If people leave your talk thinking, “She really knows her stuff,” that feels good. But it doesn't necessarily make you memorable, referable, or bookable. In this fourth and final episode of my Expert Trap series, I'm looking at three things you may be saying yes to (more content, neutrality, and the wrong room) and the identity questions underneath each one. I've done all three, and I still have to watch for them in my own presentations. You'll hear why your audience doesn't need everything you know, how a clear point of view helps your ideas travel, and how to choose speaking opportunities that make your thought leadership stronger instead of more generic. I'll also give you one practical exercise you can use right away: replacing one proof sentence with one belief sentence. In this episode, you'll learn:How too much content can become a way to prove you belongWhy staying neutral can make your message harder to rememberHow to know when a speaking opportunity is the wrong roomThe identity shift from expert to thought leaderWhy expertise builds trust, but your point of view makes you referable and bookableThe difference between a proof sentence and a belief sentenceAbout Us: The Speaking Your Brand podcast is hosted by Carol Cox. Audience Participation is an excellent way to make a good presentation into a stellar presentation. It can also be the scariest. That is why most speakers — even seasoned professionals — avoid asking their audience questions. It is too risky. Or is it?The truth is that the types of audience participation that most speakers use can come across as cheesy or forced. Also, our audiences have been trained to not interact with us. From the time we are in grade school, we are trained to sit still and listen to the speaker (teacher.) Here is the good news, though. Presenters who get really good at audience participation can boost audience engagement dramatically and make each presentation a positive experience for their audiences.Show Notes: How to Encourage Audience Participation During Your Presentation(https://www.fearlesspresentations.com/9-reliable-ways-to-add-audience-participation-to-your-presentation/)

One Disease, Many Clinical Presentations: Why and How to Spot Acute Hepatic Porphyria in Different Healthcare Settings

THE Presentations Japan Series by Dale Carnegie Training Tokyo, Japan

A strong business presentation should sound and feel as though it could only have been delivered by you. That does not mean ignoring presentation fundamentals or simply behaving on stage exactly as you behave in everyday life. It means combining professional presentation skills with your natural personality, communication style and personal brand. Too many presenters concentrate exclusively on clarity, structure, slides and timing. These elements matter, but technical competence alone rarely makes a speaker memorable. The most effective presenters are authentic, appropriately energetic and confident enough to let the audience see something of the person behind the presentation. What does it mean to make a presentation your own? Making a presentation your own means delivering the content through your professional personality rather than performing an artificial presenter role. Authenticity is frequently discussed in relation to leadership, yet it receives much less attention in presentation training. Speakers are told to be concise, convincing, understandable and memorable, but they are not always encouraged to sound like themselves. This creates a strange situation. A normally engaging executive steps onto a stage and suddenly adopts a stiff voice, unnatural vocabulary and overly formal manner. The audience no longer encounters the person they know. They encounter someone acting as "the presenter". The answer is not to become casual or unprepared. A presentation still requires structure, rehearsal, audience analysis and purposeful delivery. The goal is to combine those disciplines with your own character, convictions and communication strengths. Do now: Identify three qualities people value in your everyday communication and consciously bring those qualities into your next presentation. Does being authentic mean behaving exactly as you normally do? No. Authenticity in a presentation means being your professional self, not bringing every everyday habit onto the stage. Speaking with a friend over coffee and addressing an audience involve different responsibilities. In casual conversation, you can speak quietly, pause without purpose, use unfinished sentences and rely on the other person to ask questions. A formal presentation demands greater discipline. The audience must be able to hear you clearly. Your ideas must be organised. Your energy must reach the back of the room. Even when a microphone is available, you need to know how to hold and use it correctly. Technology cannot compensate for weak projection, poor posture or a lack of engagement. This distinction matters for executives in Japan, where modesty and restraint are often valued. Professional energy does not require shouting, exaggeration or adopting an American-style performance. It means adjusting your delivery sufficiently to meet the needs of the audience. Do now: Think of your stage persona as your best professional self operating at a higher level of concentration, clarity and energy. How much energy should a business presenter use? A presenter needs enough energy to communicate confidence, enthusiasm and belief in the message without becoming theatrical or unnatural. Audiences often judge the importance of a message by the energy with which it is delivered. When a speaker appears uninterested in the content, listeners naturally wonder why they should