Khoáng sản hiếm : 30 năm là thời gian cần thiết để Trung Quốc trở thành nguồn cung cấp gần như độc quyền của thế giới. Vì chấp nhận nhiều hy sinh,  tận dụng những sai lầm của phương Tây không muốn hứng chịu ô nhiễm, Bắc Kinh đặt mình vào thế trung tâm và khiến Bruxelles, Washington lo lắng trước mỗi quyết định về kim loại chiến lược ? Các câu hỏi này được đặt ra vào lúc Âu - Mỹ hối hả tìm kiếm các nguồn cung cấp bổ sung, hóa giải thế gần như độc quyền của Trung Quốc. Sau nhiều tuần lễ căng thẳng, cả Liên Hiệp Châu Âu lẫn Hoa Kỳ cùng phấn khởi đón nhận tin Trung Quốc tạm ngừng trong một năm quyết định hạn chế xuất khẩu đất hiếm. Tổng thống Donald Trump tiếp tục khẳng định đây là một thắng lợi quan trọng mà ông đạt được sau cuộc họp với chủ tịch Tập Cận Bình cuối tháng 10/2025. Tại Bruxelles, lãnh đạo châu Âu vừa công bố kế hoạch « RESourceEU » để giảm bớt phụ thuộc vào khoáng sản hiếm của Trung Quốc, vừa tự tin hơn một chút khi bước vào bàn đàm phán. Đầu thập niên 1990, Mỹ, nhờ có các mỏ ở Mountain Pass, bang California, là quốc gia khai thác các mỏ đất hiếm lớn nhất thế giới. « Trung Đông có dầu mỏ, Trung Quốc có đất hiếm ». Năm 1992, lãnh đạo Trung Quốc Đặng Tiểu Bình đã có câu nói để đời và từ đó Bắc Kinh đưa các kim loại hiếm vào danh sách « tài nguyên chiến lược quốc gia », cấm các công ty nước ngoài khai thác. Trung Quốc cũng bắt đầu quản lý nghiêm ngặt hơn các hoạt động xuất khẩu. Tuy giàu tài nguyên, nhưng ngành công nghiệp đất hiếm nước này - từ khâu khai thác, đến tinh chế, tìm kiếm thị trường, Trung Quốc khi đó còn bỡ ngỡ và phải học hỏi kinh nghiệm của Hoa Kỳ. Đó cũng là thời điểm, Bắc Kinh và Washington chưa ý thức được là để chế tạo một chiến đấu cơ F-35 chẳng hạn, ngay cả tập đoàn Mỹ Lockheed Martin cũng sẽ phải cần đến hơn 400 kg đất hiếm ! Sai lầm « trao trứng cho ác » Vì chạy theo lợi nhuận, tận dụng hàng rẻ Trung Quốc, đồng thời tập trung hơn vào lĩnh vực chỉ sản xuất xe hơi, hãng General Motors đã dễ dàng chuyển nhượng lại Magnequench, một « ông lớn » trong lĩnh vực chế tạo nam châm Neodyme cho quỹ đầu tư Trung Quốc Sextant. Hai trong số các nhà lãnh đạo quỹ này chính là con rể của ông Đặng Tiểu Bình. Nam châm Neodyme (NdFeB) có lực từ mạnh nhất hiện nay, với kích thước nhỏ và trọng lượng nhẹ phù hợp với các thiết bị cần được thu nhỏ rất được ưa chuộng trong lĩnh vực từ ô tô điện đến công nghệ quốc phòng hay y tế. Chính quyền của tổng thống Bill Clinton đã không phản đối dự án chuyển nhượng « viên ngọc quý » trong một lĩnh vực nhạy cảm như vậy cho đối tác Trung Quốc với giá 70 triệu đô la khi đó. Cùng lúc, Sextant đã mời các chuyên viên Hoa Kỳ cùng xây dựng phiên bản Trung Quốc của Magnequench tại Thiên Tân và cơ sở này « lớn gấp 3 lần » so với kế hoạch ban đầu. Chỉ khi đó, các kỹ sư Mỹ được mời cộng tác mới ý thức được là họ đã « tự tay thắt vòng treo cổ chính mình ».    Nhìn rộng hơn, chuyên gia Mathieu Xémard, thuộc Trung Tâm Nghiên Cứu Liên Ngành về Quốc Phòng và An Ninh (CIEDS) - Viện Bách Khoa Institut Polytechnique, lưu ý Trung Quốc học hỏi từ đầu đến cuối các công đoạn trong một nền công nghiệp còn mới mẻ này. Họ không chỉ hài lòng với các khâu khai thác, mà còn « hấp thụ » các kỹ thuật tinh chế của Mỹ, cho đến khi « nắm giữ toàn bộ chuỗi sản xuất trong lĩnh vực đất hiếm và nhất là nam châm » thu hẹp khoảng cách với Hoa Kỳ. Những tên tuổi lớn của Mỹ trong ngành bị « hàng rẻ Trung Quốc nhấn chìm », lần lượt bị khai tử. Mountain Pass bị lãng quên trong hàng chục năm. Phát triển kiểu « con nhà nghèo » Ở góc đài bên kia, Trung Quốc càng lúc càng tự tin với chiến lược phát triển bài bản. Vào lúc Âu - Mỹ phải tuân thủ các chuẩn mực môi trường, Trung Quốc chấp nhận trả giá đắt và không phải chịu áp lực từ các hội đoàn tổ chức bảo vệ thiên nhiên như của phương Tây. Đảng Cộng Sản Trung Quốc cũng đã sớm ý thức rằng « chìa khóa của sức mạnh công nghiệp nằm ở việc làm chủ quá trình tinh chế và xử lý hóa học các kim loại đất hiếm ». Đó là những « công đoạn tạo ra giá trị gia tăng cao, mà các nước phương Tây đã bỏ qua vì chi phí quá cao và ô nhiễm môi trường » như nhà nghiên cứu John Seaman, Viện Quan Hệ Quốc Tế Pháp IFRI ghi nhận trong bài viết « Khoáng sản chiến lược : Vai trò then chốt của Trung Quốc ». Hệ quả kèm theo là sau hơn 3 thập niên, « 90% quá trình tinh chế đất hiếm trên thế giới hiện nay được thực hiện tại Trung Quốc ». Không là quốc gia duy nhất trên thế giới có đất hiếm ( Úc, Brazil, Congo, Miến Điện, Pháp, Đức…), không là nhà sản xuất duy nhất cho toàn cầu (Úc, Brazil...), nhưng Trung Quốc đã nắm giữ lấy vị trí trung tâm trên bàn cờ chiến lược này. Vẫn nhà nghiên cứu John Seaman giải thích thêm : Thành công này không phải ngẫu nhiên mà có. Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc đã vừa hỗ trợ mạnh mẽ ở các khâu nghiên cứu và tài trợ cho các doanh nghiệp nội địa, đồng thời lại hợp nhất ngành công nghiệp thành một số tập đoàn nhà nước khổng lồ và nhất là dùng các biện pháp có sẵn trong tay để đánh gục mọi đối thủ. Mỗi khi một đối thủ phương Tây cố gắng hồi sinh lại một khu khai thác, thì lập tức Bắc Kinh tăng sản lượng, làm sụt giá thị trường và khiến các dự án nước ngoài không còn hấp dẫn. Đó luôn là một dạng « kim chỉ nam » trong chiến lược phát triển công nghệ đất hiếm của Trung Quốc từ Đặng Tiểu Bình đến Tập Cận Bình. Hơn nữa, qua việc « kiểm soát từ đầu chí cuối chuỗi sản xuất  » trong lĩnh vực nhạy cảm này, Bắc Kinh đạt được cùng lúc 2 mục tiêu. Trước hết là bảo đảm chuỗi cung ứng cho các tập đoàn quốc gia trong những lĩnh vực « then chốt » : y tế, công nghệ hàng không không gian, bình điện ô tô, công nghiệp vũ khí, năng lượng hạt nhân, điện thoại thông minh… Mục tiêu thứ nhì là nhờ thế độc quyền đó mà Trung Quốc mặc nhiên « chi phối » luôn cả các mảng công nghiệp nhạy cảm nhất của Âu - Mỹ và qua đó là cả một phần « an ninh » của phương Tây. Đến lượt Hoa Kỳ chạy nước rút để « thu hẹp khoảng cách » với Trung Quốc Trong bối cảnh căng thẳng địa-chính trị gia tăng, đặc biệt là cuộc đọ sức giữa Hoa Kỳ và Trung Quốc vì một trật tự mới cho thế giới về kinh tế cũng như địa chính trị, « bảo đảm an ninh về tài nguyên, bảo đảm các nguồn cung ứng về khoáng sản hiếm, về các nguyên liệu chiến lược » trở thành « tâm điểm » trong chính sách công nghiệp của cả Âu, Mỹ lẫn Trung Quốc. (John Seaman, IFRI). Đây chính là động lực để phương Tây hối hả « hồi sinh » mảng công nghệ này. Nhưng trớ trêu thay sau hơn 30 năm chuyển giao các bí quyết thành công cho Trung Quốc giờ đây đến lượt Hoa Kỳ « chạy nước rút để thu hẹp khoảng cách ». Từ 2010, lần đầu tiên, Bắc Kinh dùng đất hiếm như một công cụ địa chiến lược trừng phạt Nhật Bản khẳng định chủ quyền với quần đảo Senkaku/Điếu Ngư, Mỹ và châu Âu đã trông thấy viễn cảnh « một cuộc chiến đất hiếm » đang hình thành. Nhưng không dễ để khởi động lại một cỗ máy đồ sộ trong trạng thái « ngủ đông » trong nhiều năm. Cuối tháng10/2025, Bruxelles mới công bố kế hoạch « RESourceEU ». Mãi đến 2025, Nhà Trắng hối hả ký các thỏa thuận cung ứng với Úc và nhiều nước Trung Á, châu Phi. Washington cùng lúc thông báo những dự án như xây dựng nhà máy tách quặng đất hiếm nặng tại Louisiana hay tham gia đầu tư 400 triệu đô la vào công ty khai thác mỏ MP Materials ở Mountain Pass. Song giới trong ngành cảnh báo « không dễ phá vỡ vòng vây kiên cố » mà Bắc Kinh đã dày công xây dựng. Thoát khỏi cái bẫy đất hiếm của Trung Quốc hiện tại là một thách thức đối với phương Tây. Trên đài phát thanh France Inter, Bart Sap, chủ tịch tổng giám đốc tập đoàn Umicore, chuyên về sản xuất và tái xử lý rác kim loại, báo động về tính cấp bách để « thoát Trung » của châu Âu. Ông đồng thời nêu lên một giải pháp cụ thể để đạt được mục tiêu đó :  « Chúng ta biết hiện tại Trung Quốc đang thống lĩnh thị trường kim loại hiếm. Cần nhấn mạnh là Bắc Kinh đang tận dụng lợi thế này như một vũ khí thương mại khi quyết định hạn chế xuất khẩu. Vậy câu hỏi đặt ra với châu Âu là khối này muốn tự chủ hơn hay vẫn bị để phụ thuộc vào nguồn cung cấp châu Á này. Sự phụ thuộc đó liên quan đến công nghệ chế tạo bình điện ô tô, tức là đến khả năng đi lại của các công dân châu Âu, và cũng liên quan luôn cả đến tính tự chủ và độc lập của châu lục này về mặt công nghệ trong nhiều lĩnh vực từ công nghệ không gian, quốc phòng đến công nghệ kết nối, và khả năng chuyển đổi sang năng lượng xanh (...). Theo đánh giá của Umicore, cuối cùng châu Âu cũng đã ý thức được là họ cần khoáng sản hiếm và cần thay đổi chiến lược trên phương diện này. Tôi nghĩ rằng, Bruxelles cần đưa ra một chính sách chung liên quan đến vấn đề tái xử lý rác thải để thu hồi lại lượng đất hiếm trong các sản phẩm. Dores de cabeza, tensión muscular, molestias dixestivas ou mesmo problemas dermatolóxicos son algunhas das formas nas que o corpo tenta comunicar o que a mente non logra procesar. Todas as persoas somatizamos en maior ou menor medida. É unha forma natural na que o corpo responde á tensión, a ansiedade ou as emocións non expresadas. Con todo, cando non prestamos atención ao que sentimos, esas emocións buscan outras formas de saír, e o corpo convértese na súa canle de expresión habitual. Cando isto ocorre de maneira persistente, a somatización pode chegar a ser moi limitante. Moito persoas ven afectada a súa calidade de vida, buscan axuda en múltiples especialistas, fanse probas que non lanzan respostas e viven con frustración ou culpa ao non entender o que lles pasa. Co tempo, isto pode xerar problemas no traballo, confl ictos familiares, illamento social, gastos médicos innecesarios e un profundo sentimento de incomprensión. Cales son os síntomas da somatización? Os síntomas da somatización poden variar amplamente, afectando diferentes partes do corpo e manifestándose de formas que poden resultar confusas. Adoitan interferir coa vida diaria e xerar preocupación, xa que non sempre se logra entender as súas causas. ✔️Dores de cabeza recorrentes ou hemicrania Estas dores adoitan ser debilitantes e poden estar asociados con