La encuesta del Centro de Investigación y Estudios Políticos de la UCR suele acompañarse con una valoración de coyuntura política del Observatorio de la Política Nacional de la misma casa de estudios. Ya supimos este miércoles que Laura Fernández continúa en firme ascenso (30% vrs 25% desde la medición de octubre) y que los candidatos que le siguen Álvaro Ramos (8%) Ariel Robles (5%) y Claudia Dobles (4%) tienen dificultades para crecer. Ni qué decir de los 16 restantes, de los que Natalia Díaz, Eli Feinzag, Juan Carlos Hidalgo y Fabricio Alvarado arañan apenas un escuálido 1%. Quedan todavía 12 más que no se asoman ni en el margen de error. Pero claro, ya hemos tenido sorpresas en el pasado reciente, de modo que como en los deportes, no se puede repartir nada todavía, sobre todo cuando constatamos gracias -a un panel de seguimiento de electores, que es una medición sofisticada- que muchos van cambiando de preferencia conforme transcurren las semanas. Tenemos -de acuerdo con el OPNA- una campaña aún fría y con altos niveles de indecisión que confirma el desalineamiento electoral, la recomposición territorial del voto y el desgaste del sistema de estructuras partidarias. Por eso, concluye que "tenemos una crisis en la relación existente entre la ciudadanía y las instancias de representación formal que continúa sin resolverse, mientras que el actual mandatario populista y de tendencia autoritaria, sigue posicionándose como el candidato permanente". Conversamos al respecto con Alejandro Molina y Rotsay Rosales del Observatorio de la Política Nacional de la UCR.