care. When the speaker projects conviction, the audience becomes more willing to pay attention. This is especially important for presidents, CEOs, senior executives and sales leaders. They are not merely transferring information. They are representing the organisation, strengthening its reputation and giving people confidence in its direction. A naturally quiet person does not need to become a motivational speaker. However, saying "I am naturally low energy" is not a complete excuse. Presentation delivery is a professional skill. Just as leaders learn financial analysis, negotiation or risk management, they can learn vocal variety, purposeful pausing, eye contact and physical presence. Do now: During rehearsal, record one minute of your presentation and assess whether your visible energy matches the importance of your message. Why do technically correct presentations still feel boring? Presentations become boring when speakers deliver every sentence with the same pace, tone, volume and emotional temperature. A presenter can have attractive slides, a clear voice, good grooming and perfectly logical content and still lose the audience. The problem is often vocal monotony. A calm voice can establish credibility, but unchanging calm quickly becomes a "Johnny One Note" performance. Important ideas should sound important. A warning should sound different from an opportunity. A customer success story should carry more warmth than a technical explanation. The conclusion should possess more conviction than a routine transition between slides. Senior leaders face particular risk here. Strong market demand or organisational status may make them believe they do not need to persuade. Markets change, however, and executive reputations travel with the individual. Every presentation contributes to—or detracts from—the speaker's professional brand. Do now: Mark your script for changes in pace, emphasis, volume and pauses instead of delivering every paragraph in exactly the same manner. How can personality make a presenter more memorable? Personality makes a presentation memorable when it is layered onto solid professional skills rather than used as a substitute for preparation. Some speakers bring clarity, logical slides and strong content, but they also allow their natural idiosyncrasies to appear. Their turns of phrase, facial expressions, observations and reactions make the presentation recognisably theirs. This creates a powerful connection between competence and personal brand. The audience remembers not only the information but also the person who delivered it. That is valuable for executives, consultants, salespeople and thought leaders whose credibility influences whether others adopt their ideas. The key is controlled individuality. A speaker can use a personal story, an unexpected analogy, a strong opinion or a distinctive delivery rhythm. None of these requires abandoning professionalism. In fact, audiences are often more receptive when the presentation feels human rather than manufactured by a corporate committee. Do now: Add one relevant story, observation or phrase that reflects how you naturally think and speak. Do business presenters need to be entertaining? Business presenters do not need to become comedians, but they do need to hold attention and create an engaging audience experience. Humour is one of the most difficult presentation tools to use well. Professional comedians devote their careers to timing, phrasing, audience response and delivery. Businesspeople who casually attempt stand-up comedy can quickly discover how unforgiving silence feels. The safer approach is not to force jokes. Allow your natural personality to create moments of warmth, surprise or amusement. A candid observation, a self-aware comment or a well-chosen story can be entertaining without turning the presentation into a comedy routine. Different speakers will achieve engagement differently. Some are naturally humorous. Others are analytical, passionate, calm, provocative or highly energetic. My own authentic presentation style is not built around comedy. It is built around energy, confidence and power. The objective is not to copy another speaker but to find the strongest professional expression of yourself. Do now: Choose an engagement style that matches your personality rather than borrowing a performance style that does not belong to you. How can presenters balance authenticity, skill and professionalism? The best presenters combine disciplined presentation technique with a delivery style that feels natural, credible and personally distinctive. Start with the fundamentals: understand the audience, organise the message, simplify the slides, rehearse the timing and prepare for questions. Then decide how your personality will appear through your voice, stories, gestures, examples and language. Ask yourself: Does this sound like something I would actually say? Does my energy demonstrate belief in the message? Have I varied my delivery enough to maintain attention? Can the audience see something of my personality? Will people remember both the message and the messenger? Authenticity without skill can look unprepared. Skill without authenticity can feel mechanical. The ideal is professional authenticity: presenting at a high level while allowing the qualities that make you distinctive to shine through. Do now: Rehearse until the structure is secure enough that you can stop "performing the script" and start communicating directly with the audience. Conclusion Making the presentation yours is not about ignoring professional standards. It is about mastering those standards so thoroughly that your personality can emerge without damaging the clarity or credibility of