Richards, Ph.D., is the author of many books including the New York Times bestsellers Infiltrated (2013) and Indivisible (2012). He is also the author of Money, Greed, and God, winner of a 2010 Templeton Enterprise Award; and co-author of The Privileged Planet with astronomer Guillermo Gonzalez. His most recent book is “Eat, Fast, Feast: Heal Your Body While Feeding Your Soul—A Christian Guide to Fasting.” Richards is a Research Assistant Professor in the Busch School of Business at The Catholic University of America, a Senior Fellow at the Discovery Institute, and executive editor of The Stream. In recent years he has been Distinguished Fellow at the Institute for Faith, Work & Economics, Contributing Editor of The American at the American Enterprise Institute, a Visiting Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, and Research Fellow and Director of Acton Media at the Acton Institute.

His newest book, co-authored by James Robison, "Indivisible: Restoring Faith, Family, and Freedom Before It’s Too Late". Richards is the executive producer of several documentaries, including The Call of the Entrepreneur and The Birth of Freedom. He has a B.A. with majors in political science and religion, an M.Div., a Th.M., and a Ph.D. in philosophy and theology from Princeton Theological Seminary. His work has been covered in publications such as The New York Times and he has appeared on many national radio and TV programs, including Larry King Live.
