How connected is the immigration crisis to the issue of climate change? What is the relationship between both movements and how can both movements work in solidarity? To discuss this topic, we have Destiny Garcia on the show. She is an organizer with the Detained Migrant Solidarity Committee and Fronterizx Fianza Fund. Water and electricity are fundamental to human life. Our right to each do not carry a price tag. We must block this proposed sale and avoid fundamental repercussions to our community.
On this episode of Sunrise El Paso Media, we interview Lynn Wang, HUB Coordinator of Sunrise Los Angeles, to discuss her experience in organizing for a city-level Green New Deal.
