WHAT'S YOUR FOOD STORY? | Change Your Food Story EP 1 Food was never actually the problem. The story attached to it was. In this first episode of my brand new Change Your Food Story series, we're diving into the hidden beliefs, childhood conditioning, and subconscious programming shaping your relationship with food, body image, and self-worth. Because after years of coaching women, I've realized something: Most women do not have a food problem. They have a story problem. This episode is all about awareness — because awareness is where transformation begins. And exciting news… The podcast is now officially on YouTube

You don't attract what you want. You attract what you are an energetic match for. In this episode, we're going deeper into manifestation — not the surface-level version you see on social media, but the real work that actually creates change. Because if your life keeps reflecting the same patterns, the same struggles, the same cycles… …it's not random. It's alignment. Inside this episode, Hannah breaks down: ✨ Why your life is a mirror of your internal world ✨ How your thoughts, habits, and identity are shaping your reality ✨ The hidden stories and "reasons" keeping you stuck ✨ Why you're not actually lacking energy — you ARE energy ✨ How to begin shifting into alignment with what you truly want This is the episode that connects everything: mindset, identity, energy, and manifestation. If you've ever felt like: "I want more… but I keep ending up in the same place" This will change how you see everything. ✨ Want to go deeper? Links are in the show notes
Why You're Not Manifesting What You Want (And What's Actually Holding You Back) You've heard it before: "You're always manifesting." But if that's true…
What Manifestation Really Is (And Why It's Not What You Think) Manifestation gets talked about everywhere… But most people don't actually understand what it is. And because of that… They try to use it — and feel like it doesn't work. In this episode, we're going back to the foundation. Because manifestation isn't magic. It's alignment. Inside this episode, you'll learn: What manifestation actually means Why you're always manifesting (even when you don't realize it) The truth behind "you don't get what you want — you get what you are" How your identity shapes your results Why faith + action is required This is the starting point. Because in the next episode… We're diving into why you're not manifesting what you want. You are always manifesting. The question is:
You've learned the laws. The laws of the body. The laws of vibration, attraction, and resonance. So why do you still feel stuck? In this final episode of the Laws of Alignment series, Hannah breaks down the missing piece: your belief system. Because transformation doesn't come from what you know — it comes from the code you're running. In this episode, you'll learn: Why you keep repeating the same patterns How your subconscious mind was programmed What your "belief files" are and how they shape your identity Why change feels uncomfortable (and what it actually means) How to begin rewriting the code that's been running your life This episode is the bridge between understanding the laws… and actually changing your life. If you've ever felt like: "I know what to do… so why am I not doing it?" This episode will change the way you see everything.
In this episode of the Laws of Alignment series, Hannah breaks down the Law of Resonance — and why real transformation happens when your beliefs, environment, and internal dialogue begin to reinforce and amplify your reality. Building on the previous episodes (Laws of the Body, Vibration, and Attraction), this episode explains how patterns are formed — and why so many women stay stuck in the same cycles. You'll learn: What the Law of Resonance actually is (in simple terms) Why certain environments elevate you — or keep you stuck How your internal dialogue shapes your results Why your body follows your belief system The connection between identity, behavior, and outcomes This episode will help you understand that your life is not random — it's a reflection of what has been consistently reinforced.
In this episode of the Change Your Story Podcast, we're diving into one of the most talked about — and most misunderstood — laws: The Law of Attraction. But not in the way you've heard it before. This isn't about wishful thinking or "just being positive." This is about understanding a truth that is always operating in your life:
What if the reason you feel stuck… isn't your body… your schedule… or your discipline… …but the frequency you're living in? In this episode, I'm breaking down one of the most powerful laws that governs your life — the Law of Vibration — in a way that actually makes sense. We talk about: ✨ Why your thoughts are not just thoughts — they're energy ✨ How your emotional state shapes your reality ✨ The science behind energy, frequency, and your nervous system ✨ Why you can feel "low energy"… and suddenly feel alive again ✨ How your internal world is creating your external results ✨ And how this connects to your body, your habits, and your self-relationship Because here's the truth: Your thoughts are invisible… but their results are not. This episode will shift how you see yourself, your energy, and your life. And once you understand this… You'll never see your "lack of motivation" the same way again.
