¡Los números, querida mía! Aaaaahhh...¡cómo nos estresan!, ¿no? Ya sea los de tu cuenta bancaria, los que marcan la báscula cuando te subes y haces como que no ves (pero sí ves) y también, los que vas sumando año con año. Pareciera que, en cada inicio de ciclo, los números nos alcanzan nomás para estresarnos. No me malinterpretes: los números son importantes; nos permiten tomar decisiones, nos permiten comparar nuestro "antes" y nuestro "después", sin embargo, yo creo que el acercamiento y la actitud que tenemos hacia esos números y cifras de la vida, a veces no es el adecuado. Porque, tal vez tú también lo has notado, pero, a veces, en lugar de disfrutar el camino para obtener algo que se traduce en un número o en una cifra "x", nos enfocamos tanto en el resultado, que terminamos frustradas, estresadas y agotadas. ¿Y de qué sirve entonces llegar a ese "número mágico" si no vas a disfrutarlo? Por eso, querida amiga, con el episodio del podcast de esta semana, lo que quiero es quitarte estrés sobre algunos números y cifras que marcan tu día a día y que no te permiten ser consciente del proceso y disfrutar el camino. ¡Sí!
