Bruce Lipton drops a truth bomb that will shake your entire understanding of reality: you are not living your life, you're living a program installed by your parents before you could even tie your shoes. For the first 40-plus years of his life, Bruce struggled with relationships, depression, and feeling like a victim until he discovered the science behind why we stay stuck. His research in cellular biology revealed that our cells don't respond to genes, they respond to consciousness, and that the broadcast we're receiving shapes everything from our bank accounts to our health to whether we can sustain love. He shares the exact moment he broke free from decades of self-sabotage and depression, the scientific proof that thoughts are not contained in your head, and why 80% of people fail a simple muscle test for self-love. This conversation will either wake you up or confirm you've chosen to stay asleep.Bruce's books:The Biology of BeliefSpontaneous EvolutionThe Honeymoon EffectIn this episode you will:Discover why 95% of your daily behavior comes from programs installed before age seven and how those programs sabotage everything you consciously wantUnderstand the scientific mechanism proving you are not your body but a spiritual broadcast that can never die, eliminating the fear that controls most human decisionsMaster the difference between thinking positive thoughts and actually reprogramming your subconscious so you stop working against yourself 24/7Learn why 60% of your downloaded programs are disempowering and how the victim mentality you carry was never yours to begin withBreak free from the illusion that genes control your health and wealth when the real power lies in changing the field your consciousness broadcasts into realityFor more information go to https://lewishowes.com/1853For more Greatness text PODCAST to +1 (614) 350-3960More SOG episodes we think you'll love:Gabor Maté – greatness.lnk.to/1849SCDr. Marc Brackett – greatness.lnk.to/1843SCDr. Joe Dispenza – greatness.lnk.to/1809SC Get more from Lewis! In the second of our two-part series on tightening aid budgets, Sam Fenwick explores what shrinking donor support means for global health — from the sudden halt to major US-funded projects, to the pressure on low-income countries to increase their own health spending. As G20 leaders gather in Johannesburg for the Global Fund's Eighth Replenishment Summit, we hear from Zambia's minister of commerce on how his country is trying to plug the aid gap through investment in critical minerals, and from Peter Sands, head of the Global Fund, on why he believes wealthy nations must keep funding global health even as more countries take on greater responsibility for their own systems. With global aid budgets under strain, we examine what's at stake at today's summit — and what the future of funding for essential health programmes might look like.Produced and presented by Sam Fenwick(Image: An anonymous woman looks out over her local fishing community near the Zambezi River in Zambia. When you started your business, you probably thought it was going to give you freedom. More time. More flexibility. The ability to be present in your life, not just busy in your business. But somewhere along the way, it started to feel like the opposite. Like you're always on. Always behind. Always wondering if you're doing enough, posting enough, showing up enough just to stay relevant. You thought entrepreneurship would give your life back. But instead, it feels like it's taking more and more of it. I get it, because I've been there, but eventually I said enough was enough. Eventually, I figured out how to build a business that didn't run me. A business that could grow, serve people, and make an impact, without requiring me to be glued to my phone or constantly creating just to stay afloat. And that's what I'm going to walk you through in this episode. Not some fluffy promise of work less, make more, but the actual systems I put in place that gave me my time, my energy, and my life back. These are the same systems that have kept my business consistent, predictable, and low-stress for the last seven years, and can set you free too! RUNDOWN We're in a foul mood after the Seahawks' ugly loss to the Rams, unpacking Sam Darnold's four-interception stinker, the looming backlash from "I told you so" Darnold haters, and the gut-punch of Gray Zabel's injury. Mitch unleashes a full-on rant about Greg Olsen's broadcast style ("constant blabber"), while Scott notes how different the offense