episodios de tensións ou ansiedade. ✔️Tensión muscular É un dos síntomas máis comúns, especialmente en áreas como o pescozo, os ombreiros e as costas. Isto aumenta o malestar xerando unha gran sensación de ansiedade. ✔️Dificultade para respirar As persoas que somatizan a miúdo experimentan a sensación de non poder respirar ben, coma se lles faltase aire ou estivesen a se afogar. Este síntoma está relacionado coa ansiedade e en ocasións pode xerar pánico. ✔️Problemas dermatolóxicos A somatización tamén pode afectar a pel, manifestándose como erupcións, picazón, enrojecimiento ou acne sen causa dermatolóxica. ✔️Dor articular Outro posible síntoma é a dor nas articulacións sen unha causa médica identifi cable, que pode limitar a mobilidade e causar incomodidade. ✔️Trastornos do soño As persoas que somatizan tamén poden experimentar difi cultades para durmir, xa sexa insomnio ou un soño pouco reparador. A tensión emocional acumulada pode afectar a calidade do descanso, aumentando o cansazo durante o día. ✔️Por que somatízase? Vimos o impacto da unión entre a mente e o corpo, os distintos síntomas que xorden da somatización e que situacións poden ser exemplo desta mecánica. Pero, por que somatízase? Hai varios factores emocionais, persoais e sociais detrás deste fenómeno: ✔️Dificultade para identificar e expresar emocións Como xa mencionamos, cando un mesmo non recoñece as súas propias emocións, xa sexa pola dificultade para identificalas ou a falta de aceptación e procesamento adecuados, o corpo manifesta as emocións por medio de síntomas físicos. ✔️Mecanismo de defensa Ás veces, converter o malestar psicolóxico en síntomas físicos é unha forma inconsciente de protexernos de emocións que resultan demasiado dolorosas ou difíciles de afrontar. Por tanto, cando se somatiza, o corpo actúa como un escudo para evitar que unha emoción ou un conflito interno causen dor psicolóxica ou emocional. ✔️Aprendizaxes temperás e contorna familiar e social Desde pequenos, a nosa contorna familiar e social ensínanos como relacionarnos coas nosas emocións. Se crecemos nun ambiente familiar ou cultural onde se nos ensina a reprimir ou ignorar o que sentimos, podemos internalizar que expresar emocións está mal ou non é adecuado, difi cultando así a capacidade de comunicar o que sentimos. ✔️Tensión crónica e sobrecarga emocional. Cando vivimos con demasiadas esixencias, preocupacións ou responsabilidades, sen pausas nin espazos para o descanso, o noso sistema nervioso mantense nunha tensión constante. Esta activación continua vai esgotando aos poucos os nosos recursos físicos e mentais, e, co tempo, esta tensión tradúcese en dores musculares, insomnio ou problemas dixestivos, entre outros síntomas. ✔️Traumas psicolóxicos non resoltos. Certas experiencias traumáticas do pasado poden quedar “almacenadas” no corpo se non se procesaron emocionalmente da maneira adecuada. Aínda que parezan esquecidas, esas feridas poden seguir activas e expresarse a través de numerosos síntomas físicos. É a forma que ten o corpo de lembrarnos que aínda hai algo pendente que necesita ser atendido. Como deixar de somatizar? Deixar de somatizar non significa ignorar ao corpo nin querer eliminar os síntomas custe o que custe, senón empezar a escoitalo de forma diferente. O primeiro paso é recoñecer que, moito veces, o que nos doe fisicamente pode ser o sinal de que algo sucede a nivel emocional. Aquí deixámosche algunhas claves que che poden axudar neste proceso: ✔️Identifica o que sentes Identificar o que sentes é o primeiro paso para entender que está a pasar no teu corpo. A miúdo, estamos tan enfocados no físico que esquecemos que moito das nosas molestias teñen unha raíz emocional. Tómate un momento cada día para explorar o que realmente estás a sentir e poñerlle nome a esas emocións. Lembra que non se trata só de recoñecer o que sentes, senón de aceptalo sen presionarche por cambialo inmediatamente. ✔️Expresa as túas emocións Expresar o que sentimos non só alivia as nosas emocións, senón que tamén beneficia a nosa saúde física. Falar con alguén de confianza, escribir nun diario ou simplemente chorar pode liberar tensións e reducir síntomas físicos asociados a emocións reprimidas. ✔️Cura as túas feridas Revisar experiencias pasadas que aínda doen e buscar apoio para procesalas, especialmente mediante axuda terapéutica, pode aliviar tensións físicas derivadas de feridas emocionais non resoltas. ✔️Descansa física e mentalmente Non só durmir, senón tamén baixar o ritmo mental e emocional. O corpo necesita pausas reais para poder rexenerarse. Permite desconectar sen sentir culpa. ✔️Busca axuda profesional se o necesitas Ás veces, o malestar é tan profundo ou persistente que necesitamos acompañamento. Ostensibly, he intends to surrender to the Allies. The film tells the story of the American lead prosecutor, Robert Jackson, who believed captured Nazi leadership — including Göring — should stand trial at