the message. Do not fade into the wallpaper by delivering a technically acceptable but completely forgettable presentation. Bring sufficient energy, vocal variety, conviction and individuality to the stage. Be authentic, but be your skilled professional self. The audience should leave with a clear understanding of your message and a strong impression of the person who delivered it. If you love facilitating workshops and trainings, but you know there's something more you want to say, this episode is for you.My guest is Corrin McCloskey, a healthcare executive, speaker, writer, and facilitator who has made the leap from being a fabulous facilitator into a true thought leader. Corrin joined us in Thought Leader Academy in January 2025, and in the year and a half since then, she has spoken at multiple national conferences, published writing in her field, and continued building momentum around her message: healthcare needs more human-centered, connected, and courageous leadership. This conversation is part of our Expert Trap series because Corrin's story is such a powerful example of what happens when you move beyond simply teaching helpful content and start naming what's missing in the conversation. We talk about:How Corrin shifted from facilitating strategic planning and leadership workshops to speaking on bigger stagesWhy thought leadership is less about having all the answers and more about sharing a clear perspectiveThe role of writing in expanding your ideas beyond a single talkHow to keep putting your work out there, even when it doesn't feel perfectWhat Corrin learned from both deeply affirming audience feedback and a painful experience of harassment after a speaking engagementWhy having a support system matters when you're using your voice more publiclyWhat I love about Corrin's journey is that she didn't abandon facilitation. She built on it. She took the skills she already had, added her lived experience and perspective, and stepped into a bigger conversation. That's the real invitation of thought leadership: to stop hiding behind expertise alone and start using your voice for the change you want to see.About Our Guest: Corrin McCloskey is a healthcare executive, executive coach, and national speaker focused on leadership, culture, and change management in healthcare. She serves as Vice President of Heart & Vascular and Oncology Services at Tanner Health, where she leads strategy, growth, and service line development. Foreign executives often ask whether they should copy the Japanese presentation style when selling to Japanese companies. The short answer is no. Do not become a weak imitation of a Japanese presenter. Instead, deliver a professional, global-standard presentation and support it with a mountain of detailed data. Japanese buyers often want far more information than Western sellers expect. A clean pitch deck may look polished in New York, London, Sydney or Singapore, but in Tokyo it can feel underfed. The solution is not to clutter the main slides. The solution is to separate the performance deck from the due-diligence data pack. Should foreigners copy Japanese presentation style in Japan? Foreign presenters should not copy the weaker habits of Japanese business presentations; they should stay professional, clear and energetic while adapting to Japanese information needs. Copying monotone delivery, dense slides and screen-reading will not make the presentation more persuasive. The old "when in Rome, do as the Romans do" idea sounds logical, but it breaks down here. Japanese business audiences may be used to data-heavy decks, yet that does not mean they love poor delivery. A speaker who maintains eye contact, uses voice variety, gestures well and keeps slides visually clear will stand out. In Japan, being respectful does not require becoming boring. Do now: Keep your delivery global-standard, but adapt your preparation to Japanese buyers' appetite for detail. Why are many Japanese business slides so dense? Japanese business slides are often dense because buyers and internal stakeholders want extensive detail for review, comparison and risk reduction. The deck becomes both a presentation tool and a due-diligence document. Western pitch decks often prize simplicity: one idea per slide, strong visuals and minimal text. In Japan, however, slides may contain multiple fonts, colours, graphs, spreadsheets and large blocks of text. To Western eyes, this can look like Baroque chaos rather than Zen simplicity. The deeper issue is not design taste alone. Japanese companies often need detailed materials to circulate internally through layers of managers, technical specialists, finance teams and decision influencers. Do now: Do not mistake dense slides for best practice. Understand the information hunger behind them and satisfy it separately. Why do Japanese buyers want so much data? Japanese buyers want extensive data because business culture in Japan is highly risk-aware and decision-making depends on careful internal consensus. They are not just listening for interest; they are searching for problems. In Japan, the people attending the presentation may not be the final decision-makers. They may be responsible for gathering evidence, identifying risk and preparing internal recommendations. This is why a slim proposal can leave the buyer feeling hungry. They want specifications, implementation details, costs, risks, case studies, timelines, compliance points and proof. In B2B sales, IT solutions, professional services, manufacturing and training, this data-devouring behaviour is normal. Do now: Prepare for forensic due diligence. Give buyers enough evidence to defend the decision internally. What should the main presentation deck