In this episode of the Tour de Todd Cycling podcaster have our first annual roundtable discussion. The topic? What's  happened to road racing in America, is it dead, how did it die and what needs to be done to bring it back. Joining me for this discussion is Charlie Issendorf, the former top amateur has over 400 races he's promoted in the New York area like Floyd Bennett Field to the Harlem Skyscraper criterium. Then there's Dieter Drake, the founder of the Tour of the Catskills to the Tour of the Battenkill. Next is John Eustice, a former pro, race promoter and TV analyst, and last but not least is Jame Carney, he's a former Olympian, worlds team member and current coach of Piedmont University Cycling Team.

Two weeks ago, a handful of students at Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky stayed behind after their regular chapel service to pray and confess their sins. Within hours, more and more students on campus were flocking to the chapel inside the Hughes building. Fast forward 16 days, and thousands from across the globe have joined in with 24-7 non-stop prayer, worship and confession. Many are reporting a tangible sense of the presence of God. During a summer 2018 tour that Mr. Beatty conducted to three distilleries and a museum in Bardstown KY, the conversation arose about African American and multicultural influence in the industry pre-prohibition. Through many conversations with industry gurus, history buffs and other bourbon societies, the decision was made to form an organization that will educate minority consumers about the spirit and properly acknowledge all of the ethnic groups that contributed to the robust industry it is today.