Nuremberg. He wanted the men to answer publicly for their crimes. But before they can have their day in court, each one will be examined by a military psychiatrist, to determine if they are mentally fit. The psychiatrist assigned to Göring, the ambitious Robert Kelley, has a secondary intent. He wants to find out what linked the defendants. Did they have a common psychiatric disorder that would explain their heinous crimes? Could their evil be diagnosed, and if so, be prevented from infecting future generations? “Nuremberg,” which opens nationwide this weekend, stars Russell Crowe as Göring and Rami Malek as Kelley. The film is based on Minneapolis writer Jack el-Hai's 2011 book, “The Nazi and the Psychiatrist.” To mark the release of “Nuremburg,” Kerri Miller hosted el-Hai at MPR's St. Paul studios to talk about the book and the movie adaptation. Había visto a los ejércitos de Israel regresar de Hai derrotados y desalentados; pero no se había adelantado a confesar su pecado. Había visto a Josué y a los ancianos de Israel postrarse en tierra con indecible congoja. La excesiva confianza propia tras su victoria sobre Israel llevó a los habitantes de Hai a repetir su estrategia y atacar a los israelitas, que fingieron retirarse derrotados. Una vez que los de Hai fueron atraídos fuera de su fortaleza, los 30.000 israelitas ocultos cerca de la ciudad (Jos. 8:4) la capturaron y la incendiaron. Josué 8:7 deja claro que la victoria no fue el resultado de la estrategia, sino de que el Señor mismo entregó la ciudad a los israelitas. Incluso en un capítulo en el que los aspectos militares dominan la narración más que en ningún otro del libro, el texto pone de relieve la verdad subyacente de que la victoria es un don de Dios. El momento decisivo de la batalla se produjo cuando los hombres de Hai abandonaron la ciudad y comenzaron a perseguir a los israelitas. Esta fue la segunda ocasión en la que Dios habló después de instruir a Josué acerca de la estrategia que debían emplear para capturar la ciudad (Jos. 8:2), señalando así que él era quien supervisaría la batalla. Hasta este punto del relato, desconocíamos el desenlace del encuentro bélico, pero ahora quedó claro que el ejército israelita saldría victorioso. El arma en la mano de Josué era una hoz, no una espada o jabalina. Puede ser que en tiempos de Josué no se utilizara como arma propiamente dicha, pero se había convertido en un símbolo de soberanía. Además de dar la señal de ataque, ella ilustraba la soberanía de Dios en la derrota de Hai. El hecho de mantener la hoz extendida hasta obtener la victoria completa demostró que Josué había asumido plenamente el papel de liderazgo que Moisés había ejercido en ocasión del cruce del Mar Rojo (Éxo. 14:16) y en la guerra contra los amalecitas (Éxo. 17:11-13), cuando Josué había dirigido personalmente el combate. Esta vez no hubo una intervención visible y milagrosa de Dios, pero la victoria sobre Hai no contó con menos asistencia divina que la obtenida sobre los egipcios en la primera generación o en la reciente victoria sobre Jericó. La clave del éxito estuvo en la fe de Josué en la Palabra del Señor y en su inquebrantable obediencia a ella. El principio que se destaca en esta historia sigue siendo válido para el pueblo de Dios hoy, dondequiera que resida y cualesquiera sean sus desafíos. 

MARTES 4 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2025 TU DOSIS DIARIA DE ESPERANZA "Y Jehová dijo a Josué: Levántate; ¿por qué te postras así sobre tu rostro? Israel ha pecado, y aun han quebrantado mi pacto que yo les mandé; y también han tomado del anatema, y hasta han hurtado, han mentido, y aun lo han guardado entre sus enseres." (Josué 7:10-11) Josué fue el líder designado por Dios que sustituyó a Moisés; un liderazgo que requeriría esfuerzo y valentía. Una difícil situación tuvo que enfrentar cuando perdió la batalla de Hai por uno de sus hombres que robó del anatema. Un buen líder sufre ante una pérdida de la que no es responsable. Josué sufrió el doble al tener que aplicar el castigo al culpable. Su fidelidad es un ejemplo para los que hoy le entreguen a Dios un liderazgo digno de imitar, en las buenas y en las malas. Había visto los ejércitos de Israel regresar de Hai derrotados y desalentados; pero no se había adelantado a confesar su pecado. Había visto a Josué y a los ancianos de Israel postrarse en tierra con indecible congoja. Si hubiera hecho su confesión entonces, habría dado cierta prueba de verdadero arrepentimiento; pero siguió guardando silencio. Había escuchado la proclamación de que se había cometido un gran delito, y hasta había oído definir claramente su carácter. Pero sus labios quedaron sellados. Luego se realizó la solemne investigación. ¡Cómo se estremeció de terror su alma cuando vio que se señalaba a su tribu, luego su familia y finalmente su casa! Pero ni aún entonces dejó oír su confesión, hasta que el dedo de Dios le tocó, por así