In this episode, we're unpacking a recent study by Ramos et al. (2025) exploring how progressively unstable surfaces influence postural control and muscle activation in dogs. While the findings confirm that instability increases spinal movement, what's more interesting is how muscle activation changes - not simply increases. Instead, we see a redistribution of effort, with greater abdominal activation and reduced contribution from some larger, more superficial muscles. Clinically, this raises important questions. These exercises were all static, meaning they primarily challenge stabilisers - not the muscles responsible for movement. So how often are we matching our exercise selection to the actual function of the muscles we want to target? And how can we better integrate instability with dynamic tasks to make our rehab more functionally relevant? Le PSG serait-il encore plus fort avec Maghnes Akliouche, Ferran Torres, Mika Godts et Lucas Digne, ou la perte de Bradley Barcola et Gonçalo Ramos provoquerait-elle au contraire un véritable glow down de l'effectif parisien ? C'est toute la question de ce nouveau mercato du PSG : accumuler de nouveaux profils ne signifie pas automatiquement améliorer une équipe déjà très forte. Dans cette vidéo, on analyse le scénario d'un PSG profondément remodelé avec Akliouche, Ferran Torres, Mika Godts et Digne parmi les nouveaux visages évoqués, mais aussi avec deux départs potentiellement très importants : Bradley Barcola et Gonçalo Ramos. L'objectif n'est donc pas simplement de compter les arrivées et les départs, mais de comprendre ce que Paris gagnerait et ce qu'il pourrait perdre sur le terrain. Maghnes Akliouche représente notamment un profil extrêmement intéressant pour une équipe qui veut créer entre les lignes, combiner dans les petits espaces et disposer d'un joueur capable d'évoluer dans plusieurs zones offensives. Dans un collectif basé sur la mobilité, la technique et les permutations, son intégration pourrait offrir énormément de possibilités. Mais recruter un joueur talentueux ne répond pas forcément à la même problématique que conserver un ailier capable de faire constamment la différence dans la profondeur. C'est précisément là que le cas Bradley Barcola devient central. Si Paris perd Barcola, la question n'est pas seulement de savoir qui récupère sa place dans le onze. Il faut se demander qui remplace sa vitesse, ses appels, son explosivité et sa capacité à étirer une défense. Akliouche, Ferran Torres et Mika Godts peuvent apporter d'autres qualités, mais sont-ils réellement des remplaçants poste pour poste ? Ou le PSG changerait-il complètement de manière d'attaquer ? Ferran Torres serait également un profil particulièrement intéressant dans cette réflexion. Sa polyvalence permettrait théoriquement de l'utiliser sur un côté, près de l'attaquant ou directement dans l'axe selon l'organisation choisie. Cela pourrait donner davantage de solutions offensives et permettre plus de rotations. Mais là encore, tout dépendrait du prix, du rôle prévu et surtout de la complémentarité avec les autres attaquants. Mika Godts représente une logique différente : celle d'un joueur offensif capable d'apporter percussion, jeunesse et potentiel. Son arrivée renforcerait la profondeur de l'effectif, mais la question serait de savoir s'il peut immédiatement compenser la perte d'un titulaire majeur ou s'il faut voir ce type de recrutement comme un investissement pour plusieurs saisons. Le dossier Gonçalo Ramos est tout aussi important. Un départ du Portugais réduirait potentiellement les options de véritable numéro 9. Paris pourrait alors privilégier un système beaucoup plus mobile, avec plusieurs joueurs capables d'occuper la surface sans avant-centre fixe. Cela peut rendre une équipe imprévisible, mais également créer un manque contre les blocs bas lorsque le PSG doit attaquer une surface très dense. Lucas Digne apporterait, lui, une autre dimension à la réflexion : expérience, qualité technique sur le côté gauche et possibilités supplémentaires dans la rotation défensive. Mais son éventuelle arrivée doit être jugée dans l'équilibre global de l'effectif, pas simplement sur son nom. Alors, PSG encore plus fort ou PSG moins impressionnant ? Akliouche + Ferran Torres + Mika Godts + Digne peuvent-ils réellement faire oublier Barcola et Ramos ? Paris gagnerait-il en technique et en variété tout en perdant en explosivité et en présence dans la surface ? Et surtout, à quoi ressemblerait le meilleur onze du PSG après un tel mercato ? On construit l'effectif, le onze potentiel et les différentes associations offensives pour déterminer si ce nouveau PSG serait réellement supérieur… ou si le mercato pourrait finalement ressembler à un spectaculaire glow down. Le PSG accélère brutalement son mercato : Ferran Torres et Mika Godts se rapprochent désormais de Paris, avec deux opérations annoncées comme bouclées ou quasiment finalisées. Pour Ferran Torres, le FC Barcelone et Paris ont trouvé un accord autour de 50 millions d'euros et l'attaquant espagnol est attendu à Paris pour compléter les dernières étapes du transfert, notamment la visite médicale avant la signature. Cadena SER rapportait même ce vendredi qu'il était déjà en route vers la capitale française. Et Paris ne s'arrête pas là. Mika Godts est lui aussi tout proche de devenir un joueur du PSG. Un accord verbal entre le PSG et l'Ajax est rapporté autour de 55 millions d'euros pour l'ailier belge de 21 ans. Les documents devaient encore être échangés au moment des dernières informations, mais Fabrizio Romano a indiqué que Godts devait être le prochain à arriver après Ferran Torres. Autrement dit : en quelques heures, le mercato offensif du Paris Saint-Germain vient potentiellement de changer de dimension. Dans cette vidéo, on analyse ce que les arrivées de Ferran Torres et Mika Godts au PSG peuvent réellement apporter à Luis Enrique. Parce que les deux joueurs ne répondent pas exactement au même besoin et leur recrutement donne surtout énormément d'indices sur le nouveau visage