In this episode, Ahmad and Yusuf look to analyze themselves to try to figure out why they are unable to stay committed to most of their goals. They start by trying to figure out why they usually run out of steam when it comes to the completion of goals. From there they discussed whether they were internally or externally motivated. They then discussed times when there were successful in reaching their goals. Taking that into consideration they realized that they were most successful when an external force was motivating them to complete their tasks. This is part 1 of our discussion.
