Emma tells us how to cook in the microwave when you don't have access to the instructions for a ready meal or pre-prepared food. She also tells us how to cook pasta safely in the microwave.

Emma talks us through using a kettle and a water dispenser safely. Making hot drinks but also useful for snacks like porridge pots, instant mash and pasta pots.

Message from Pat. during the first set we did, I mentioned that you should move your feet forwards so that your ankles are in front of your knees rather than being directly under your knees for exercise number 6, Flying Dove. However, I forgot to mention that you should move your feet to that your ankles are in front of your knees for exercise number 3, Push and Pull to the Heart. I wonder if you could add also this to any message you send out with the recording as I do not want people to risk falling off their chairs if they do exercises 3 and 6 without moving their feet forwards!