decirlo. Entonces cuando su pecado ya no pudo ocultarse, reconoció la verdad. ¡Cuán a menudo se hacen semejantes confesiones! Hay una enorme diferencia entre admitir los hechos una vez probados, y confesar los pecados que solo nosotros y Dios conocemos. Acán no hubiera confesado su pecado si con ello no hubiera esperado evitar las consecuencias. Pero su confesión solo sirvió para demostrar que su castigo era justo. No se había arrepentido en verdad de su pecado; no había sentido contrición, ni cambiado de propósito, ni aborrecía lo malo. Así también formularán sus confesiones los culpables cuando estén delante del tribunal de Dios, después que cada caso haya sido decidido para la vida o para la muerte... Cuando se abran los registros del cielo, el Juez no declarará con palabras su culpa a los hombres, sino que le bastará con lanzar una mirada penetrante, que evocará vívidamente toda acción y toda transacción de la vida, en la memoria del obrador de iniquidad. La persona no tendrá que ser buscada... sino que sus propios labios confesarán su vergüenza. En consecuencia, el suspenso de la historia del descubrimiento de la falta de Acán proviene de la tensión entre la perspectiva del lector y la de Josué y los israelitas. Como muchos otros capítulos del Antiguo Testamento, Josué 7 tiene una estructura quiástica, o paralela. El segmento central y culminante responde a la pregunta de por qué los israelitas no pudieron conquistar Hai en su primer intento. La derrota de Israel ante los habitantes de esa ciudad tuvo dos razones principales: el pecado de Acán y el exceso de confianza de los israelitas en sus propias fuerzas. Esto último se debió a que no consultaron la voluntad del Señor antes de atacar la ciudad y a que subestimaron al enemigo. Josué 7:1 y 11 al 13 muestran que, aunque Acán fue el responsable de desobedecer la prohibición, toda la nación sufrió a causa de ello. Dios describe el pecado de Acán al mostrar gradualmente su gravedad mediante el uso acumulativo del adverbio “aun” (heb. gam), que aparece cinco veces en el texto hebreo del versículo 11. Primero se usa la designación más común del pecado: jatá. Luego se describe la transgresión mediante el uso de cinco términos más específicos introducidos por el adverbio gam: (1) “traspasar, transgredir” (‘abar), (2) “tomar” (laqaj) de las cosas consagradas a la destrucción (herem), (3) “robar” (ganab), (4) “engañar” (kajash) y (5) “esconder” (sim) entre sus enseres el herem sustraído. El pacto entre Dios e Israel comprometía al pueblo tanto a nivel individual como corporativo. A la luz de ese compromiso, la nación elegida era tratada como una unidad indivisible. Por lo tanto, el pecado de cualquiera de sus integrantes implicaba la responsabilidad o culpabilidad de toda la comunidad del pacto. Como dijo el Señor: “Israel ha pecado. Han quebrado mi pacto que les había mandado” (Jos. 7:11). ¿De qué maneras puede la mala conducta de un individuo acarrear sufrimiento a toda la comunidad de la que forma parte? ¿Qué ejemplos de ello vienen a tu mente y cómo se vieron afectadas las comunidades en cuestión?

Salah seorang dari mereka berteriak, "Hai, orang tua, apakah orang-orang di rumahmu selalu berdoa sebelum makan?" Lớn lên được học Sử và làm báo, tác giả có thêm cơ hội học hỏi các thời kỳ phát triển của thành phố, đồng thời khám phá các chốn phố phường, chợ búa, bến tàu, học đường và nhiều công trình di sản. Theo nhà nghiên cứu Trần Hữu Phúc Tiến, "dòng sông Sài Gòn không phải là dòng sông khuất nẻo mà là dòng sông vươn ra biển lớn, dòng sông sinh thành cảng thị và phố thị đông vui, thu hút tinh hoa xa gần". Công sức lớn lao của người Việt từ thế kỷ 17 đến nay đã làm nên Sài Gòn, một kinh đô lịch lãm và kiều diễm. Thông qua nhiều chi tiết cụ thể, cuốn sách Sài Gòn Kinh Đô Sông Nước điểm lại quá trình hình thành các thế mạnh của Sài Gòn từ sông biển, địa linh, nhân kiệt, đến kinh tế, dịch vụ, công nghiệp, đào tạo. Đặc biệt với sự mở rộng của thành phố, tác giả chú trọng giới thiệu các tiềm năng về kinh tế biển và kinh tế di sản. Thế nhưng, giống như nhiều đô thị lớn đang trong cơn sốt bùng nổ dân cư và kinh tế, thành phố này cũng đang đối mặt với biến đổi khí hậu, ô nhiễm, lũ lụt, đòi hỏi nhà nước phải có những giải pháp cấp bách cũng như dài hạn. Trả lời RFI Việt ngữ nhân dịp sang Paris để giới thiệu sách của ông, nhà nghiên cứu Trần Hữu Phúc Tiến trước hết cho biết, từ trước khi được người Pháp xây dựng thành một thành phố hiện đại, Sài Gòn đã là một chốn phồn hoa đô hội: “Sài Gòn Kinh Đô có nghĩa là Sài Gòn trong lịch sử đã từng là thủ đô, là thủ phủ, là trung tâm không chỉ của Nam Bộ, mà là của cả nước. Kinh Đô Sông Nước có nghĩa là một đại cảng thị, một đại phố thị lớn mạnh bên dòng sông Sài Gòn và đặc biệt vị trí của Sài Gòn là rất gần biển và nối kết với khu vực miền Đông Nam Bộ, cũng như miền Tây Nam Bộ, nối kết với miền Nam Đông Dương, rồi ra biển để đi đến với thế giới. Thật sự là từ thế kỷ 17, với