You can feel Alison's light and joy the moment you hear her voice. She is just a delightful soul.  I so enjoyed our conversation.Alison is a functional medicine health coach living in the BEAUTIFUL New Zealand. She’s got a passion for helping people feel ALIVE, and a holistic approach to finding out: “What’s your way into feeling alive?” and then helping you rise into deeper and fuller health from there. We touched on being a locavore, saying YES to big dreams, the integration of spirit and body and mind for health, and Alison even shared some tips for helping our KIDS find their fullest vibrancy and health through understanding their own bodies and helping them want to eat healthy food.  (I know, I know- you’re wondering if she’s actually a magician. Andrew Fosthoefel is the author of the book, Walking to Listen. He’s one of those humans who did a really immense EXPERIMENT, and used his actual LIFE as the medium: At age 23, he set out on a long walk, across the entire United States, “with a backpack, an audio recorder, his copies of Whitman and Rilke, and a sign that read “Walking to Listen.” And that’s what he did. He walked, and listened, and gathered a multitude of insights and deep wisdom along the way.” I read his book a year ago, and discovered that Andrew’s way of seeing, experiencing, and learning from the world was the perfect medicine to call me back to myself, and re-orient my internal world to WISDOM and love in an even deeper way. In our show today, Perri Chase just opened up and gave us a peak at her wild, amazing story.   She has gone from a badass Club promoter in NYC, to a Wall Street Head Hunter running a business in Hong Kong,…..to an entrepreneurial Transformational Coach who is all about the call of the Feminine, and the mystery of openness.   You’ll hear in her story that she just SAID YES.   It wasn’t her degree, or her training, or some special magic only she was born with- it was her YES.   It changed her life, drew her into a deep spiritual exploration, and brought her through so many fascinating experiences to deliver her to us today, with scads of wisdom (and fun!) to share.  

Gillian Pothier is a writer and coach around masculine and feminine energetics, and specifically around feminine eros. Her presence is full of power and gentleness at once, and there is so much incredible INTEGRITY in her.  We talked about her incredible way of writing as a literal transfer of energy and discussed one of her most powerful pieces of writing called, A Celebration of Catcalling. She is holding powerful space for the healing between the masculine and feminine.