looks without Tory Horton on the field. The mood finally lifts with the news that the Mariners have locked up Josh Naylor on a five-year extension, giving Seattle fans a much-needed jolt of optimism. And then some baseball outrage: Cal Raleigh narrowly finishes second in AL MVP to Aaron Judge. Mitch is joined by Brady Henderson (ESPN) and Jacson Bevens (Cigar Thoughts) to break down the Seahawks' 21–19 loss to the Rams — a game that somehow stayed close despite four interceptions from Sam Darnold and a red-zone drought. Brady calls it Darnold's first true "stinker" as a Seahawk, noting that none of the INTs were flukes, while Jacson credits a defense that "played its balls off" despite brutal field position. The trio discuss the seriousness of rookie guard Gray Zabel's knee injury, the need for Kubiak to scheme around an unstable interior line, and Darnold's growing turnover trend (now 14 on the year). Mitch welcomes back CBS College Football Analyst Rick Neuheisel, presented by Taco Time Northwest, to unpack a chaotic Week 12 in college football — starting with Rick's victory lap on his perfectly predicted Penn State cover. From there, the guys dive into a jam-packed headline wheel: Lane Kiffin's status as the hottest name on the coaching carousel (and why Rick believes he'll land at Florida), Georgia's dominance over Texas, Oklahoma's big win in Tuscaloosa, Texas A&M's shocking 30–3 comeback, and the SEC's suddenly muddled playoff picture. Mitch revisits Episode Zero — the never-meant-to-be-public "exhibition game" that quietly launched Mitch Unfiltered back in 2018. What begins as a joke about their faux–"Fool in the Rain" theme song turns into a hilarious, chaotic retelling of the infamous team-bus-fire in Auburn, complete with blown tires, smoke pouring into the cabin, players stampeding into a ditch, and the bus erupting in flames seconds after everyone escaped. What would actually happen to your pet sitting or dog walking business if you couldn't show up tomorrow? In this episode, we share how a scary experience during COVID forced us to confront just how much our business depended on us personally. We walk through the first four ways to build a more resilient business: having a backup as a solo sitter, creating a team-based system with employee backups, handing off admin tasks, and getting your "in-your-head" knowledge documented. We talk about the mental load of being the only one who knows how to run payroll, schedule, and respond to emergencies—and what it looks like to slowly share that responsibility. We want you to start building a business that can keep caring for clients and supporting your family, even when life forces you to step back. Main topics: Facing "What If I Can't?" Solo Sitters and True Backups Team-Based, Cross-Trained Staff Handing Off Admin Tasks Systematizing In-Your-Head Knowledge Main takeaway: "Being without a backup is just one emergency away from losing everything and having a real catastrophe on their hands" It sounds dramatic, but it's the reality so many pet sitters and dog walkers quietly live with. One illness, one family emergency, or one injury could leave clients stranded and your business hanging by a thread. In this episode, we talk about how to build real backups, not just in theory, but in practical, everyday ways—from connecting with another sitter to cross-training a team to documenting what only lives in your head. You don't have to build a massive company, but you do deserve a business that won't collapse the second you need to step away. Jake & Ben Full Show from November 17, 2025 Hour 1 Utah blew out Baylor in one of the more unique ways you'll ever see. Top 3 Stories of the Day: BYU needed to bounce back after losing to Texas Tech, and they did just that against TCU. Also, Keyonte George hit game winner in Double Overtime, and Kyle Whittingham says Devon Dampier is still playing pretty banged up. During yesterday's Utah Jazz game, a technical foul was called on the ball boy. Head Coach Will Hardy didn't agree with the call and was sure to let the refs know. Hour 2 Think of all the long coaching tenures our local teams have gone through: Jerry Sloan, Greg Wrubell, Kyle Whittingham, etc. Those are only allowed to happen because fans are patient enought with them. Not all fan bases are so kind. LeBron James is nearing his return from injury and will make his season debut soon. Is this The King's final season? We can't believe some of the questions that coaches have to put up with in their media pressers.