công sức của người Việt Nam khai phá các miền đất mới, vai trò của Sài Gòn như là một trung tâm kinh tế, giao thương, phồn hoa đô thị rất là lớn. Trước khi người Pháp đến, Sài Gòn đã được hình thành như một trung tâm lớn và đặc biệt là từ 1788 - 1790, Sài Gòn đã được Chúa Nguyễn Ánh, sau này là Vua Gia Long, đặt tên là Gia Định Kinh, có nghĩa là Kinh Đô Gia Định. Ngay vào thời điểm đó thì một số chuyên gia Pháp đã giúp Nguyễn Ánh - Gia Long thiết kế Sài Gòn như là một thành phố kết hợp yếu tố phương Đông với yếu tố phương Tây, đặc biệt là coi trọng vị trí cảng thị của Sài Gòn. Khi vào xâm chiếm Việt Nam, người Pháp đã hiện đại hóa Sài Gòn kế thừa những sự phát triển sẵn có của Gia Định Kinh và người Pháp tổ chức những quy hoạch xây dựng rất là bài bản, rất là chuyên nghiệp, để thành phố này không những là một trung tâm về giao thương,  mà đặc biệt còn là một trung tâm về giao thông và dịch vụ.”  Vậy thì từ bao giờ thành phố Sài Gòn bắt đầu được mệnh danh là Hòn Ngọc Viễn Đông, nhà nghiên cứu Phúc Tiến giải thích: “Theo chúng tôi tìm hiểu, lúc đó người Pháp coi như là chỉ mới quản trị chủ yếu là phần Nam Bộ, Nam Kỳ, sau này họ mới phát triển ra toàn miền Bắc, rồi cả Đông Dương. Nhưng  lúc đó họ đã đặt kế hoạch phát triển kinh tế, trong đó vấn đề giao thông có một mũi nhọn trên thế giới lúc đó cũng bắt đầu phát triển lớn mạnh đó là đường sắt. Vào năm 1881, thị trưởng Pháp của Sài Gòn Jules Blancsubé khi trả lời báo chí đã nói rằng người Pháp muốn phát triển hệ thống đường sắt xuyên Đông Dương từ Sài Gòn ra đến miền Bắc và đi đến đến Nam Trung Hoa, rồi có thể mở ra phía Lào, phía Cam Bốt, rồi các nước Đông Nam Á lục địa. Nếu hệ thống đường sắt này mà được hình thành thành công, thì Sài Gòn, với cảng Sài Gòn, sẽ có thêm vị trí quan trọng, có nghĩa là hàng hóa của nguyên khu vực Nam Trung Quốc và khu khu vực Đông Nam Á sẽ đổ về cảng Sài Gòn để mà xuất khẩu đi các nước. Ngược lại thì những hàng hóa từ các nước cũng từ Sài Gòn theo đường sắt, đường bộ, đường sông để mà ra với các nước trong khu vực. Và do vậy, ông nói, lúc đó Sài Gòn sẽ trở thành một Hòn Ngọc Viễn Đông. Tôi cho rằng là lời tiên đoán đó vào năm 1881 thực sự đã thể hiện một chiến lược quy hoạch kinh tế lớn lao và người Pháp lúc đó đã nhìn thấy được thế mạnh sông nước của Sài Gòn. Sau này, sang đầu thế kỷ 20, chúng ta thấy không chỉ có đường sắt, mà đường hàng không cũng phát triển và bây giờ nhìn toàn cục thì chúng ta có thể thấy là chữ Sài Gòn Hòn Ngọc Viễn Đông đã được mở rộng từ vấn đề kinh tế sang vấn đề kiến trúc, văn hóa, giáo dục, con người. Bây giờ thì từ Sài Gòn Hòn Ngọc Viễn Đông sang thế kỷ 20, sang thời kỳ trước 75, đã trở thành một tên gọi thân yêu để cho thấy một thành phố không những đẹp về mặt mỹ quan, đẹp về sự duyên dáng, yếu tố Đông Tây kết hợp, mà còn đẹp vì thế mạnh của nó, về kinh tế, đẹp về tinh thần cởi mở hội nhập quốc tế.  Từ thời còn là Kinh Đô Gia Định ( 1789-1802 ), Thủ đô Liên bang Đông Dương ( 1887-1902 ), cho đến Thủ đô Quốc gia Việt Nam ( 1949-1955 ) và thủ đô Việt Nam Cộng Hòa ( 1955-1975 ), Sài Gòn luôn luôn là “đầu máy hùng mạnh” về nhiều mặt của cả nước, không chỉ về kinh tế, mà còn tiên phong cả về văn hóa - xã hội trong nhiều thời kỳ, theo ghi nhận của tác giả Trần Hữu Phúc Tiến. Đó chính là nhờ thế mạnh về sông nước của thành phố này:  “Ngược dòng lịch sử thì chúng ta biết sông Đồng Nai là một hệ thống sông rất lớn, song song với hệ thống sông Tiền và sông Hậu, tức là hệ thống sông Mekong. Hai hệ thống sông này lại có một cầu nối là Sài Gòn. Hay nói cách khác là giữa Đông Nam Bộ và Tây Nam Bộ thì Sài Gòn lúc nào cũng nằm ở trung điểm và Sài Gòn lại được xây dựng bên dòng sông Sài Gòn, một chi lưu của hệ thống sông Đồng Nai. Có thể có gần 200 km bắt đầu từ Tây Ninh rồi đi qua Bình Dương, đi qua Đồng Nai rồi xuống Sài Gòn để thoát ra được cửa biển. Trước ngày 1 tháng 7 năm 2025,  đoạn sông đó đi qua diện tích lãnh thổ của Sài Gòn - Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh hơn 80 cây số. Và điều rất quan trọng là nó đi ra cửa biển Cần Giờ. Cửa biển Cần Giờ là khoảng hơn 20 cây số bờ biển. Nhưng sau ngày 1 tháng 7 năm 2025, với sự hợp nhất Sài Gòn với Bình Dương và Vũng Tàu - Bà Rịa, thế mạnh sông biển của Sài Gòn gia tăng rất lớn. Chỉ tính riêng về bờ biển thì bây giờ Sài Gòn có gần 400 km bờ biển và đặc biệt là có Côn Đảo bây giờ thuộc về siêu đô thị này. Và thêm nữa là hơn 100.000 km2 thềm lục địa, mà chúng ta biết là về thềm lục địa Biển Đông, trong ngành dầu khí họ nói là có hai vùng trũng là vùng Nam Côn Sơn và vùng Mekong, thì Sài Gòn nằm rất gần khu vực gọi là Nam Côn Sơn. Thế thì riêng về mặt kinh tế biển, thành phố đã phát triển. Đương nhiên người Pháp khi đến Việt Nam năm 1858, với tầm nhìn của một đế chế công nghiệp, họ nhận ra tài nguyên của Sài Gòn không phải là hàng hóa, mà là vị trí thuận lợi để giao thương kết nối được nhiều miền. Đặc biệt họ đưa ra tầm nhìn là Sài Gòn thuộc về khu vực Nam Đông Dương, nói cách khác chính là Đông Nam Á. Tôi còn nhớ là trong nhật ký của một sĩ quan Pháp tham gia trận đánh vào Sài Gòn năm 1859, ông này có ghi rằng vị trí Sài Gòn không khác gì Batavia, nay là Jakarta của Indonesia, như là Singapore hay là Hồng Kông và nó có những điểm độc đáo riêng. Chính vì vậy, theo nhà nghiên cứu Trần Hữu Phúc Tiến, một trong những mũi nhọn kinh tế mà người Pháp xây dựng ở Sài Gòn không phải là công nghiệp nặng, công nghiệp sản xuất hàng hóa, mà điều rất quan trọng là dịch vụ. Trong quyển sách, tác giả kể ra đến 6 ngành, gọi là 6 “cổ máy không khói” của Sài Gòn từ thời Pháp:  Thứ nhất là hàng hải, bao gồm sửa chữa tàu biển và hải cảng.  