The Laws of Alignment — Episode 1: The Laws of the Body What if your results weren't random… and your body wasn't broken? In this episode of the Change Your Story Podcast, Hannah Dawson kicks off a powerful new series called The Laws of Alignment — where we explore the principles that govern your body, your beliefs, and your results. Before we talk about manifestation or mindset, we start with something even more important: the laws that already govern the human body. Inside this episode, Hannah breaks down why fat loss, muscle growth, and transformation are not about willpower or motivation — they're about understanding the systems your body already operates by. You'll begin to see why so many women feel stuck… and what actually changes when you start working with your body instead of against it. If you've ever thought: • "My metabolism must be broken." • "I'm doing everything right but nothing is working." • "Maybe my body just can't change." This episode will shift the way you see your body forever. Because your body doesn't respond to motivation. It responds to laws. And once you understand them… everything starts to make sense.

This is the final episode of the Self-Love Series — and it's where it becomes real. Awareness is powerful… but awareness without action changes nothing. In this episode, we talk about why you can't just remove a habit — you have to replace it. Because if you don't build a new structure, your old patterns will come back… not because you're weak, but because you default to what's familiar. We cover: Why you don't rise to your goals — you default to your belief systems How to replace patterns with a new identity (in small, doable shifts) What it actually looks like to "practice her" daily Why resistance doesn't mean stop… it often means you're right on time If this series has impacted you, share it with a woman you love, tag me, and leave a review — it helps this message reach more women who need it. Now, girl… Go live it!
You didn't choose your programming. But you do choose your practice. In this episode of the Self-Love Series, we move from awareness into power. Now that you see your patterns… what are you going to do with them? We talk about: Why mindset is direction, not fake positivity How behavior follows belief How to interrupt the loop that's keeping you stuck Why quick fixes don't work And why the first minutes of your morning matter more than you think If you don't set your mind intentionally, culture will. This episode is about responsibility — not blame. It's about choosing differently because you love who you are becoming. Listen now and ask yourself: What is my mind set on?
What if the reason you react the way you do isn't because you're broken — but because you were programmed? In this episode of the Self-Love Series, we unpack how your belief systems were formed, how identity is shaped (belief → thought → feeling → behavior → identity), and why behavior always follows belief. We talk about: • How your environment shaped your inner voice • The difference between genetics and generational habits • Why questioning traditions and patterns is awareness — not rebellion • How repetition becomes identity • Why beliefs are practiced thoughts — and can be replaced You are not broken. You've been programmed. And anything learned can be unlearned.
What do you do when discomfort shows up? When the scale doesn't move. When money feels tight. When comparison creeps in. When you start making progress… and then sabotage it. It's rarely about the body. It's rarely about the circumstance. It's about what it activates inside of you. In this episode, we talk about why avoidance — not lack of discipline — is what keeps you stuck, and how tapping in instead of tapping out is the beginning of real self-trust. Before you can change a belief, you have to stay long enough to hear it. This one is powerful.
Self-love has been turned into confidence, motivation, discipline, and aesthetics — but that's not where it actually begins. In Season 2 Part 1 of the Self-Love Series, we're talking about the most important relationship you'll ever have: the relationship you have with yourself. Most of us were never taught how to build that relationship. So we learned how to perform instead of how to be present. How to please instead of how to listen. How to look outward instead of inward. In this episode, Hannah breaks down: what self-relationship really is why self-love often feels uncomfortable how external validation, imitation, and comparison disconnect us from ourselves why awareness (not fixing) is the first step to transformation how pressure reveals the true relationship you have with yourself This episode isn't about changing anything yet. It's about seeing yourself — with compassion, honesty, and grace. Because awareness is where self-love begins.
This week, Alan sits down with Gavin Hogarth to dive into the world of Tartan Warrior and the thriving OCR scene at Fit Body Farm. Gavin shares what's coming up for this year's event weekend — from the 3K Championships to the new 400m course and junior races — and the philosophy behind designing courses that challenge seasoned racers while staying fun and accessible for newcomers. They look back at the success of past obstacles and community favourites, explore the logistics of hosting the British Obstacle Sports 3K Championships, and talk about the unique challenges of planning races around life on a working farm. Gavin also opens up about the origins of Fit Body Farm, how a 115‑year‑old dairy farm became a buzzing fitness hub, and the evolution of their HIROX simulations and Friday Night Rocks competitions. Alan and Gavin round things off with a tour of Scotland's scenic gems — from castles to the Isle of Arran — and why OCR in the Scottish weather just hits differently. A blend of passion, community, and pure OCR grit. If you have any questions about the show or would like to explore advertising opportunities, feel free to reach out to us at admin@ukocr.com.

