In this week's episode, my father and I take a look back at my first semester in college and talk about if I am happy with how it went. We also discuss why some people think my father is judgmental and overanalyzes people.

In this week's episode, by popular demand, Ayoub is back! Baba talks to Ayoub about his new school and why he likes it more than the previous school that he attended. He also discusses why Ayoub thinks that we should stop spending money. Ayoub also talks to Baba about how he ranks different types of love. Finally, they discuss what Ayoub wants to do in 2022.

In this week's episode, Baba and I kick off season 2 of The Father and Son Podcast by examining the goals I set for myself in 2021. We see if I was able to meet the goals that I set for myself last year. We then take a look at what my goals for 2022 are, and how I will make sure that I achieve them.

In this episode, Ahmad and Yusuf look to analyze themselves to try to figure out why they are unable to stay committed to most of their goals. They start by trying to figure out why they usually run out of steam when it comes to the completion of goals. From there they discussed whether they were internally or externally motivated. They then discussed times when there were successful in reaching their goals. Taking that into consideration they realized that they were most successful when an external force was motivating them to complete their tasks. This is part 1 of our discussion. Part 2 will be a discussion on goals and how to create them.