look like? The main deck should follow global best practice: clear, simple slides that can be understood in about two seconds. If the audience has to decode the slide, the speaker has already lost momentum. The presentation deck is for persuasion, not data storage. Use clean headlines, strong visuals, limited text and a logical flow. Then deliver with eye contact, vocal variety, gestures and confidence. This approach works in Tokyo, Osaka, Singapore, London and New York because audiences everywhere appreciate clarity. The difference in Japan is that the simple deck alone will rarely be enough. It must be paired with deep supporting material. Do now: Build one concise presentation deck for the room and one detailed data pack for the decision process. What supporting materials should sellers bring to Japanese clients? Sellers should bring a comprehensive supporting compendium packed with the detailed information Japanese clients need after the meeting. Think of it as the evidence vault behind the pitch. This compendium can include case studies, technical specifications, pricing assumptions, project timelines, risk controls, client references, implementation steps, FAQs, comparison tables and relevant compliance information. After the presentation, someone on the Japanese side may be assigned to comb through every page looking for concerns. That is not hostility. That is risk management. The better prepared you are, the easier you make their internal approval process. Do now: Bring the thick supporting pack. No one in a Japanese buying team will complain that you gave them too much useful detail. How can foreign companies win trust in Japanese presentations? Foreign companies win trust by combining professional delivery with deep preparation, cultural sensitivity and abundant evidence. Be yourself, but be smart, organised and fully loaded with data. Japanese buyers do not need you to pretend to be Japanese. They need you to understand the conversation happening inside their organisation: "Is this safe? Can we justify it? What could go wrong? Do we have enough proof?" When you answer those questions before they are asked, you reduce anxiety and build trust. The best approach is global presentation quality plus Japan-specific due-diligence support. Do now: Present simply, speak professionally and come packing heavy with data, lots and lots of data. Final Summary Foreign presenters should not copy poor Japanese presentation habits when doing business in Japan. Do not read dense slides, speak in a monotone or bury the audience under spreadsheets during the live presentation. That reduces your impact and wastes the chance to persuade. Instead, use two tools. First, deliver a clean, professional, global-standard presentation that highlights the key message. Second, provide a detailed supporting compendium that satisfies the Japanese buyer's need for data, proof and risk reduction. In Japan, the winning formula is clarity in the room and depth after the room. Welcome to the NeurologyLive® Mind Moments® podcast. Tune in to hear leaders in neurology sound off on topics that impact your clinical practice. In this Mind Moments episode, Daniel Ontaneda, MD, PhD, professor of neurology at the Cleveland Clinic Mellen Center for Multiple Sclerosis, discusses a recently published study in Neurology evaluating the application of the 2024 McDonald Criteria in individuals with nonspecific neurologic symptoms or incidental MRI findings. Using data from the CAHPS-MS study, Ontaneda explains how the revised diagnostic criteria perform in these previously understudied patient populations and what the findings may mean for earlier identification of multiple sclerosis. The conversation explores the rationale behind expanding the 2024 McDonald Criteria, the role of central vein sign and cerebrospinal fluid oligoclonal bands in improving diagnostic confidence, and how clinicians should approach patients who fall into a diagnostic gray zone. Ontaneda also discusses the practical application of the updated criteria, the importance of longitudinal follow-up, and how emerging biomarkers may continue to refine MS diagnosis in the years ahead.  Looking for more Multiple sclerosis & demyelinating disorders discussion? I love using AI, and I use it almost every day. But when it comes to thought leadership, talks, and presentations, I've also seen how easy it is for AI to pull us into a new version of the Expert Trap.In this episode, I'm sharing three things to be careful about when using AI for your talks, from my own recent experiences with clients, including why it can miss the deeper signal in your message, strip away your natural personality, and leave you with endless unfinished ideas that never become anything concrete.I also share three smart ways I do recommend using AI: creating stronger slide graphics, brainstorming audience activities for workshops, and analyzing call-for-speakers pages so you can find a stronger pitch angle. My goal isn't to talk you out of using AI. It's to help you use it in a way that supports your voice, your ideas, and your real thought leadership instead of replacing the very things that make you compelling. You'll learn:Why AI can keep you stuck in the Expert TrapThe difference between AI “polish” and your real voiceWhy your personality matters so much in a talkHow too many AI-generated ideas can create more unfinished projectsThree ways I recommend using AI for presentationsWhy I no longer recommend using AI to draft TEDx or speaker submissionsHow to make your human credibility markers stand out in your speaking proposalsAbout Us: The Speaking Your Brand podcast is hosted by Carol Cox. At Speaking Your Brand, we help women entrepreneurs