„Papa hat Angst, Superman hat Angst und alle möglichen anderen Helden auch.“ Angst ist erst einmal sinnvoll und jede Phase im Leben eines Kindes und Jugendlichen kennt typische, „normative“ Ängste. Diplompsychologin Prof. Dr. Julia Asbrand, Leiterin der Psychotherapeutischen Hochschulambulanz für Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien an der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität in Jena, macht klar: Eine therapiebedürftige Störung liegt erst vor, wenn der Leidensdruck hoch ist oder Entwicklungsschritte gefährdet sind. Dennoch gilt es, Ängste im Blick zu behalten, da weitere psychische Schwierigkeiten folgen können. Seit der Corona-Pandemie werden Angststörungen häufiger beobachtet, gleichzeitig ist der Umgang mit psychischer Gesundheit offener geworden. Aber Multioptionalität – die vielen Möglichkeiten von Kindern und Jugendlichen heute – ist nicht nur ein Vorteil! Kognitive Verhaltenstherapie arbeitet an den aufrechterhaltenden Faktoren, vor allem daran, Vermeidungsverhalten zu durchbrechen. Du möchtest wissen welche Vorteile es im öffentlichen Dienst gibt?Das sind eine ganze Menge.Es gibt für Angestellte (ausser in Bayern und Sachsen) und Beamte (in einigen Bundesländern) Bildungsurlaub den du einfach beantragen kannst. Das heißt du kannst dich jährlich eine Woche fortbilden ohne dafür Urlaub nehmen zu müssen. Der Bildungsurlaub muss nichts mit deinem Arbeitsplatz zu tun haben. Er kann im Ausland oder z.B. mit dem Rad stattfinden, eine Sprachreise oder eine Trainerfortbildung sein. Alle Details findest du in der Folge "Extra Urlaub mit Bildung".Du hast immer Anspruch auf Vermögenswirksame Leistungen. Das ist ein Zuschuss von deinem Arbeitgeber der im Tarifvertrag geregelt ist und den du in Finanzprodukte stecken kannst, auch solche in die du selbst nichts einzahlen brauchst. Höre auch die Folge "Extra Gehalt". Durch die Tarifverträge bzw. Besoldungsgesetze gibt es keine Gehaltsverhandlungen. Jährlich erhöhen sich die Entgeltzahlungen bzw. Besoldungen dadurch automatisch. Bei guter Leistung kann ein verkürzter Stufenaufstieg stattfinden.Bei vielen Versicherungen wird oft beim Abschluss gefragt ob man im öffentlichen Dienst ist und wenn, wird es dadurch günstiger.Bei Krediten oder der Anmietung von einer Wohnung oder einem Haus hat man auch oft bessere Karten.Ebenfalls gibt es häufig auch ermäßigte Fahrkarten. Berufsgruppen wie Soldaten/Soldatinnen und Polizisten/PolizistInnen dürfen immer mit der Deutschen Bahn kostenlos fahren.Ganz oft ist auch Gleitzeit möglich, ebenso Teilzeit und auch ein Sabbatjahr, auch Sabbatical genannt ist kein Problem.Immer gibt es auch einen Personalrat, eine Behindertenvertretung und eine Gleichstellungsbeauftragte an die du dich wenden kannst. Die Zugehörigkeit zu einer Gewerkschaft wird dir nicht negativ ausgelegt.Manchmal lässt sich auch günstiger Einkaufen, z.B. wenn man in einer Gewerkschaft wie dem DBB ist, auch über Sozialwerke etc.. Höre auch dazu die Podcast Folge "Vorteilswelten".Alle Berufsgruppen können günstigeren Urlaub machen, müssen dazu allerdings ebenfalls in eine Gewerkschaft oder ein Sozialwerk etc. eintreten. Details in dem Link in den Shownotes.In allen Arbeitsfeldern des öffentlichen Dienstes wird man mit einer Schwerbehinderung bei gleicher Eignung sogar bevorzugt eingestellt.Insbesondere ist der Arbeitsplatz sehr sicher sobald man unkündbar ist. Antonio Sanchez has become one of the most sought-after drummers in the international jazz scene. Following 18 years and 9 albums as one of the most revered collaborators with guitarist/composer Pat Metheny, he also has recorded and performed with many other most prominent artists like Chick Corea, Gary Burton, Michael Brecker, Charlie Haden and Toots Thielemans. It goes back to a whole string of marriages, first Maximilian of Habsburg married the heiress of the duchy of Burgundy, then his son married the heiress of Spain and finally his grandson married the heiress of Hungary and Bohemia. And bish bash bosh, an empire is created in the horizontal.That is nice and neat but not exactly true. Sure the marriages happened, but not in the way at least I have been told. There was a lot more drama and a lot more agency than you think. For a whole six months Maximilian, the Last Knight in his shining armour, left Marie of Burgundy to fend off invasions, revolutions and conspiracies on her own. She was imprisoned, her ministers were hanged and she was told marriage to a 7-year old hunchback was her only wayout. Bryan Carter is a Grammy and Tony Award-winning drummer, vocalist, composer, arranger, orchestrator, and bandleader. After completing his training at The Juilliard School, Carter played with legendary artists including McCoy Tyner, Wynton Marsalis, Kenny Barron, and Kurt Elling. In addition to working in the worlds of film, television, and Broadway, Bryan founded "Jazz at Pride," a non-profit organization dedicated to curating performances and educational engagements featuring world-class artists from the LGBTQIA+ community. Bryan most recently served as co-orchestrator for Broadway's “Some Like It Hot,” for which he and his co-orchestrator Charlie Rosen made history as the first orchestrators to sweep all three major awards in a single season: the 76th Annual Tony Awards for Best Orchestrations, the Outer Critics Circle Awards, and the Drama Desk Awards for Outstanding Orchestrations. Rosen and Carter continued their streak of success at the 66th Annual GRAMMY Awards, winning the title of Best Musical Theater Album as producers on the recording. In the fall of 2024, Bryan premiered “Rustin in Renaissance,” a seven-movement oratorio on the life of civil-rights pioneer Bayard Rustin. What is it like to grow up the son of the emperor? For most of the rulers of the Holy Roman Empire we have covered so far, no idea. There are scarce reports about the way the princes grew up, safe for tales like the emperor Ludwig the Bavarian being kidnapped by his pet monkey. But now, as the Late Middle Ages make way for the Renaissance, we can see the boy who would be king at play, being fed by his nursemaid and pretending to be a knight at a tournament.And even better, this emperor is Maximilian, the last Knight, one of the most iconic rulers of his time. St. John Henry Newman (1801 - 1890) - Arguably the most famous convert since St. Paul, St. John Henry Newman defined the method for discerning the difference between legitimate growth and development in the Church, as opposed to the kinds of change that are really a deviation from Tradition and a corruption. Sorting this out led him to lose his trust in the Anglican communion, and in Protestantism in general, and unite with the Catholic Church.
