BUCKED BY THE BRONCOS!! It's the last episode of the LOVE HATE PODCAST for 2023! The Warriors lose the major preliminary final in front of a packed Suncorp Stadium 42-12. A depressed Chad brings himself to talk about the loss, whilst Brad follows the MAD BUTCHERS advice and tries to put everything in context. The boys talk their way through the negatives and look for positives. In the NRL segment, for the 100th time this year they marvel at the panthers and look forward to the Grand Final and who they think will win. In the final part of this year's podcast, they reflect on what do the Warriors need to do to improve in 2024 and reflect on the journey in creating the LOVEHATE Podcast!  We wanted to say a massive thankyou to all of the listeners who tuned in this season and added us into your weekly rotation of footy chat. KNIGHTS PUT TO THE SWORD! The Warriors destroy Newcastle in front of a bumper Mt Smart Crowd that roared the team home with LOVE in their hearts to a 40-10 victory. So much to gush over. SJ, CNK. AFB there is acronyms everywhere! The boys dissect the Warriors best performance for two months and dream of a Grand Final date. Brad being Brad, he finds some negatives, but they are very few and Chad ignores them. BIG CAT FOOD! The Warriors go down to the 2x premiership winning Panthers 32-6 in their first semifinal since 2018 (where they also lost to the Panthers). In what was a clinical performance from Penrith, the Warriors tried hard in parts but ultimately, minus the talismanic Shaun Johnson, were simply outclassed.  In their first ever finals special podcast, Brad reverts to type and it's all doom and gloom, woe is us stuff. DOLPHIN DIVE!! The Warriors second string side go down at Suncorp to the Dolphins to end their 7-match winning streak. But do we care? The Warriors finish 4th and are set for their first finals match since 2018. The boys look ahead to that final against Penrith and identify some key areas that could give the Warriors a chance to tip the minor premiers. The Warriors close out a close one with Manly winning 29-22 on the back of a superb second half effort where they kept Manly to a duck egg for the last 40 minutes. The boys talk where the Warriors improved and can't help themselves to start plotting a course to the Grand Final.