de l'attaque parisienne. Ferran Torres apporte d'abord une polyvalence précieuse. L'Espagnol peut évoluer sur les deux côtés mais également dans l'axe, un profil qui correspond parfaitement à un système dans lequel les attaquants permutent énormément. Luis Enrique connaît particulièrement bien Ferran pour l'avoir entraîné avec l'Espagne, et le PSG cherchait justement à renforcer son attaque après le départ de Gonçalo Ramos. Le dossier Mika Godts est différent. Paris mise ici sur un ailier belge de 21 ans venant de l'Ajax et capable d'apporter percussion et création sur le côté gauche. Ajax l'a d'ailleurs nommé Talent of the Year après sa saison 2025-2026, ce qui illustre la progression rapide du joueur avant ce changement de dimension potentiel. Mais maintenant arrive LA grande question : que signifie ce double recrutement pour Bradley Barcola ? Ferran Torres peut occuper plusieurs positions offensives. Mika Godts évolue naturellement dans des zones très proches de celles de Barcola. Et avec les autres options déjà présentes dans l'effectif parisien, Luis Enrique va disposer d'une concurrence offensive considérable. Cela ne signifie pas automatiquement que Barcola va quitter le PSG. Mais les arrivées simultanées de Ferran et Godts rendent forcément la construction du secteur offensif beaucoup plus intéressante à analyser, alors que Liverpool est associé au Français dans les informations mercato du moment. Les négociations autour de Barcola restent toutefois un dossier distinct : il ne faut pas transformer un intérêt ou des discussions en transfert acté. Et sportivement, la question devient passionnante. Comment Luis Enrique va-t-il utiliser Ferran Torres ? Comme numéro 9 mobile ? Comme ailier ? Comme joueur capable de changer de position pendant le match ? Mika Godts peut-il immédiatement se battre pour une place de titulaire au PSG ou arrive-t-il d'abord comme un joueur de rotation à très fort potentiel ? Et surtout : le PSG est-il en train de construire une attaque encore plus forte que celle de la saison dernière ? Avec Ferran Torres, Mika Godts et les autres renforts de l'été, Paris ajoute encore davantage de technique, de mobilité et de profondeur à son effectif. Mais plus il y a de talent, plus Luis Enrique devra également gérer la concurrence, les temps de jeu et la complémentarité entre tous ces profils. Le mercato PSG vient donc de connaître une accélération spectaculaire. Ferran Torres est attendu à Paris après l'accord conclu avec Barcelone. Godts devrait suivre après l'accord verbal trouvé avec l'Ajax. L'officialisation complète par le PSG reste l'ultime étape à surveiller au moment où cette vidéo est préparée. O balanço da repressão policial, segundo este partido de oposição, foi de 31 feridos, dez dos quais em estado grave. O superintendente-chefe Freitas Zama, argumentou que a Unita estava a realizar a sua actividade "em local impróprio". Já o deputado da Unita, Nelito Ekuikui, alegou que a repressão policial não se limitou ao comício do partido no sábado, este responsável afirmando que dias antes, as forças da ordem e também militantes do partido no poder tinham tentado perturbar as suas actividades. Noutra tónica da actualidade em África, na Guiné-Bissau, arrancou formalmente na quinta-feira e decorre até ao dia 28 de Agosto a campanha de informação sobre a nova Constituição que vai ser submetida a referendo no próximo dia 30. Esta nova lei suprema já adoptada pelo Conselho Nacional de Transição, alarga as prerrogativas do Presidente da República. Este projecto de nova Constituição, bem como o próprio 'timing' do referendo, estão longe de fazer a unanimidade. Em vésperas de arrancarem as sessões de sensibilização, o dirigente da Liga Guineense dos Direitos Humanos, Bubacar Turé, sublinhou que este referendo é ilegal por decorrer entre a marcação e a realização das próximas eleições gerais de Dezembro. Este responsável também considerou que dado o tempo que falta até à votação e dada a época em que decorre, não haverá condições para os cidadãos estarem plenamente esclarecidos. Em São Tomé e Príncipe, terminou nesta sexta-feira o período para os partidos políticos formalizarem as suas candidaturas para as legislativas, autárquicas e regionais do próximo dia 27 de Setembro. As instâncias competentes devem agora analisar os documentos e, caso não haja reclamações, a 28 de Agosto, será conhecida a lista definitiva de candidatos habilitados a participar no pleito eleitoral. After being involved in street violence from a young age, Danny went to prison for murder at just 16 years old. Through the 22-year sentence that he served, he discovered firsthand that the ability to be vulnerable about his past and his actions was his true turning point. By embracing this vulnerability, he realized that being a gang leader was not the only leader that he could be. Today, he models this new standard of leadership for Uncornered, leveraging his deeply rooted relationships to help others see that the skills used to lead on the streets can be entirely redirected to peace-building. He believes that lasting public safety begins with investing in people, and that relationships, not programs, are the foundation of meaningful change.   Danny's path to leadership is a powerful testament to personal transformation and unwavering commitment. Born and raised in the Kansas City area, his 22 years of incarceration became the landscape for a profound shift, with the painful loss of his mother and the grounding presence of his faith serving as the ultimate catalysts for his change. During this time, Danny committed himself to higher education, recently graduating from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). He often reflects on a quote that defined his trajectory: "The accomplishment of our goals pales in comparison to the person that we become in pursuit of them." While his initial goal was simply trying to get out of prison, his deep commitment to that pursuit entirely reshaped him, allowing him to emerge as a completely different leader and person.
