Magi—the king-makers—were supernaturally led over great distances to come and worship the King of Kings. Now is the time to examine what place Jesus holds in our own hearts.

God Is Always FairThrough His foreknowledge, God sovereignly "sets aside" Esau and extends grace to Jacob. It is through Jacob that the nations will be blessed. In this study, we see that God uses the hardness of human hearts to accomplish His purposes.

Loved and CalledThrough many trials and tribulations, the children of God persevere. We understand that all things work together for good. Since God has given His Son, we are confident that He will freely give us all things; therefore, we continue in the faith.

A study in 2 Kings 7 from our Midweek Service at Harvest Fellowship with Pastor Paul Mowery.

The Children of GodAs sons and heirs, we eagerly await redemption. When all of creation is set free from bondage and our Father's glory is revealed in us, we will understand that any suffering or sacrifice on our part was nothing in comparison. Our hope is in Him.

A study in 2 Kings 6 from our Midweek Service at Harvest Fellowship with Pastor Paul Mowery.

No CondemnationFalse prophets, false teachers, and wolves are those who promote the law of sin and death. They live with disregard for God and use guilt to control others into following them. But for those who are in Christ, there is freedom as we walk out our faith with deep reverence for the One who loves our soul.

No Victory Is Found in the LawWhile the law is good and given to govern the hearts of men, true power is found through God. The believer overcomes sin when he thirsts, comes, and drinks of His Spirit.

A study in 2 Kings 3 from our Midweek Service at Harvest Fellowship with Pastor Paul Mowery.

How to Heal a NationIf sin no longer reigned within us, the strife that causes division could be eliminated. God has already given us everything we need for life and godliness. His grace is the means of change, made available to mankind through Christ.  Â

The Impact of God's Grace on RelationshipsJoin us as we welcome Pastor Brian DeCook to share with us from the book of Philemon a message about God's Grace in the context of relationships.

Just as Christ died to sin and now lives unto God, so we too are called to see that reality reflected in our own lives. God's will is that sin would no longer rule over us. But how can the stronghold of sin be broken in our lives? Join us as we look at the second half of Romans chapter 6.

A study in 2 Kings 2 from our Midweek Service at Harvest Fellowship with Pastor Paul Mowery.

Dead to Sin, Alive to GodOur physical baptism is a symbol of our immersion into Christ. In it, we identify with His death, burial, and resurrection. Paul reminds us that knowing we have been crucified with Christ is essential—because this truth frees us to live not under the weight of sin, but in the power of His grace.

A study in 2 Kings 1 from our Midweek Service at Harvest Fellowship with Pastor Paul Mowery.

The Benefits of Christ Extend to all MenSin reigns over humanity, bringing death and condemnation. But when Christ reigns, He brings freedom through grace, justification, and righteousness.

When Did God Begin to Love Us?Romans 5 tells us that God demonstrated His love for us not when we were striving to live righteous lives, but while we were still pursuing sinful ones. If He loved us in that condition, how much more must He love us now that we belong to Christ?

The Results of JustificationPaul concludes that, through Christ, we now have peace with God, access to His grace, hope in tribulation, and the comfort of the Holy Spirit.

Join us as we welcome Pastor Jake Curtis as he shares with us. Jesus Christ “descended” and became what no other sacrifice could be; He, the Lamb of God, a the superior and perfect sacrifice for our sin. But even more, He rose to Life and “ascended” back into eternal glory as our superior and perfect Great-High Priest, offering what no other human priest could. He has become our life by offering us new life in Him; He is the LIFE who now sits upon His glorious throne of Grace, calling us to come to Him for all we need!

Fully PersuadedThrough Abraham's faith, God credited righteousness to him. That same righteousness is given to us when we believe in Jesus, who justifies us.

The Faith of AbrahamThe promises of God are made certain through faith. Galatians chapter three reminds us that Gentiles who share Abraham's faith are now considered his children and recipients of God's promises.

HappinessAbraham and David found joy through faith. When we believe God, He credits righteousness to our account. At Christ's return, the ledgers will be opened to reveal either blessing or judgment.

In 1996, former U.S. Marine Wes Bentley founded Far Reaching Ministries (FRM) after serving as a missionary in war-torn regions of Sudan, including Bahr El-Ghazal, Western Equatoria, the Nuba Mountains, and Southern Kordofan. By 1998, FRM expanded its efforts to South Sudanese refugee camps, primarily in Kiryandongo, Uganda, bringing hope to thousands of orphans and widows affected by the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA). Addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, FRM became a beacon for those suffering from ethnic and religious cleansing.Today, FRM operates in 39 of the world's most dangerous nations, deploying over 500 team members to share the hope of Jesus, disciple believers, and intervene for those trapped in cycles of death, violence, and poverty under oppressive regimes.Committed to alleviating suffering, FRM rescues and rebuilds lives affected by Christian persecution, abduction, violence, rape, and war-induced humanitarian crises. The ministry provides essential aid, combats child sex trafficking and organ harvesting, and offers medical care, food, and shelter. More importantly, it introduces people to the love and hope found in Jesus Christ.FRM is also dedicated to planting underground churches, discipling believers, and equipping them to return to their communities as Gospel witnesses. Its frontline workers include military-embedded chaplains, pastors, doctors, and ministry leaders, all working to transform lives and nations for Christ.