and professionals clarify their brand message and story, create their signature talks, and develop their thought leadership platforms. Our mission is to get more women in positions of influence and power because it's through women's stories, voices, and visibility that we challenge the status quo and change existing systems. But you didn't get the next speaking invitation, new clients, or bigger opportunities. In this episode, I explain what I call the Expert Trap: the place where expertise becomes the very thing holding you back from becoming a thought leader.I share the three signs that you may be stuck in the Expert Trap, why helpful talks aren't always memorable, and what separates speakers who simply educate from those whose ideas truly travel. If you've been wondering why your speaking isn't creating the impact you know it's capable of, this episode will help you see your talks through a new lens.In this episode you'll learn:The three signs you're stuck in the Expert TrapWhy audiences remember perspectives more than informationHow thought leaders help people see themselves differently, not just learn something newWhat your expertise may be costing you without you realizing itAbout Us: The Speaking Your Brand podcast is hosted by Carol Cox. You can give a great presentation, get lots of compliments afterward, and still walk away with zero leads. Why? Because most speakers approach their talks like teachers instead of marketers. In this episode, Diane Diaz and I share how to create presentations that generate interest, build trust, and lead to clients, without feeling salesy or violating the dreaded "no selling from the stage" rule.We talk about why audiences don't need more information, what they actually want from your presentation, and how to structure your talks so people understand not only your message, but also why you're the right person to help them.If you've ever wondered why your speaking engagements aren't translating into business opportunities, this episode will help you rethink how you approach your talks. In this episode, we discuss:• Why giving audiences more information often reduces conversions• The difference between a lead-generation talk and a paid workshop• How our Signature Talk Canvas® helps speakers create demand without being pushy• The critical role of Act One in building trust and audience buy-in• How to plant "sales seeds" naturally through stories and client examples• Why emotional connection matters more than tactics and tips• Simple ways to capture leads and book conversations after your presentation• Real-world examples of talks that generated immediate clientsIf you're ready to work with us on creating or refining your signature talk, head to speakingyourbrand.com/contact/ to schedule a consultation and explore the best way for us to work together. This episode originally aired as episode 457 on December 29, 2025.About Us: The Speaking Your Brand podcast is hosted by Carol Cox. The Data Usability Assessment (DUA) is a defined process that considers whether data meet project data quality objectives (DQOs) as they relate to the decision to be made and evaluates whether data are suitable for making that decision. DUAs are critical to ensuring that Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) and munitions constituents (MC) data are of the right type, quantity, and quality to meet project DQOs. The project-specific requirements for conducting the DUA process are defined during the Systematic Planning Process and documented in the project-specific QAPP. This webinar will discuss the DUA process for both MEC and MC during remedial investigation and remedial actions. At the end of this webinar, attendees will be able to explain the purpose of DUA, identify the project team members required to participate, select the appropriate inputs, conduct the assessment, and document the DUA outputs. Presentations will be suitable for the varied M2S2 webinar audience, which typically includes government, regulator, and contractor attendees, and there will be opportunities for questions and discussion. It may just be missing a signature talk.In this episode, Diane Diaz and I share why speaking is one of the most effective marketing tools available today and why a well-crafted signature talk can become the foundation for your visibility, lead generation, and thought leadership strategy. We talk about how speaking accelerates the know-like-trust factor in ways that social media and other marketing channels simply can't, why audiences are more engaged when they're experiencing your message live, and how your signature talk can be repurposed into everything from email campaigns and social media content to workshops, podcasts, and courses. We also explore what makes a true signature talk, how it differs from simply giving presentations, and why clarifying your core message is often the missing piece that ties your entire marketing strategy together. In this episode, we discuss:• Why speaking builds trust faster than any other marketing channel• How Diane generated new clients from a single speaking engagement• The difference between a presentation and a signature talk• Why your signature message should guide all of your marketing• How to identify the real problem your audience needs solved• Ways to repurpose your talk into content, workshops, and offers• Why many experts struggle to translate expertise into thought leadershipIf you're ready to build a signature talk that becomes the backbone of your marketing, visibility, and thought leadership, you can learn more about working with us inside the Thought Leader Academy, through a VIP Day, or at one of our in-person Orlando speaking workshops. This episode