It has been a wonderful time exploring the minds, and the ideas of everyone that participated in season two. I am thankful for everyone that listened, everyone who shared their opinion and everyone who is going to join us in season three as we have been directed to share, love and encouragement with everyone, not just those who are listening, but those who are participating, so every conversation in season three will be about uplifting, encouraging, loving, and showing honor to the listeners as well as our participants and really fostering a healthy atmosphere for growth. Looking forward to seeing you all in season 3. God bless!
My brother CJ is back and we are continuing our conversation on the church, mental health, deliverance and everything that was brought up through our conversation. Listen in as we continue the discussion on deliverance and what that looks like in modern times. The look into the practical practices of the church and the importance of understanding and liberty cannot go over looked. As we make our way into yet another year there has to be some change expected. Listen, ponder, question but hear what the perspective is and nevertheless the importance to getting the whole person free, healthy and productive... As always thanks for listening...
Join me as I finally get to sit down with my sister-friend Katrice @thebrutallyhonestcook Claudio... You ever "meet" someone on the internet and their personality is bigger than life and then you meet them in real person and it's like blah... Welp this aint that! She's lit on the platform and off... We start this conversation almost a year ago subtly talking about living and experiencing life for what it has to give and finding the freedom in self. And in my new best friend John aka Master Oogway and the fact that this man was silently wise but def around for the convo it made for a lit evening! This peak into our convo goes therapeutic, to introspective, to transparent to hilarious... Try to keep up lol and as always Thanks for listening.
This conversation was one for the record books. Listen in as CJ Greene (Licensed Social Worker and Believer) and myself go over some of the intricate parts of humanity in God's church. Throughout the conversation we carefully discuss one of the most taboo topics in "Christendom" which is mental health and the differences and similarities between spiritual occurrences and encounters and mental health experiences and crisis. As it's typical with those who love God, His church and His people the conversation went from scripture to scripture, topics, and experiences. The perspectives, audit like language and seemingly critical conversation that may be portrayed come from a place of love, hope and reverence... As always thanks for listening!
Journey with me into the mind of a genius... It was such a pleasure to sit and hear from the mind of a musical mastermind. The influences, the trials, the victories and everything in between. This episode is one for the record books! Head over to Apple Music and download Ocean Floor 1 and get ready for the deluxe release of Ocean Floor 1 and 2 coming soon! https://music.apple.com/us/album/ocean-floor-i/1639785824
Initially the purpose of the conversation was the explain the importance of distance as a revelation and the conversation went from there. Understanding that distance isn't a bad thing but more so a lesson. Distance can teach you how to love and be loved properly, how to respect and set boundaries and measure where you should be pouring out your oil. There were so many other topics that came up, solid thoughts and crazy laughs... As always thank you for listening... For any feedback, suggested topics or questions you want answered on the podcast email us at mykerose@me.com
There's such a healing in finding out who you are authentically. As we continue our series/journey into this discovery I had to go back and link with my people's and spark this conversation! It's always a dope time talking with real folk. Great convo, solid laughs (on and off the mic) and better yet great fellowship. We thank you for listening... #Blessings.
Somehow someway we've found ourselves looking everywhere but inwardly for the truth of who we are. Social media dictates to us our ambition, our drive all while not satisfying that drawing in us to be great and greater... These are just my thoughts as we enter into a series of conversations with folk who have really got a handle on the journey and are killing the game! Thank you for listening.
We had the squad pull up for who saves Superman pt 3. We had a great time throwing our understanding of ego around the table. We all battle with our identities and really grasping who we are men are not exempt. We started the conversation but all agree that our egos must die… As always thanks for listening
We are so blessed to be back with our season 2 opener part 1 featuring The Squad (Gunny, The Fat One and Cornelius B. Vanderbult III). Season 2 will feature more open ended conversation, things you all have thought bout, think about or may need to think about... Thank you for your continued support! And for those who are new, Welcome to The Cuttin' Board!
First and foremost Happy Father's Day to all the Fathers, Step Fathers and Father Figures... I sincerely hope that you all were celebrated today as you should have been. Not many understand the plight of a father for whatever reason. Today we wanted to shine some light on what it means to be a father, how has fathering changed lives and just some good ol fond memories. Salute to all the fathers who participated and the daughter (Bria, Pastor William's daughter) who love them... Special thanks to T-Aaron Music for our new intro/outro music... And continued thanks to Swifttise for all our marketing needs!
It's one thing to hear a man talk about himself and his perceived plight but it's totally different when he has support. This episode I brought in my doctor and friend Dr. Vanessa Bolling to help aid the conversation on men's mental health. We talked about some of the challenges, personal experiences and most of all some solutions to turning the corner on seeing men healthy... We don't claim to have a remedy for all but we do agree that men matter and that includes their mental health... Take a listen and see where you fit in. Thanks for listening
Idk if it was the weather, the timing or the need for a vacation but the high temps here in CT brought back all the songs that accompanies my fondest memories. Love, life and music it is... What's your favorite song and where in your memories has this song(s) been? As always thanks for listening.

This episode was dedicated to my late friend, Shalaya Mack... Rest In Peace love, thank you for everything!
This wasn't the usual episode. This was just me, my tea cup and my thoughts. Hopefully the transparency did the job and got us all to thinking. 85% of the world's population deals with some level of low self esteem. So while we are trying to be our best to support those around us, who is pouring back into you? Self love is a foundational aspect of life too often ignored or forgotten. Take the time as you're listening to my thoughts and find where you can be loved more, better or different... Remember before you expect anyone to love you... You must luv urs...
We are here at TCB with the one and only designer Chef CT Smith. Listen in on our conversation about business, food, integrity and all the above. We had some quality gems dropped off today not to mention the food... These lobster and smoked salmon flatbreads are bananas!!! As always thanks for listening.
In the course of life we must realize that a portion of our destiny is our direct responsibility especially when it comes to finances. Listen in as we chat about different financial aspects from our point of view. See if you can grasp some gems that will change your financial outlook.
We may laugh, love and live but men are complex creatures, one that most have yet to encounter. Meet us at the Cuttin Board and get a unique perspective at the mind's of men
What happens after the ceremony and reception are over? Marriage is a beautiful agreement if you want to make it work. In today's society where the institution of marriage isn't acknowledged with high regard, why do it? Listen in for a little insight…
Great round table convo on life and love and the things that matter… General roles, financial literacy, marriage and anything else that came up lol. Thanks for listening
