Alan Parker came to Southern from Amazing Facts, where he served as vice president of evangelism, as well as director of the College of Evangelism (AFCOE), from 2002 to 2007. Pastor Parker has pastored 10 churches in South Africa and Zimbabwe, including three church plants. He also served for four years as the campus chaplain of Helderberg College. Having conducted his first full evangelistic series at the age of 16, Alan has continued to inspire others in evangelism.  He is well known for his presentations at GYC (Generation of Youth for Christ).  He currently serves as the director of the Pierson Institute and the SALT program. Alan is married to Nicole, and they have three children: Anaya, Seth, and Skyler.