originally aired as episode 456 on December 22, 2025.About Us: The Speaking Your Brand podcast is hosted by Carol Cox. Hello voices from the bench community, John Wilson here and I wanted to share some news about the evolution of the Programill lineup. Most importantly, Ivoclar's new PrograMill 7. What stands out right away is the reduced air consumption this mill requires, but what you'll notice first is that impressive new touchscreen. For us, the biggest advantage has been increased spindle power. Next time you see your Ivoclar representative, be sure to ask about the PrograMill 7 and tell them John Wilson sent you. Thank you. At exocad Insights in beautiful Mallorca, we finally caught up with Felix from Imagine USA—and the timing couldn't have been better. As an exocad dealer on the front lines of digital dentistry, Felix shared his excitement about the strong turnout, the familiar faces, and most importantly, the innovation coming from exocad. What stood out most? The new exocad Hub and its cloud-based capabilities, along with powerful AI-driven tools inside DentalDB designed for efficient batch processing. For Felix and the Imagine team, it's not just about seeing what's new—it's about putting it to the test. By running new features through their own production facility first, they ensure real-world performance before bringing solutions to their customers. This week, Elvis and Barb continue their coverage from exocad Insights 2026 in beautiful Mallorca, Spain, where the conversations are just as valuable as the lectures. The episode starts with Dr. Zhiqiang Luo, who shares his perspective on educating the next generation of dentists in an increasingly digital world. The discussion explores how students are adapting to technology, why foundational analog skills still matter, and the challenge of preparing future clinicians for workflows that continue to evolve at a rapid pace. It's an insightful look at where dental education is headed and how digital dentistry is becoming second nature to new graduates. The conversation then shifts to one of the most memorable encounters from the event as Elvis and Barb sit down with Alyson Bravo, a passionate dental technician from Brazil who has traveled across the globe to attend exocad Insights. What starts as a discussion about digital workflows quickly turns into a story about chasing dreams, making connections, and experiencing the international dental community firsthand. Alyson talks about discovering digital dentistry, teaching himself advanced design techniques, and the excitement of finally meeting people he has only known through podcasts, social media, and online education. The episode wraps up with returning friend of the podcast Tobias Specht from Ivoclar. Fresh off several major product announcements, Tobias gives listeners an inside look at the collaboration between Ivoclar and exocad and how customer feedback continues to shape product development. He discusses the integration of Ivotion into the exocad workflow, the importance of training and education, and how Ivoclar works with customers around the globe to refine new products before they ever reach the market.Special Guests: Alyson Bravo, Dr. Zhiqiang Luo, and Tobias Specht.

How do you name a book, a framework, or even a business in a way that captures the essence of what you do?After struggling with the title of my book for years, I turned to brand strategist and naming expert Rebeca Arbona for help. What happened next surprised me: in less than an hour, she found the title that had been hiding in plain sight. In this conversation, we pull back the curtain on the art and strategy of naming. Rebeca shares why great names aren't created through random brainstorming, the biggest mistakes people make when naming their ideas, and why AI may be helpful for execution but falls short when it comes to original thought leadership. If you've ever wrestled with naming a book, a keynote, a framework, a program, or your business itself, you'll come away with a new appreciation for the power of finding the right words.Rebeca and I talk about:• Why naming is far more strategic than most people realize• The process Rebeca uses to create names that resonate and endure• Common naming mistakes that keep people stuck• Why great names often feel both surprising and obvious at the same time• How Rebeca helped me finally name my book after five years of trying• The difference between a name and a descriptor and why both matter• Why AI struggles to generate truly original thought leadership ideas• How the right title can clarify the entire structure and direction of a book• The connection between ideas, thought leadership, and public speakingAbout Our Guest: Rebeca Arbona is a brand strategist, strategic namer, and founder of BrandTrue, where she helps organizations uncover and communicate the truths at their core. A lifelong word geek who once read the dictionary for fun, Rebeca found her professional sweet spot in naming, where language, strategy, and creative intuition all collide. Since her first appearance on Speaking Your Brand, Rebeca's work has expanded to include teaching Branding at the University of Cincinnati, mentoring emerging strategists, supporting mission-driven organizations, and developing a book rooted in resilience, meaning, and hard-won life lessons. Through it all, she remains obsessed with the same essential question: how do we tell the truth in a way people can feel, remember, and act on? Follow Rebeca and BrandTrue on LinkedIn for her insightful, quirky takes on naming, brand strategy, and why the truth matters to brands that want to mean something.About Us: The Speaking Your Brand podcast is hosted by Carol Cox.
