Why are kids so funny? Most of the time the things they say are completely out of context or unintentional which is ultimately what makes these tiny humans so hilarious!

Please forgive me Mom......My sister has this story of my mom that is too good not to tell. This is a shorty but a goodie. 

I was fascinated by Margo's first hand account of growing up in war torn Germany and her optimism through it all. She tells about her childhood and how even though bomb alarms and running for cover were part of her every day life, she doesn't remember being afraid. I hope you enjoy listening to her story as much as I did! 

Call it what you will, we all have them....senior moments, brain farts, scatter brained or mom brain. There are times when one of the many juggling acts we are performing gets tricky and we drop the ball. Don't worry you're not alone, we have all been there. We hope you enjoy these funny stories (incriminating as they may be) of some times that we have dropped all the balls, lost all the marbles and forgot to sharpen any tools in our shed:) 

Have you ever met someone and 10 seconds later you think....        "What was their name again?" How about the second time...or the third time you've met them? You still can't remember their name and you're gonna sound like a real jerk if you ask! Well, you're not alone! 

Are you afraid of flying?!? Well you might be after listening to this one! Lisa is one of the bravest ladies I have ever met...so of course she chose to be a teacher for her profession, because all teachers are heroes! 

Monica's story is one that a lot of parents can relate to. You get distracted or look away for one second and your child is gone. This sweet story with a happy ending is one I have never and will never forget, including the lessons learned within. 

Ben's story is an incredible story of heroism. He and many others saved lives that day and no matter what Ben says, I will always call him a hero!