This is the final episode of The Real Work series — and it's the one that brings everything together. In this episode, Hannah speaks directly to the woman who feels stuck, unmotivated, or caught in the cycle of starting and stopping… and reveals the truth most people never learn: You can't change what you're disconnected from. This conversation explores: why motivation isn't the problem why shortcuts, supplements, and quick fixes never last how self-love replaces motivation why stillness, breath, and presence feel uncomfortable — but are essential how belief systems are formed through repetition why awareness + repetition is where real transformation begins This episode isn't about doing more. It's about relating differently — to your body, your mind, and yourself. If you've ever said "I know what to do, I just can't stick to it," this episode is for you. This marks the close of The Real Work series and opens the door to what's next: a brand-new series on self-relationship — because the most important relationship you'll ever build is the one with yourself.
In Part 8 of the Real Work series, Hannah breaks down why "lack of motivation" isn't the real problem — and never has been. Avoidance is. This episode walks you through the three places women disconnect from themselves — breath, stillness, and the body — and how that disconnection shows up as burnout, inconsistency, and feeling stuck. You'll learn: Why avoidance is protection, not laziness How shallow breathing mirrors how we restrict life Why meditation isn't boring — it's revealing How movement becomes healing when it's relationship, not punishment This episode will change how you see motivation, discipline, and yourself. The only way out is in.
You can't change your life if you don't understand the voice running the show. In this episode of The Real Work series, Hannah dives into the inner dialogue that shapes your habits, your consistency, your self-trust, and your relationship with your body. This conversation explores: why change feels so hard when it's only happening on the outside why "self-sabotage" is often self-protection how broken self-trust keeps you stuck and why learning to listen to yourself is the foundation of real transformation If you've ever felt like you've "tried everything" but can't seem to stay consistent, this episode will help you understand why — and where true change actually begins. Because the most important relationship you'll ever have… is the one you have with yourself. Fresh starts feel exciting… until you hit resistance. In today's mindset coaching session, we're talking about the work most women avoid: the inner work—the belief system work that actually creates lasting transformation. If you keep starting over, it's not because the plan "stopped working." It's because you hit your belief system threshold—and without awareness, you'll keep repeating the same cycle with new excuses. In this episode we'll cover: Why perfectionism is often avoidance in disguise How your inner dialogue shapes your body, habits, and results Why resistance isn't the enemy—it's the doorway Simple daily practices to build a real relationship with yourself (mind, body, soul) Because transformation doesn't come from outside of you. It begins within you. If you feel stuck in the cycle of starting, stopping, and starting over with your health — this episode is for you. In this Real Work episode, Hannah speaks directly to you about why restarting over and over again is doing more harm than good — and what actually creates lasting change. This isn't about motivation or discipline. It's about identity, strategy, and building a real relationship with your health. In this episode, you'll learn: Why treating fitness like a temporary project keeps you stuck How self-criticism sabotages consistency Why trying to change everything at once leads to burnout The difference between having a goal vs having a strategy How attaching your worth to outcomes fuels quitting Why identity — not intensity — is the key to lasting change You'll also hear about: The FREE Book Club inside the Fit Club The Aligned Challenge starting January 12 The Manifest Your Dream Body Workshop for building real strategy CODE: MANIFEST 40% OFF If you've "started over" a hundred times — you're not broken. You were told to be good. To be quiet. To follow the rules. But what if questioning everything was the very thing that sets you free? In this powerful first episode of the new season, Hannah shares the moment everything shifted — not because of a breakdown, but because of a question. A question that unraveled the fear-based beliefs she had been raised with. A question that challenged the religious rules she once clung to. A question that cracked open her identity — and revealed the woman buried underneath it all. This episode isn't just for the woman who grew up in church. It's for the woman who's waking up… and realizing the life she's built doesn't align with the voice in her soul. You are not broken. You are breaking free. Welcome to Soul Rebel: The Question That Changes Everything — a call to come home to yourself. —