Thế mạnh thứ hai là giao thương, tổ chức thương mại, chế biến nông sản để xuất ra nước ngoài.  Thứ ba là một trung tâm tài chính, vì đương nhiên là xuất khẩu thì phải cần có sự trợ giúp của ngân hàng, bảo lãnh tín dụng, vân vân…Ngay từ cuối thế kỷ 19, Sài Gòn đã là một trung tâm tài chính, với khá nhiều ngân hàng quốc tế cũng như các hãng bảo hiểm đóng tại Sài Gòn và hình thành một khu phố tài chính.  Thế mạnh thứ tư là về viễn thông. Ngay trung tâm thành phố, ngay bên cạnh nhà thờ Đức Bà, có nhà bưu điện rất lớn, rất đẹp và đã được coi là kiến trúc nhà bưu điện đẹp thứ hai trên thế giới. Thế mạnh viễn thông của Sài Gòn thì phải nói rất là sớm. Năm 1865, 1870, người Pháp đã bắt đầu thiết lập đường điện tín cáp quang để liên thông giữa Sài Gòn với Paris, nối cáp dưới dưới biển đi qua Singapore và sau đó làm đường ngược lên Hồng Kông để liên thông với cả khu vực châu Mỹ. Kế đến là hệ thống giao thông vận tải, Sài Gòn có đủ phương tiện, từ đường bộ, đường sắt, rồi đường biển, đường thủy. Cái độc đáo của Sài Gòn lúc đó là người Pháp đã tổ chức những đội tàu, không những đi dọc theo bờ biển để đi ra Hải Phòng, đi ra phía Bắc, mà còn  làm hệ thống tàu thuyền để chở khách đi khắp đồng bằng sông Cửu Long, rồi đi lên được cả Phnom Penh, thậm chí là đến được cả Bangkok. Ngay cả bây giờ, đường thủy lên Phnom Penh và đường thủy lên Bangkok, chúng ta vẫn chưa thực hiện lại được đầy đủ. Đặc biệt là khi ngành hàng không thế giới ra đời và được đẩy mạnh sau chiến tranh thế giới thứ nhất, sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất đã được xây dựng từ năm 1914. Lúc đó người Pháp đã gom ba làng là Tân Sơn Nhất, Tân Sơn Nhì và Tân Sơn Tam để làm sân bay rất lớn, phục vụ cho đến thế kỷ 21.  Một thế mạnh nữa của Sài Gòn: Đây là trung tâm về khoa học, đào tạo, với những trường dạy nghề đầu tiên cũng như Viện Pasteur. Nơi mà chúng ta hay gọi là Sở thú còn có tên là Sở bông, vì còn là nơi ươm trồng những giống cây mới. Kể cả cây cao su ở Việt Nam cũng chính là đã được trồng thử nghiệm ở Sài Gòn.  Sài Gòn dù không phải là một cảng biển, chỉ là cảng sông, nhưng dòng sông thì sâu. Tại vị trí ở quận 1 đối diện với Thủ Thiêm, độ sâu nhất là khoảng 40 m và khoảng cách giữa hai bờ Thủ Thiêm và bến Bạch Đằng, ở khu vực Nhà Rồng là khoảng 300 m, nên tàu bè đi vào rất là thuận tiện, có tới hai ngã đường sông từ Cần Giờ vào. Tàu thuyền các nước trên đường đi từ Singapore qua hoặc là đi từ Hồng Kông xuống thì ghé lại Sài Gòn để lấy hàng, đồng thời lấy nước ngọt, lấy thêm nhân lực. Chính những điều đó đã giúp cho Sài Gòn phát triển và những thế mạnh này lại tiếp tục xuyên suốt thế kỷ 20 và bây giờ bắt đầu phải được đẩy mạnh hơn trong thế kỷ 21.” Thế nhưng, cũng chính do có vị trí gắn liền với sông và biển, cùng với quá đô thị hóa quá nhanh mà lại thiếu quy hoạch chặt chẽ, bây giờ thêm tác động của biến đổi khí hậu, Sài Gòn - Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh nay lại phải đối đầu với tình trạng ngập lụt thường xuyên. Chính quyền của thành phố đang đối phó ra sao, nhà nghiên cứu Trần Hữu Phúc Tiến cho biết: “Tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh hiện giờ nhà nước cũng đã có một số cố gắng giải quyết các vấn nạn môi trường và liên quan đến sông nước. Tôi có thể kể ra một thành công trong vòng 50 năm nay là đã thiết kế, cải tạo lại hai hệ thống kênh lớn, thứ nhất là hệ thống Kênh Nhiêu Lộc Thị Nghè, có sự trợ giúp của Ngân hàng Thế giới. Thứ hai là hệ thống Kênh Tàu Hủ Bến Nghé. Đồng thời  hiện giờ một số con kênh ở khu vực trước đây gọi là Tân Bình, Tân Phú, hoặc những nơi xa hơn, hoặc là ở quận 6, ngay khu vực chợ Bình Tây có những con kênh trước đây bị lấp nay đã được khơi lại. Trong vài năm trở lại đây đã bắt đầu có những công trình thiết lập các cống để xả nước kịp thời khi có triều cường. Tuy nhiên phải nói rằng các nhà khoa học của thế giới cũng đã báo động cho Việt Nam không chỉ về Sài Gòn - Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, mà toàn bộ vùng đồng bằng sông Cửu Long. Việt Nam là một nước sẽ phải hứng chịu những tác động rất lớn của biến đổi khí hậu. Khu vực đã được báo động sẽ bị ảnh hưởng rất là nặng nề là Cần Giờ, Nhà Bè, Phú Mỹ Hưng, là nơi mà tiếp giáp với biển. Tôi thấy có điểm tích cực là các nhà khoa học từ các viện nghiên cứu, với các trường đại học ,cũng đã bắt đầu đẩy mạnh nghiên