Drew and Rory start with eyeball horror, Stranger Things hype, and the idea of AI-powered contact lenses before stumbling straight into the real mind-melt: Midjourney, Grok Imagine, Mystic 3, and Flux all colliding in one episode. They roast their own prompts, trigger an accidental NSF-DoubleU moment live inside Grok, argue about “flux face,” and still somehow manage to pull out real, practical tips for people trying to make better AI images without losing their minds.Across an hour of chaos, they unpack Midjourney v8's subtle shifts, hidden personalization signals, Style Explorer tricks, Smart Search shortcuts, Grok's Sora-style infinite feed, Mystic 3's scary-good skin detail, and why Midjourney still owns lo-fi, lived-in, “shot-on-a-phone” energy. If you care about composition, cinematic ratios, editorial portraits, food realism, or just want to hear two people dunk on Flux and node editors while actually teaching you something, this one hits.Listeners will come away knowing how to use stills archive for composition, when to skip upscales for more analog realism, how Grok Imagine's image + video workflow really behaves, and where Mystic 3 can replace Midjourney in a serious portrait or product stack.--⏱️ Midjourney Fast Hour0:00 Intro, eyeballs, and a Friday brain check2:05 Contact lens horror stories, Mission Impossible, Black Mirror eyes3:07 Stranger Things Season 5 hype and binge vs weekly TV4:51 Movies, biopics, sports docs, and couch season setting in6:23 Cowboys documentary, sports pipelines, and TV as passive story feed7:00 AI overload, nobody keeping up, and why this pod exists8:30 Midjourney profiles, Style Creator, and new personalization talk9:29 Like/dislike buttons as hidden training data and 7:3 aspect ratio love10:35 Stills Archive, cinematic framing, and cleaner compositions12:00 Style Explorer vs old-school SREF and what quietly vanished13:16 Three under-the-radar Midjourney Smart Search + right-click + Option-upscale tweaks15:35 V8, fewer wall-of-text prompts, and a move toward visual controls18:12 First look at Grok Imagine's interface and infinite scroll feel19:35 Sora-style endless bottom feed, variants, and “make video” in Grok22:51 Cinematic looks, color grading, and Grok as “idea and curate” engine24:19 Live NSFW surprise inside Grok Imagine and instant rating change25:23 Finding Grok history, stills, and video exports with sound26:31 Who actually gets Grok video and Drew's first real reaction to using it27:38 Mystic 3 enters the chat and upscaling less for analog vibes29:02 Why “too sharp” screams AI and how grain + smart detail saves realism30:18 Outpainting, editing, and why Midjourney still wins surgical compositing35:01 Mystic 3 V3 screen-share and first impressions35:45 Editorial portraits, skin detail, eyelashes, and hands that finally look human37:26 Mystic 3 model comparisons: Zen, State-of-the-Art, and weird description blur39:16 Zooming all the way into pores, fingerprints, and micro skin texture43:44 Cocktail and food prompts where Mystic falls behind Midjourney50:05 Nano Banana 2 rumors, native 4K wishes, and how Midjourney might respond50:58 Why Midjourney still rules lo-fi, disposable camera, and Polaroid-style shots52:16 Grok Imagine vs Flux vs Midjourney for lived-in Y2K flash photos53:39 Flux face, direct flash tests, and “go flux yourself” is born55:30 Nodes, Grok workflows, and why scrolling is faster than wiring graphs56:01 Why Midjourney is avoiding node-based interfaces on purpose57:05 Final sendoff: go flux yourself and get out of here

No one in the Trump DOJ wants to tangle with the Comey family today, and that includes his daughter former career federal prosecutor and Ghislaine Maxwell prosecutor Maureen Comey, as a Federal Judge is pissed that no one from the DOJ has appeared in the case pending for almost 2 months! Michael Popok explains why no prosecutor or office wants to oppose Maureen, and how this is linked to the reignited Trump's coverup of the Epstein Child Sex Trafficking files. It's impossible to talk about the American League's early years without talking about Clark Griffith, the former pitcher and manager who, this week 106 years ago, finally completed his quest to become a big league owner. Griffith's Senators would eventually become a laughingstock, and his legacy complicated by his complicity in perpetuating the color line, but his early years were filled with success. Mike and Bill look back on one of the longest baseball lives, a 75 year span in which Griffith was an integral part of the game, for better and for worse. Plus, happy birthday to Pat Hentgen and Jack Crooks! And farewell to Félix Torres and Bill Hepler.
After a wild week in No.10 Downing Street, host Patrick Baker takes listeners on a podcast tour of the famous building to find out how the hell a cobbled-together Georgian townhouse is meant to run a modern state. Patrick asks how the rabbit warren layout influences those who govern the country, for better or worse. In one of his first interviews since stepping down, former Cabinet Secretary Simon Case opens up on how the building is less-than-ideal for the demands of modern government — with problems like losing the PM all-too-common. Case argues its layout contributed to the Partygate scandal that toppled Boris Johnson. The set designer of the film “Love Actually,” Jim Clay, recounts a tour given to him by Gordon Brown so he could memorise the layout — and commentates on Hugh Grant as he boogies down the Grand Staircase. Jack Brown, author of “The Power of Geography at No 10,” gives a step-by-step tour, taking us inside the pokey “Den,” the prime minister's office at the heart of Downing Street. POLITICO Political Editor Dan Bloom explains why Keir Starmer prefers working in open-plan offices — and shares some secrets from rooms you've never heard of. Beatrice Timpson, former deputy press secretary to Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak, shares her sympathy for those in the policy unit, seen as banished to the rafters of Number 10. And she reveals the constant battle for phone signal that rages at the heart of British power. John McTernan, who served as political secretary to Tony Blair, reveals stories from the Number 10 flat — and sets out what the current government must do to overcome the limitations of the building.