In this solo episode, I break down a common but costly mistake most golfers make: confusing mental game strategies with mindset training. Though both live between your ears, they are wildly different—and both are required to break through the frustration plateau and play to your full potential. I'll discuss how mental game strategies—like breath work, visualization, and pre-shot routines—are powerful, but only surface-level tools. If your identity is riddled with self-doubt, fear of judgment, or an “I'm not good enough” belief system, no amount of deep breathing can save your scorecard. This episode is packed with real talk, powerful analogies (like club vs. swing and the shattered mindset vase), and a surprising case for the one habit that will skyrocket your mindset faster than anything else: fitness. In this podcast, you'll learn: The key difference between the golf mental game and mindset training Why mental game tactics are necessary but not sufficient How identity-level beliefs sabotage your performance The real reason you skip steps you know you need to take Why knowledge alone isn't power—only action is How exercise is the ultimate mindset training tool Why lasting change requires going beneath the surface Whether you're stuck in a cycle of two steps forward, three steps back—or ready to go beyond surface fixes—this episode will show you exactly what's been missing from your training and how to reclaim control of your results. Instagram: @thegolfhypnotherapist Twitter: @parsoverbogeys Key Takeaways: Mental game strategies are like clubs—you need the right one for each shot. Mindset training is your swing foundation—if that's broken, no club can help. You can't breathe your way out of a belief that you're not good enough. Dopamine-chasing golf hacks feel productive but keep you stuck. Your subconscious deploys sabotage when success feels unsafe. Lasting change requires addressing the root, not the symptoms. Fitness is the fastest, most effective way to train your mindset daily. Key Quotes: “You can't breathe your way out of a belief system that's been running your life.” “The best pre-shot routine in the world won't fix a fractured identity.” “Mindset training answers the question: Why don't I do what I know I need to do?” “Mental game training is like club selection. Mindset is your swing.” “Reading feels productive—but without action, it's just dopamine.” “Fitness is intentional discomfort—it's the gym where mental toughness is built.” “If you want to expand, you have to expand—starting with how much discomfort you can handle.” Time Stamps: 00:00: Why “Mindset” Matters More Than “Mental Game” 02:25: The Hidden Mistake Keeping You Stuck 04:52: What the Mental Game Really Is 07:09: Mental Game Tactics: Helpful but Limited 09:17: What Mindset Training Actually Targets 10:44: Why You Don't Do What You Know You Should 13:08: Club vs. Swing: A Game-Changing Analogy 15:12: Mind Over Feelings in Life and Golf 18:01: The Dopamine Trap of Mental Game Tips 20:32: Why Affirmations Alone Won't Save You 22:20: How Fear Sabotages You from the Inside 24:18: Using Hypnosis to Rewire Beliefs 26:25: The Vase Analogy: Rebuilding Your Identity 28:36: The #1 Way to Train Your Mindset 29:49: Discomfort Is the Gateway to Growth 32:01: Fit Body, Strong Mind: Why It Matters 34:13: Final Thoughts + Your Next Action Step

Manhood today is in crisis, as men across the globe have become increasingly passive, effeminate, depressed, medicated, and, in some cases, suicidal. Yet there is hope! God calls men to be men, and His Word shows us what manhood looks like. Rather than kowtow to feminism's lies or gave way to their sinful flesh, men are to be strong and courageous dominion-takers whose chief desire is to glorify God. In this podcast, Scott Brown, along with guests Trent Moody and Robert Bosley, explain that the foundation of biblical manhood rests on men loving God with all their soul, mind, and bodies (Deut. 6:5; 1 Cor. 6:19-20). Men must have souls that long for God, “as the deer pants for the water brooks” (Ps. 42:1). They must order their thoughts after God's Word (Ps. 119:133). And they must “present [their] bodies [as] a living sacrifice” for His service (Rom. 12:1). By doing these things they'll be the men God's called them to be.
If you are like so many women I've trained, you probably have complicated feelings about the scale, what weight you are supposed to be, the weight you want to be, and the belief that smaller is always the healthier goal. In this episode, I'll help you unpack some of those thoughts, explain a little more about the difference between weight measurements and body composition measurements, explain who may want to do them, who may want to skip them, and what are some other metrics for progress that may be more appropriate for your goals. In this episode, we are chatting about my simplicity in six tips for weight loss and for creating a really fit, strong body in your forties. Now, at the time of this recording, I'm just a couple of weeks away from turning 45, so I'm officially into my mid-forties. I know everyone says this when they hit a certain stage of their life. Well, maybe not everyone, but it seems to be my experience in having conversations with a lot of women. I grew up hearing when you hit your forties, that meant you were old and after 40, your body kind of just felt like it fell apart and went downhill. My experience has been the opposite, at least in the first half of my forties, and I feel more connected to my body than I ever have in my forties. Let's dive in! Thank you for joining us today. In our third interview following the 2023 natural bodybuilding season, we sit down with another historic champion with a truly outlier series of performances. This time, Australian phenom Beccy Pateman joined the Erics on Iron Culture to discuss her season, which culminated not only in her winning her WNBF pro card in both Figure and Fit Body, but also winning the WNBF pro world fit body title. As we've discussed, for an athlete to turn pro in the WNBF and win a pro world title in the same season is incredibly rare. Further, the weekend prior to WNBF worlds, Beccy won the Professional Natual Olympia Figure title in the INBA/PNBA. Winning two world titles, relatively early in one's career, in two different federations, and in two different divisions nonetheless, is an even more incredible feat, which only a handful of athletes have ever done in the history of natural bodybuilding. Indeed, the athletes who have done so have, in most cases, gone on to become legends of natural bodybuilding. How did Beccy do it? What did it take for her to get to this point in her career and what is in store for her?