cứu, lên tiếng yêu cầu chính quyền có những giải pháp tốt hơn. Ngoài ra còn có một dự án là Kênh Xuyên Tâm, băng ngang từ phía Tây Nam lên phía Đông Bắc xuyên qua thành phố. Nếu nhìn trong toàn cảnh thì chúng ta chưa làm được nhiều và cần có sự hỗ trợ. Cũng đã có nhiều cuộc hội thảo mà nước ngoài tham gia, với mong muốn là thúc đẩy ( các dự án ). Đương nhiên là những chương trình đó cần một kinh phí lớn, nhưng điều quan trọng là dư luận xã hội cũng đã rất quan tâm. Báo chí cũng đã lên tiếng và trong chương trình hành động của chính quyền thành phố mà bây giờ được mở rộng ra, bao gồm cả Bình Dương và Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu, có những dấu hiệu cho thấy phải xúc tiến càng nhanh càng tốt.” Về sự hỗ trợ của nước ngoài, nhà nghiên cứu Trần Hữu Phúc Tiến cho rằng có những kinh nghiệm của nước Pháp về môi trường, về trị thủy có thể áp dụng được cho Sài Gòn. Ông hy vọng nước Pháp có thể hỗ trợ nhiều hơn cho Việt Nam và kêu gọi sự tham gia của các nhà khoa học Pháp cũng như nhà khoa học người Việt sống tại Pháp.

Gli aggettivi indefiniti sono aggettivi che indicano una quantità non precisa o una qualità generica di persone, animali o cose. A differenza degli aggettivi numerali che esprimono quantità precise (uno, due, tre...), gli aggettivi indefiniti esprimono quantità approssimative, indeterminate o generiche. La loro corretta comprensione e utilizzo è essenziale per comunicare in modo naturale e fluido in italiano, specialmente quando non si conosce o non si vuole specificare una quantità esatta. Aggettivi Indefiniti in Italiano (qualche, tutto, molto, qualsiasi...) Cosa Sono gli Aggettivi Indefiniti Gli aggettivi indefiniti sono parole che accompagnano il nome e ne determinano la quantità o la qualità in modo vago e impreciso. Non forniscono informazioni specifiche sul numero o sulla natura esatta dell'elemento a cui si riferiscono, ma offrono un'indicazione generale. Questi aggettivi sono particolarmente utili quando non si conosce il numero esatto di qualcosa, quando si vuole generalizzare o quando la precisione non è necessaria. La caratteristica principale degli aggettivi indefiniti è che precedono sempre il nome e concordano con esso in genere (maschile o femminile) e numero (singolare o plurale). Questa concordanza è fondamentale per costruire frasi grammaticalmente corrette in italiano. Classificazione degli Aggettivi Indefiniti Gli aggettivi indefiniti possono essere suddivisi in diverse categorie in base al tipo di informazione che trasmettono. Questa classificazione aiuta a comprendere meglio il loro significato e il loro utilizzo appropriato. Aggettivi che Indicano Quantità Indefinita Questa categoria include gli aggettivi che esprimono una quantità generica senza specificare un numero preciso. Sono tra i più utilizzati nella lingua italiana quotidiana e permettono di comunicare in modo naturale quando l'esattezza numerica non è rilevante o non è conosciuta. Molto/a/i/e indica una grande quantità e si accorda in genere e numero con il nome a cui si riferisce. Esempio: "Ho molto lavoro oggi" (singolare maschile), "Ci sono molte persone in piazza" (plurale femminile). Poco/a/chi/che esprime una quantità scarsa o limitata. Esempio: "Ho poco tempo" (singolare maschile), "Ci sono poche sedie libere" (plurale femminile). Troppo/a/i/e indica una quantità eccessiva, superiore al necessario o al desiderato. Esempio: "C'è troppo rumore" (singolare maschile), "Hai comprato troppa frutta" (singolare femminile). Vario/a/i/e - Parecchio/a/i/e esprime una quantità considerevole, abbastanza grande ma non eccessiva. È meno comune nell'italiano parlato moderno ma ancora presente nello scritto formale. Esempio: "Ho parecchi dubbi" (plurale maschile). Tanto/a/i/e indica una grande quantità, simile a "molto" ma spesso utilizzato in contesti comparativi o esclamativi. Esempio: "Non ho tanta pazienza" (singolare femminile), "Ci sono tanti problemi" (plurale maschile). Tutto/a/i/e esprime la totalità, l'interezza di qualcosa. Richiede sempre l'articolo determinativo dopo di sé. Esempio: "Tutta la classe è presente" (singolare femminile), "Tutti gli studenti studiano" (plurale maschile). Aggettivi che Indicano Qualità Indefinita Questi aggettivi non esprimono quantità ma piuttosto una qualità generica o indeterminata dell'elemento a cui si riferiscono. Sono fondamentali per esprimere incertezza, genericità o alternative. Qualche è invariabile (non cambia mai forma) e si usa sempre con nomi singolari, anche se il significato è plurale. Indica una piccola quantità indefinita. Esempio: "Ho comprato qualche libro" (significa "alcuni libri"). Alcuno/a/i/e ha due significati opposti: al singolare (alcuno, alcuna) ha valore negativo e significa "nessuno", mentre al plurale (alcuni, alcune) indica una quantità limitata ma non precisata. Esempio: "Non ho alcun dubbio" (nessun dubbio), "Alcune persone sono arrivate" (un numero limitato di persone).
